Abstract

本发明公开了一种搅拌装置，包括升降支架、搅拌轴和搅拌桶，搅拌轴通过电机驱动，升降支架的中间偏下位置在靠近搅拌轴的一侧设有定位台，定位台的外侧开设有一弧形槽，弧形槽与搅拌桶的外侧弧面相匹配，定位台在弧形槽的中心位置上开设有一方形定位槽，搅拌桶的外侧固定有一与方形定位槽相匹配的方形定位块。本发明通过在升降支架上设置定位台，从而使得搅拌时搅拌桶不会产生旋转，提高搅拌效果，消除安全隐患。

本发明涉及一种搅拌装置。
背景技术
高速搅拌机是一种车间常用的设备，通常包括升降支架，以及设置在升降支架上的搅拌轴，搅拌轴上设有搅拌叶片，通过电机驱动搅拌轴进行搅拌，高速搅拌机在使用时，通常将搅拌桶移动到搅拌轴正下方的搅拌位置，再进行搅拌，然而，目前采用的搅拌桶与高速搅拌机之间无法保持较好的相对固定，在进行高速搅拌时，搅拌桶经常发生转动，影响搅拌效果，同时具有安全隐患。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本发明提供了一种搅拌装置，从而有效解决了背景技术中指出的问题。
本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种搅拌装置，包括升降支架、搅拌轴和搅拌桶，所述的搅拌轴设置在升降支架上，所述的搅拌轴上设有搅拌叶片，所述的搅拌轴通过电机驱动，所述升降支架的中间偏下位置在靠近搅拌轴的一侧设有定位台，所述定位台的外侧开设有一弧形槽，所述的弧形槽与搅拌桶的外侧弧面相匹配，所述定位台在弧形槽的中心位置上开设有一方形定位槽，所述搅拌桶的外侧固定有一与方形定位槽相匹配的方形定位块。
作为优选，所述升降支架的底部固定有一底座，所述搅拌桶的外侧设有两个把手，所述搅拌桶的底部设有四个万向轮。
本发明的有益效果：
1、通过在升降支架上设置定位台，从而使得搅拌时搅拌桶不会产生旋转，提高搅拌效果，消除安全隐患；
2、通过方形定位槽和方形定位块对搅拌桶进行周向定位，结构简单，使用方便。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体的实施例并结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
如图1、2、3所述的一种搅拌装置，包括升降支架1、搅拌轴2和搅拌桶3，所述的搅拌轴2设置在升降支架1上，所述的搅拌轴2上设有搅拌叶片，所述的搅拌轴2通过电机驱动，所述升降支架1的中间偏下位置在靠近搅拌轴2的一侧设有定位台4，所述定位台4的外侧开设有一弧形槽5，所述的弧形槽5与搅拌桶3的外侧弧面相匹配，所述定位台4在弧形槽5的中心位置上开设有一方形定位槽6，所述搅拌桶3的外侧固定有一与方形定位槽6相匹配的方形定位块7。
所述升降支架1的底部固定有一底座12，所述搅拌桶3的外侧设有两个把手13，所述搅拌桶3的底部设有四个万向轮。
本发明在使用时，首先调节升降支架1，使得搅拌轴2提起到一定的高度，然后握持把手13将搅拌桶3推到搅拌轴2的正下方，且将方形定位块7扣入方形定位槽6中，从而将搅拌桶3在周向上固定，最后调节升降支架1，使得搅拌轴2下降至搅拌桶3中进行搅拌，待搅拌完成后，只需逆向重复上述步骤即可。

1.一种搅拌装置，其特征在于，包括升降支架(1)、搅拌轴(2)和搅拌桶(3)，所述的搅拌轴(2)设置在升降支架(1)上，所述的搅拌轴(2)上设有搅拌叶片，所述的搅拌轴(2)通过电机驱动，所述升降支架(1)的中间偏下位置在靠近搅拌轴(2)的一侧设有定位台(4)，所述定位台(4)的外侧开设有一弧形槽(5)，所述的弧形槽(5)与搅拌桶(3)的外侧弧面相匹配，所述定位台(4)在弧形槽(5)的中心位置上开设有一方形定位槽(6)，所述搅拌桶(3)的外侧固定有一与方形定位槽(6)相匹配的方形定位块(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种搅拌装置，其特征在于，所述升降支架(1)的底部固定有一底座(12)，所述搅拌桶(3)的外侧设有两个把手(13)，所述搅拌桶(3)的底部设有四个万向轮。
