技术领域:
本发明涉及农药领域,尤其涉及一种复合植物源农药及制备方法。
背景技术:
对于种植大棚的农户而言,植物病虫害的防治是至关重要的,比如:蚜虫,菜青虫,烟青虫,棉铃虫,红蜘蛛,小菜蛾,白粉虱,夜蛾,甲壳虫,蚧壳虫,蓟马,根线虫等,农作物类的霜霉病,灰霉病,炭疽病,白粉病,叶霉病,枯萎病,锈病等真菌性病如何防治是急需解决的问题,现有技术多采用化学农药进行防治,但化学农药带来的农药残留,环境污染等问题限制了应用和发展。采用无污染,无残留,无毒副作用的植物源新型农药代替化学农药不失为一种行之有效的方法。
发明内容:
为了克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种复合植物源农药及制备方法,该复合植物源农药的防治效果与化学农药相媲美,无污染,无残留,无毒副作用。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种复合植物源农药,包括,母液和助剂,其中,
所述母液包括,鱼藤,烟筋,苦楝,川楝,苦参,雷公藤,虫菊花,藜芦,百部,艾蒿,香茅,桂花,玫瑰花,以及月桂叶;
所述助剂包括,乳化剂、增效剂,以及乙醇。
进一步地按重量百分比,所述鱼藤2-2.5%,所述烟筋2.5-3%,所述苦楝10-15%,所述川楝10%,所述苦参10-15%,所述雷公藤10-15%,所述虫菊花10%,所述藜芦5%,百部5-15%,所述艾蒿5%,所述香茅2-6%,所述桂花2-5%,所述玫瑰花1-5%,所述月桂叶3-5%。
进一步地,所述乳化剂占母液的重量百分比为0.15%;所述增效剂占母液的重量百分比为0.06%;所述乙醇占母液的重量百分比为60%。
更进一步地,所述乳化剂为6501乳剂;所述增效剂为生物烯丙菊酯;所述乙醇浓度为95%。
为实现上述目的,本发明还提供一种复合植物源农药的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)选取香茅,桂花,玫瑰花,月桂叶混配蒸馏,提取香液;
2)选取鱼藤,烟筋,雷公藤混合,破壁超微粉碎,获取药粉;
3)选取苦楝,川楝,苦参,虫菊花,百部,藜芦,艾蒿,并用乙醇浸渍,获得提取液;
4)将所述药粉与所述提取液进行混配,获取混合液;
5)将所述香液与所述混合液进行混配,获得混配药剂;
6)将所述混配药剂注入增效剂、乳化剂,制备成复合植物源农药成品。
进一步地,步骤2)所述药粉过300目筛。
进一步地,所述步骤3)是将苦楝,川楝,苦参,虫菊花,百部,藜芦,艾蒿用95%的乙醇浸渍24小时,并用超声波提取法进行提取,获得提取液。
更进一步地,所述步骤4)所述混合液静置24小时。
所述植物源新型农药作为广谱杀虫杀菌剂的应用。
所述植物源新型农药作为抗病毒、抗逆性、调节植物促进根系生长而达到增产增收作用的应用。
所述植物源新型农药作为对小麦赤霉病,苹果炭疽病,番茄灰霉病菌丝生长和病菌孢子萌发的抑制作用的应用。
所述植物源新型农药作为对真菌,细菌,病毒有抑制菌体生物合成,影响菌体生物氧化过程的作用的应用。
本发明的植物源新型农药,经多方面进行测试,无不良刺激性气味,无药物残留,对人畜,农产品,空气,土壤均没有药害。该成品气味芳香,广谱杀虫,抑菌的功效,适合大田,大棚,苗圃,高尔夫球场,茶园,林业,菜园,果园等使用,在使用的过程中对农作物具有增产增收作用。

具体实施方式
以下结合优选实施例,对本发明进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例一:
复合植物源农药包括母液和助剂,其中,
