Also, the terms such as "upper," "lower," "left," "right," "middle," and "a" and the like recited in the present specification are merely for descriptive purposes and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention, but are intended to provide relative positional changes or modifications without materially altering the technical context in which the invention may be practiced.
In the liquefied gas carrier, the cargo tank 2 is an independent tank body arranged in the ship body 1, and the outer wall of the cargo tank 2 is provided with a heat preservation layer 3 so as to prevent the low-temperature liquid in the cargo tank 2 from reducing the temperature of the ship body 1 and affecting the structural strength safety of the ship body 1.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a leakage liquid collecting device of a cargo tank, wherein an insulation layer 3 is arranged on the outer wall of the cargo tank 2, a gap is formed between the outer wall of the cargo tank 2 and the insulation layer 3 to form a leakage channel 4, and a gap is formed between the outer wall of the insulation layer 3 and the inner wall of a ship body 1 to form a dispersion channel 7; a liquid collecting container 6 is arranged below the heat preservation layer 3 at the bottom of the liquid cargo tank 2, a liquid guide pipe 5 is penetrated in the heat preservation layer 3 at the bottom of the liquid cargo tank 2, the upper end of the liquid guide pipe 5 is communicated with the leakage channel 4, the lower end of the liquid guide pipe 5 is inserted into the liquid collecting container 6 from the opening part of the liquid collecting container 6, the inner cavity of the liquid collecting container 6 is communicated with the drainage channel 7 through the opening part of the liquid collecting container 6, and a honeycomb plate 66 is arranged below the liquid guide pipe 5; the liquid flowing out of the liquid guide tube 5 flows onto the honeycomb panel 66, and after being vaporized by the honeycomb panel 66, a part is discharged from the mouth of the liquid collecting container 6 into the discharge passage 7, and another part flows to the lower portion of the liquid collecting container 6 through the holes in the honeycomb panel 66.
In a leakage liquid collecting apparatus of a cargo tank of the present invention, if leakage occurs in the cargo tank 2, the leaked liquid flows into the leakage path 4 and is collected at the bottom of the leakage path 4, then flows from the liquid guide tube 5 into the liquid collecting container 6, after flowing from the liquid guide tube 5 onto the honeycomb panel 66, the leaked liquid is distributed on the honeycomb panel 66 and easily vaporized by flowing down in a spray shape through the holes on the honeycomb panel 66, and therefore, the distributed holes on the honeycomb panel 66 promote vaporization of the liquid, a part of the vaporized liquid is discharged from the mouth of the liquid collecting container 6 into the discharge path 7 after being vaporized by the honeycomb panel 66, and another part of the vaporized liquid passes through the holes on the honeycomb panel 66 and flows to the lower part of the liquid collecting container 6. The honeycomb plate 66 also reduces the liquid in the lower portion of the liquid collecting container 6 from splashing upward and splashing out of the mouth of the liquid collecting container 6 when the ship bumps. Since part of the leaked liquid is vaporized and discharged into the discharge passage 7, the liquid collecting container 6 can withstand the set leakage time without requiring a large design. Therefore, the leakage liquid collecting device of the liquid cargo tank can conveniently collect liquid leaked from the liquid cargo tank 2, and is simple in structure and low in cost.
In order to prevent the liquid leaking into the liquid collecting container 6 from flowing out of the mouth of the liquid collecting container 6, a ring of baffle plates 61 protruding upward are provided at the edge of the mouth of the liquid collecting container 6, and the baffle plates 61 are formed in a tubular structure around the mouth of the liquid collecting container 6. Thus, the mouth of the liquid collecting container 6 has a longer passage with a smaller size, and the baffle 61 can block the liquid splashed by jolts so that the liquid cannot flow out. This prevents the cryogenic liquid from flowing onto the hull 1 and affecting the structural strength safety of the hull 1.
