本发明的目的是解决现有人工手动混合软木配料的方式费时费力，人工成本高，生产效率低，不能满足工业化生产需求的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种软木配料混合机，包括机架，所述机架上设有储料箱，储料箱顶部设有注料口，储料箱内设有绞笼，储料箱底部设有卸料门，所述机架上设有绞笼电机和卸料气缸，绞笼电机与绞笼传动连接，卸料气缸与卸料门相连接，所述储料箱下方设有平推筛网，机架上设有筛网电机，筛网电机与平推筛网传动连接，平推筛网下方设有收料箱。
优选的，所述绞笼位于储料箱内的下部。
优选的，所述储料箱底部的卸料门有4个，与卸料门相对应的卸料气缸也有4个，每个卸料气缸与对应的卸料门相连接。
优选的，所述机架上设有控制箱，控制箱与绞笼电机、卸料气缸、筛网电机相连接，用于控制绞笼电机、卸料气缸、筛网电机的启闭。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明所述的软木配料混合机设计合理、结构简单，通过绞笼电机带动绞笼自动完成储料箱内软木配料的混合，软木配料混合完成后通过卸料气缸打开卸料门，混合后的软木配料被置于平推筛网上进行筛分作业，平推筛网可按照筛网孔径筛分软木配料，收料箱用于收集经筛分后的软木配料，其自动化程度高，大大降低了人工成本，提高了生产效率。

所述绞笼4位于储料箱2内的下部。
所述储料箱2底部的卸料门5有4个，与卸料门5相对应的卸料气缸7也有4个，每个卸料气缸7与对应的卸料门5相连接。
所述机架1上设有控制箱11，控制箱11与绞笼电机6、卸料气缸7、筛网电机9相连接，用于控制绞笼电机6、卸料气缸7、筛网电机9的启闭。