按重量百分比计,母液包括如下组分,鱼藤2.5%,烟筋2.5%,苦楝10%,川楝10%,苦参15%,雷公藤15%,虫菊花10%,藜芦5%,百部5%,艾蒿5%,香茅5%,桂花5%,玫瑰花5%和月桂叶5%;
助剂包括如下组分,乳化剂、增效剂、乙醇,各组分占母液的重量百分比分别为乳化剂0.15%,增效剂0.06%,乙醇60%。
乳化剂采用6501乳剂;增效剂采用生物烯丙菊酯,乙醇浓度为95%。
实施例二:
复合植物源农药包括母液和助剂,其中,
按重量百分比计,母液包括如下组分,鱼藤2.5%,烟筋2.5%,苦楝15%,川楝10%,苦参15%,雷公藤15%,虫菊花10%,藜芦5%,百部10%,艾蒿5%,香茅2%,桂花2%,玫瑰花1%和月桂叶5%;
助剂包括如下组分,乳化剂、增效剂、乙醇,各组分占母液的重量百分比分别为乳化剂0.15%,增效剂0.06%,乙醇60%。
乳化剂采用6501乳剂;增效剂采用生物烯丙菊酯,乙醇浓度为95%。
实施例三:
复合植物源农药包括母液和助剂,其中,
按重量百分比计,母液包括如下组分,鱼藤2%,烟筋3%,苦楝15%,川楝10%,苦参10%,雷公藤10%,虫菊花10%,藜芦5%,百部15%,艾蒿5%,香茅6%,桂花3%,玫瑰花3%和月桂叶3%;
助剂包括如下组分,乳化剂、增效剂、乙醇,各组分占母液的重量百分比分别为乳化剂0.15%,增效剂0.06%,乙醇60%。
乳化剂采用6501乳剂;增效剂采用生物烯丙菊酯,乙醇浓度为95%。
下面对本发明的复合植物源农药的制备方法进行详细描述,
首先,在步骤1,按比例称取无霉变、无变质的鱼藤,烟筋,苦楝,川楝,苦参,雷公藤,虫菊花,藜芦,百部,艾蒿,香茅,桂花,玫瑰花,月桂叶清洗干净备用;
在步骤2,将步骤1选取的香茅,桂花,玫瑰花,月桂叶混配蒸馏提取,取得香液备用;
在步骤3,将步骤1选取鱼藤,烟筋,雷公藤混合,破壁超微粉碎,过300目筛,将获取的药粉放置备用;
在步骤4,将步骤1选取苦楝,川楝,苦参,虫菊花,百部,藜芦,艾蒿用浓度95%乙醇浸渍24小时,用超声波提取法进行提取,所得提取液放置储罐备用;
在步骤5,将步骤3获取的药粉与步骤4所得的提取液混配搅均,获取的混合液静置24小时备用;
在步骤6,将步骤2取得的香液注入储罐与步骤5获取的混合液进行混配加香,获得的混配药剂,静置12小时备用;
在步骤7,将步骤6获得的混配药剂注入增效剂用搅拌设备顺时针搅拌均匀即可得到复合植物源农药药剂;
在步骤8,将步骤7制得的复合植物源农药药剂注入乳化剂用搅拌设备顺时针搅拌进行乳化,静置,最终得到膏体状复合植物源农药成品。
本发明中,对所选用的原料简析如下:
(1)鱼藤根部含有鱼藤酮及鱼藤素,无残留,具有较强杀虫杀菌作用;可令昆虫呼吸减慢,痉挛,腹痛,最后呼吸中枢麻痹而死亡,害虫是透过气孔及皮肤表面渗入,或因嚼食含有鱼藤毒素的叶子而中毒致死,可杀灭800余种害虫,对昆虫尤其是粉蝶幼虫,小菜蛾,蚜虫,菜青虫,烟青虫,棉铃虫,红蜘蛛等为代表的有害昆虫具有强烈的触杀和胃毒两种作用,对哺乳动物无毒.本发明考虑该鱼藤的毒性较强,故将鱼藤根部制成微粉使用,不宜萃取提纯。
(2)烟筋含有烟碱,具有杀虫杀菌作用,使用方便,无残留,防治果树,蔬菜,花卉和农作物蚜虫,卷叶虫,潜叶蛾,介壳虫,蝽象,蓟马等害虫有特强的杀虫效果,本发明考虑烟筋毒性较强,不宜萃取提纯,故将烟筋制成微粉使用。(注:该原料以废料再利用,如烟草加工的落地烟废料)。
(3)苦楝中含有苦楝素,该提取物具有杀菌杀虫作用,以触杀为主,胃毒为副,对茶蚜和螨效果较好,该物质对昆虫有拒食,干扰产卵,干扰昆虫变异,使其无法蜕变成虫,驱避幼虫及抑制其生长的作用而达到杀虫目的。
(4)川楝有小毒,味苦性寒,具有泻火,止疼,杀虫,杀菌作用,与苦楝配伍,效果更佳。
