As shown in fig. 4 and 6, a skid apron 12 is fixed at the upper end of a vertical support 100, the skid apron 12 is fixed at the bottom end of the cargo tank 1, the top end of a skid 11 is fixed in the skid apron 12, a connecting channel 14 is arranged at the top end of the skid 11 and the skid apron 12, and the connecting channel 14 is communicated with a leakage channel 16, so that leaked liquid can smoothly pass through the support area. The connecting channel 14 is composed of a stainless steel pipe embedded at the top end of the skid 11 and a through hole 18 arranged on the skid enclosing plate 12, and the end part of the stainless steel pipe is butted with the through hole 18. In another embodiment, a stainless steel plate 19 is mounted at the top end of the skid 11, and a groove is formed in the surface of the stainless steel plate 19 and is communicated with a through hole 18 formed in the skid enclosing plate 12 to form a connecting channel at the top end of the skid 11.
As shown in fig. 5, the leaking liquid storing structure 200 is a container constituted by a cover plate 22, a surrounding wall plate 23 and a bottom plate 24 for storing leaking liquid. The cover plate 22 is provided with an opening, and the edge of the opening is bent inwards, so that the leakage liquid can be prevented from splashing in the discharging process, and the stored liquid can be prevented from splashing when the ship rocks to influence the structural safety of the ship body. The cover plate 22 is formed by cold bending a steel plate, which is beneficial to reducing welding seams and improving the sealing performance of the leaked liquid storage structure 200. The outer side of the bottom plate 24 is provided with a thermal insulation material, and in a preferred embodiment, the thermal insulation material is a PU spraying type. The limiting plate 2 is fixed on the surrounding wall plate 23.
