Description

Hot water supply device
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a hot water supply device installed in a posture in which the shortest side of a main body box is in the height direction.
Background
Conventionally, a hot water supply device suspended from a ceiling of a building is known (see patent document 1 below). In such a hot water supply apparatus, a hot water supply apparatus main body including a gas burner and a heat exchanger is housed in a rectangular parallelepiped main body case. The back panel is fixed to the lower surface of the ceiling of a building in a posture in which the shortest side is in the height direction.
However, the hot water supply apparatus suspended from the ceiling performs maintenance work inside the main body case by removing a cover that closes the lower surface of the main body case and opening the lower surface of the main body case. Therefore, when performing maintenance work, the worker must perform work while looking up the inside of the main body box, and is forced to take an awkward posture, which results in a reduction in work efficiency.
Therefore, it is considered that one side surface on the side intersecting the height direction of the hot water supply apparatus suspended from the ceiling can be opened and closed as a front surface. Thus, the operator does not need to take a posture of looking up the inside of the main body box, and can perform maintenance work in a relatively easy posture.

Disclosure of Invention
However, when one side surface of the main body case intersecting the height direction is opened to form the opening for maintenance, the opening area is smaller than the opening area when the lower surface of the main body case is opened to form the opening for maintenance. Further, if the opening for maintenance is small, it is difficult for the tool and the hand of the operator to reach deep into the main body box, and there is a problem that workability is poor particularly when removing the tool and the hand from the main body box or attaching a relatively large-sized main component among components constituting the main body of the hot water supply apparatus to the main body box. Further, in order to make the tool and the hand of the operator reach the deep inside of the main body box and to form a large gap between the main body of the hot water supply device and the main body box, the size of the main body box needs to be increased, and the size reduction of the hot water supply device cannot be expected.
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a hot water supply apparatus: a hot water supply device which is provided in a posture in which the shortest side of a main body box is in the height direction, wherein the size of the main body box is not increased even if an opening part for maintenance is small, and the operability during maintenance can be improved.
In order to achieve the above object, a hot water supply apparatus according to the present invention includes: a hot water supply device main body having a gas burner and a heat exchanger heated by combustion exhaust gas of the gas burner; and a rectangular parallelepiped body box for housing the body of the water heater, the water heater being installed in a posture in which the shortest side of the body box is in the height direction,
the main body box is provided with: a square cylindrical body part composed of four side plates; a lower panel closing the lower surface of the trunk portion; an upper panel for sealing the upper surface of the trunk part; an opening having a size allowing the hot water supply apparatus main body to be inserted and removed, the opening being formed by removing one side plate located on a side intersecting with a height direction of the trunk portion; a lower guide rail provided on an inner surface of the lower panel to extend from the opening in an entering and exiting direction of the water heater main body; an upper guide rail provided on an inner surface of the upper panel to extend from the opening portion in an entering/exiting direction of the water heater main body,
the hot water supply apparatus main body includes a lower slide member that slides along the lower guide rail and an upper slide member that slides along the upper guide rail.
The hot water supply device of the invention is arranged in a posture that the shortest side of the main body box is in a height direction, and an opening part for enabling the hot water supply device main body to enter and exit is formed by removing one side plate from four side plates forming the trunk part. By providing the water heater main body so that the opening is set in the front, for example, an operator who performs maintenance work does not need to perform work in an awkward posture.
The hot water supply device of the present invention further includes a lower guide rail and an upper guide rail, and the hot water supply device body can be drawn out from the opening by guiding the lower slide member and the upper slide member of the hot water supply device body to slide. Thus, the hot water supply apparatus body can be extracted and the maintenance work of the hot water supply apparatus body can be performed outside the main body box. Therefore, not only the maintenance work is facilitated, but also, for example, it is not necessary to form a large gap between the hot water supply device main body and the main body case, and it is possible to prevent the hot water supply device from becoming large in size.
In the hot water supply apparatus according to the present invention, when the hot water supply apparatus main body is housed in the main body case, the lower slide member and the upper slide member are in contact with the lower guide rail and the upper guide rail, respectively. Therefore, the lower panel and the upper panel of the main body box are supported by the hot water supply device body from the inner sides of the lower panel and the upper panel. That is, in the hot water supply apparatus according to the present invention, the lower guide rail and the upper guide rail are provided on the lower panel and the upper panel of the main body casing, and thus deformation is not easily generated. Further, the lower slide member and the upper slide member of the water heater main body are in contact with the lower rail and the upper rail, and further high rigidity is imparted to the lower panel and the upper panel of the main body case.
Therefore, even if an impact is applied to the body box when the hot water supply apparatus is dropped, for example, during transportation, the rigidity of the lower panel and the upper panel is increased by the above configuration, and the body box can be prevented from being deformed.