(5)雷公藤含有生物碱有毒,引起昆虫的中毒症状为行动迟缓,停止取食,继而麻醉,后复苏或死亡,如此反复,直至死亡。雷公藤对鳞趐目, 鞘趐目,蜚蠊目等多种昆虫,不仅表现出比较强的毒杀作用,而且还有较强的拒食,麻醉,生长发育抑制和种群抑制等多种特异性杀虫作用,雷公藤和鱼藤混配杀虫效果最佳。
(6)苦参含有苦参碱,属于一种低毒广谱杀虫杀菌剂,对农作物黏虫,菜青虫,蚜虫,红蜘蛛,小菜蛾,夜蛾,白粉虱等均有明显的防治效果,苦参杀虫速效差,与其组方配伍而达到最佳效果,具有多种病菌、病毒的抑制作用。
(7)藜芦含有藜芦碱,具有涌叶风痰和杀虫作用,对根结线虫,虫卵,蚊,蝇,蛆等有特效杀灭。
(8)百部具有多种病菌的抑制作用,对蚊蝇幼虫头虱,衣虱,臭虫等皆有杀灭作用,高浓度在体外且能杀死鼠蛲虫,机理:能降低呼吸中枢系统使害虫窒息死亡。
(9)虫菊花含有毒虫素物质,可灭杀蚜虫,菜青虫,烟青虫,棉铃虫,红蜘蛛等害虫,对臭虫跳蚤均有特效,并具有杀菌和抗病毒作用。
(10)香茅提取物具有芳香气味和驱赶蚊、蝇等昆虫作用,昆虫嗅到气味将失去攻击能力,在本发明组方中应用,起到中和互补和诱导作用。
(11)艾蒿提取物无毒,在本发明组方中起到成份的中和互补和调节作用。
(12)桂花、玫瑰花、月桂叶提取物具有芳香清新的气味,在本发明组方中应用起到了诱导互补增香作用。
本发明的复合植物源农药在使用时,将成品用水按重量倍数稀释,在预防阶段可稀释至1000倍。
在高发阶段可稀释至500倍,进行全株喷洒,勿与强碱性物质混合使用,上午10点左右用药最佳,避开雨水,其将触杀、胃杀相组合,喷施后使害虫窒息死亡,用药前将本品充分摇匀,内有少量沉淀物不影响杀虫质量,适用于大田、大棚、花卉、高尔夫球场、茶园、果园林业绿地等,对人畜无毒,不会污染空气,环境,土壤等。
本发明的复合植物源农药,具有增产增收作用
实验1:
对黄瓜的作用:用该产品处理分离黄瓜叶鲜重和干鲜重,随着该产品浓度增加而明显递增,均与对照差异显著,其中黄瓜叶片子鲜,生理效应与激动素相似,但激动素处理的叶片干重显著下降,而随该产品浓度增加,总叶柄基部生根作用,生根数量多超过对照70.2%,同时有助于促进根系生长。
实验2:
对小麦的作用:该产品处理小麦旗叶后,处理组叶片蔗糖含量为对照的1.4倍左右,明显高于对照。综上可以说明该产品提高蔗糖合成酶的活性是显著的,从而影响蔗糖的含量;旗叶重蔗糖60%—70.%运输到穗,这对穗的发育和籽粒干物质的积累具有重要作用。另外,该产品含有氨基酸美,脂肪酸美等营养元素,能快速被植物所吸收,增强植物抗逆性,该产品中所含的皂甙类化合物对植物具有一定的调节作用。
本发明的植物源新型农药,可以作为抗病毒、抗逆性、调节植物促进根系生长而达到增产增收作用的应用。
本发明的植物源新型农药,还可以作为对小麦赤霉病,苹果炭疽病,番茄灰霉病菌丝生长和病菌孢子萌发的抑制作用的应用。
本发明的植物源新型农药作为对真菌,细菌,病毒均有抑制菌体生物合成,影响菌体生物氧化过程的作用。

Claims (16)
1.一种复合植物源农药,包括母液和助剂,其特征在于,
所述母液包括,鱼藤,烟筋,苦楝,川楝,苦参,雷公藤,虫菊花,藜芦,百部,艾蒿,香茅,桂花,玫瑰花,以及月桂叶;
所述助剂包括,乳化剂、增效剂,以及乙醇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合植物源农药,其特征在于,按重量百分比,所述鱼藤2-2.5%,所述烟筋2.5-3%,所述苦楝10-15%,所述川楝10%,所述苦参10-15%,所述雷公藤10-15%,所述虫菊花10%,所述藜芦5%,百部5-15%,所述艾蒿5%,所述香茅2-6%,所述桂花2-5%,所述玫瑰花1-5%,所述月桂叶3-5%。