In a leaked liquid collecting apparatus for a cargo tank according to the present invention, the liquid collecting container 6 is configured to contain leaked liquid, and as a preferred embodiment, the liquid collecting container 6 includes an upper housing 69 and a lower housing 65 as shown in fig. 2, the upper housing 69 has an elliptical horizontal cross section, so that the inner wall of the upper housing 69 is smooth, and the liquid in the liquid collecting container 6 is not easily agitated when a ship bumps. The bottom of the lower housing 65 has a planar structure, and the wall surface in the middle of the lower housing 65 has an arc-shaped curved surface, which is helpful for assembly and expansion of storage capacity. The bottom of the lower hull 65 is supported at the bottom of the hull 1 by the first laminated wood 63. In this way, the liquid collecting container 6 is not in direct contact with the structure of the ship body 1, so that the phenomenon that the low-temperature liquid in the liquid collecting container 6 reduces the temperature of the structure of the ship body 1 to influence the structural strength safety of the ship body 1 is avoided, and the structure of the ship body 1 is effectively protected in a controllable temperature range. As shown in fig. 2, as a preferred embodiment, the inner wall of the lower shell 65 is coated with a heat insulating material 64. In this way, the low-temperature liquid in the liquid collecting container 6 is not likely to absorb the heat of the hull 1, and the temperature of the hull 1 is reduced to an excessively low level. As shown in fig. 2, the honeycomb panel 66 is sandwiched between the lower edge opening of the upper casing 69 and the upper edge opening of the lower casing 65, a second laminated wood 68 is provided between the upper edge opening of the lower casing 65 and the lower surface of the honeycomb panel 66, the lower edge opening of the upper casing 69, the honeycomb panel 66, the second laminated wood 68 and the upper edge opening of the lower casing 65 are fixed together by bolts 62, the lower casing 65 is provided with a support toggle plate 67, and the bolts 62 are arranged on the left and right sides of the support toggle plate 67.
According to the requirements of the international bulk cargo transportation liquefied gas ship construction and equipment CODE (IGC CODE), in order to satisfy the running safety of the ship on the sea, the liquid collecting container 6 has a sufficient volume to be able to accommodate the leaked liquid for 15 days or more. As shown in fig. 3, the liquid collecting containers 6 are provided at four corner positions of the bottom of each cargo tank 2 so that leaked liquid can be sufficiently collected by the liquid collecting containers 6, and each liquid collecting container 6 can be designed to be relatively small in size.
In the solution of the present invention, since the honeycomb panel 66 capable of promoting the liquefaction of the liquid is provided in the liquid collecting container 6, as shown in fig. 4, a plurality of holes are provided in the honeycomb panel 66, and the leaked liquid is dispersed by the honeycomb panel 66 and easily atomized and vaporized when flowing from the liquid guide tube 5 onto the honeycomb panel 66. As a preferred embodiment, the honeycomb plate 66 is provided with a plurality of diamond-shaped or round holes, however, the holes on the honeycomb plate 66 may have other polygonal structures. When there is a large amount of vaporized leakage liquid, it is necessary to treat the vaporized liquid in the evacuation channel 7, and as a preferred embodiment, the evacuation channel 7 is connected to a suction device (not shown), and the vaporized liquid in the evacuation channel 7 can be pumped out, compressed, and refilled into the cargo tank 2, or any other suitable treatment can be performed.
Based on the technical scheme of the embodiment, the leakage liquid collecting device of the liquid cargo tank can conveniently collect liquid leaked from the liquid cargo tank, prevent the ship body from being too low in temperature to influence the structural strength safety of the ship body, and is simple in structure and low in cost.
In summary, the present invention effectively overcomes the disadvantages of the prior art and has high industrial utility value.
The above embodiments are merely illustrative of the principles of the present invention and its effectiveness, and are not intended to limit the invention. Modifications and variations may be made to the above-described embodiments by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, it is intended that all equivalent modifications and variations of the invention be covered by the claims, which are within the ordinary skill of the art, be within the spirit and scope of the present disclosure.