Detailed Description
One embodiment of the present invention is explained based on the drawings. The hot water supply apparatus 1 of the present invention is a so-called ceiling-mounted hot water supply apparatus. As shown in fig. 1, the hot water supply apparatus 1 according to the present embodiment is provided in a storage section 4 which is a space formed in a ceiling 3 of a balcony 2. The housing 4 is provided with a mounting plate 5 on which the hot water supply apparatus 1 is mounted. The housing portion 4 is open on the left and front sides in the drawing, and closed on the right and inside by wall surfaces in the drawing.
As shown in fig. 2, the hot water supply apparatus 1 includes a rectangular parallelepiped main body case 6. A hot water supply apparatus main body 7 is housed inside the main body case 6.
As shown in fig. 3, the hot water supply apparatus main body 7 is configured by a combustion fan 8, a gas burner 9, a combustion frame 10, a heat exchanger 11, and an air supply/exhaust pipe 12, which are arranged in a horizontal direction.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the main body case 6 is disposed in a posture in which the shortest side is in the height direction, and one side surface on the side intersecting with the height direction becomes the front surface. In the installation state of the water heater 1 shown in fig. 1, the front surface of the main body case 6 of the water heater 1 faces leftward in the drawing.
The main body case 6 includes: a square tubular body portion 60 (see fig. 2) formed of four side plates; as shown in fig. 3 and 4, a lower panel 61 for closing the lower surface of the trunk portion 60; as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the upper surface plate 62 of the body 60 is closed.
The trunk portion 60 is composed of the following components: as shown in fig. 2, a front panel 25 detachably covering the front surface of the trunk portion 60 by screw fastening; an exhaust side plate 63 on which the exhaust cylinder 12 is disposed; a connection side plate 64 on which a plurality of connection terminal portions 26 are provided, the plurality of connection terminal portions 26 being used to connect the fuel gas supply pipe 14, the water supply pipe 16, the hot water discharge pipe 17, the circulation return pipe 19, and the like to a hot water supply circuit, not shown, respectively; as shown in fig. 4, a back panel 65 connects the rear end edge of the lower panel 61 and the rear end edge of the upper panel 62.
That is, in the present embodiment, the four side plates constituting the trunk portion 60 are the front plate 25, the exhaust side plate 63, the connection side plate 64, and the back plate 65, and are each a rectangular plate shape having the shortest side.
The horizontal length of each of exhaust side plate 63 and connection side plate 64 is shorter than the horizontal length of front plate 25 and back plate 65. That is, the exhaust side plate 63 and the connection side plate 64 are the side plates having the shortest length in the horizontal direction.
As shown in fig. 2, the main body case 6 is formed with an opening 22 whose front surface is entirely open. The opening 22 is covered with a front panel 25, and the front panel 25 is fixed to the main body case 6 at four corners thereof by screw fastening. By removing screws at the four corners and removing the front panel 25 from the main body case 6, the front side of the water heater main body 7 is exposed from the open opening 22.
In most cases, a hot water supply device installed on a ceiling causes an operator to perform work in an uncomfortable posture. The hot water supply apparatus 1 according to the present embodiment can form the opening 22 in the lateral direction of the main body case 6 by detaching the front panel 25. Thus, the operator can perform the operation in a comfortable posture during the maintenance operation, as compared with the conventional hot water supply apparatus in which the lower plate is removed and opened downward.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the lower panel 61 is provided with a pair of lower rails 70 extending in parallel in the front-rear direction. A pair of lower slide members 71 provided at the lower portion of the water heater main body 7 are slidably held on the lower rails 70, respectively.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5 in which the main body case 6 is omitted, the upper panel 62 is provided with an upper rail 72 extending in the front-rear direction. A pair of upper slide members 73 provided in the upper portion of the water heater main body 7 are slidably held by the upper guide rails 72.
As shown in fig. 6 in an enlarged and cross-sectional view, the lower rail 70 is composed of a protrusion 70a formed on the lower panel 61 and extending in the front-rear direction, and a pressing member 70b fixed to the lower panel 61 by screws. The lower slide member 71 is a plate-like member fixed to the hot water supply apparatus main body 7 by screws. The distal end portion of the lower slide member 71 is slidably held between the protrusion 70a and the pressing member 70 b.
Although the projecting portion 70a of the lower rail 70 receives the load of the hot water supply apparatus main body 7 via the lower slide member 71, the lower slide member 71 slides smoothly because the top portion of the projecting portion 70a, which is a small area, comes into sliding contact with the lower slide member 71 and the frictional resistance is small.
As shown in fig. 7 in an enlarged and cross-sectional view, the upper rail 72 includes a coupling portion 72a and a pair of side pieces 72b, and is formed in a groove shape that opens downward. The connection portion 72a is connected to the upper panel 62 by screw fastening; the pair of side pieces 72b are integrally connected to both side edges of the coupling portion 72a and face each other. The upper slide member 73 is sandwiched between the pair of side pieces 72b of the upper rail 72 and is slidably held by the upper rail 72.
The water heater main body 7 is guided by the lower rail 70 and the upper rail 72 so as to be exposed from the opening 22 of the main body case 6. This allows the hot water supply apparatus main body 7 to be drawn out from the main body case 6, thereby facilitating maintenance work.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the main body case 6 is less likely to be bent due to the provision of the lower rail 70 and the upper rail 72 (see fig. 3). As shown in fig. 3, when the hot water supply apparatus main body 7 is housed in the main body case 6, it is sandwiched vertically between the lower rail 70 and the upper rail 72. As a result, the body case 6 and the water heater body 7 are coupled to each other by the lower rail 70 and the upper rail 72, and the rigidity of the body case 6 is improved.
Further, although not shown, the hot water supply apparatus 1 according to the present embodiment is installed so as to be vertically reversible. That is, as shown in fig. 2, the left and right positions of the air supply/discharge duct 12 and the connection terminal 26 can be changed by placing the upper panel 62 at the lower position and the lower panel 61 at the upper position without changing the front-rear direction. In this case, the hot water supply apparatus 1 according to the present embodiment can extract the hot water supply apparatus main body 7 only by turning the lower rail 70 and the upper rail 72 upside down, and can maintain high workability during maintenance without any trouble.
The hot water supply apparatus 1 according to the present embodiment is shown as an example in which it is installed on the ceiling 3 of the balcony 2. However, although not shown, the hot water supply apparatus according to the present invention may be installed on the back surface of an indoor ceiling, a ceiling side of a system kitchen, an accommodation space under a sink, or the like.