3.根据权利要求1任一项所述的复合植物源农药,其特征在于,所述乳化剂占母液的重量百分比为0.15%;所述增效剂占母液的重量百分比为0.06%;所述乙醇占母液的重量百分比为60%。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的复合植物源农药,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为6501乳剂;所述增效剂为生物烯丙菊酯;所述乙醇浓度为95%。
5.一种复合植物源农药制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)选取香茅,桂花,玫瑰花,月桂叶混配蒸馏,提取香液;
2)选取鱼藤,烟筋,雷公藤混合,破壁超微粉碎,获取药粉;
3)选取苦楝,川楝,苦参,虫菊花,百部,藜芦,艾蒿,并用乙醇浸渍,获得提取液;
4)将所述药粉与所述提取液进行混配,获取混合液;
5)将所述香液与所述混合液进行混配,获得混配药剂;
6)将所述混配药剂注入增效剂、乳化剂,制备成复合植物源农药成品。
6.根据权利要求5所述的复合植物源农药制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2)所述药粉过300目筛。
7.根据权利要求5所述的复合植物源农药制备方法,其特征在于,
所述步骤3)是将苦楝,川楝,苦参,虫菊花,百部,藜芦,艾蒿用95%的乙醇浸渍24小时,并用超声波提取法进行提取,获得提取液。
8.根据权利要求5所述的复合植物源农药制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤4)所述混合液静置24小时。
9.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的植物源新型农药,其特征在于,所述植物源新型农药作为广谱杀虫杀菌剂的应用。
10.根据权利要求5-8任一项所述的方法制备的植物源新型农药,其特征在于,所述植物源新型农药作为广谱杀虫杀菌剂的应用。
11.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的植物源新型农药,其特征在于,所述植物源新型农药作为抗病毒、抗逆性、调节植物促进根系生长而达到增产增收作用的应用。
12.根据权利要求5-8任一项所述的方法制备的植物源新型农药,其特征在于,所述植物源新型农药作为抗病毒、抗逆性、调节植物促进根系生长而达到增产增收作用的应用。
13.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的植物源新型农药,其特征在于,所述植物源新型农药作为对小麦赤霉病,苹果炭疽病,番茄灰霉病菌丝生长和病菌孢子萌发的抑制作用的应用。
14.根据权利要求5-8任一项所述的方法制备的植物源新型农药,其特征在于,所述植物源新型农药作为对小麦赤霉病,苹果炭疽病,番茄灰霉病菌丝生长和病菌孢子萌发的抑制作用的应用。
15.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的植物源新型农药,其特征在于,所述植物源新型农药作为对真菌,细菌,病毒有抑制菌体生物合成,影响菌体生物氧化过程的作用的应用。
16.根据权利要求5-8任一项所述的方法制备的植物源新型农药,其特征在于,所述植物源新型农药作为对真菌,细菌,病毒有抑制菌体生物合成,影响菌体生物氧化过程的作用的应用。
