技术领域
本发明涉及农业种植技术领域,具体涉及一种沃柑综合防虫治理方法。
背景技术
沃柑营养价值很高,含有丰富的蔗糖、葡萄糖、果糖、蛋白质、胡萝卜素、维生素C、瓜氨酸、碘、钙、磷、铁、锌等营养物质,甜腻可口,营养丰富。沃柑虫害主要有潜叶蛾、柑橘木虱、蚜虫及红蜘蛛等,会导致沃柑变黄早落,即使果实不落也必腐烂不堪食用,影响果农的收成。目前对沃柑虫害的防治一般通过农药喷洒,而农药的喷洒不仅容易使害虫产生抗药性,达不到去除虫害的效果,而且使沃柑被农药污染,食用含有农药残留的沃柑,可使农药在体内蓄积,对人体健康构成潜在威胁。因此,如何对沃柑进行绿色环保的综合防虫治理,迫切需要。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的在于:针对上述存在的问题,提供一种沃柑综合防虫治理方法,生产的沃柑树枝条茂盛,有效降低病虫害,提高幼苗成活率,显著增加沃柑的平均单株产量,还能增加沃柑香味及改善品质,且农药残留量大大降低,健康环保。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种沃柑综合防虫治理方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)整地:将种植地进行深翻耕后挖沟渠及种植穴,用腐熟农家肥填满种植穴,将选好的沃柑幼苗移栽入种植穴内,培土踏实,浇透定根水;
(2)种植:选取生长健壮、抗病力强、无病害的沃柑幼苗,将幼苗从根部掘起并连带须根浸泡于毒泥浆中5-7min,再移栽入施好基肥的种植穴内,培土成丘,并浇透定根水,覆盖杂草保墒保暖;
所述毒泥浆主要由以下原料制成:樟树叶、毛茛、茴茴蒜、夹竹桃、毒芹、香根草、豌豆芽、欧洲长毛草盲蝽、塘泥、沼泥、胺鲜酯、氯吡脲、复硝酚钙及三碘苯乙酸;
(3)菽麻种植:围绕着树根在20-40cm周围的沟渠上挖出8-12*13-15*7-9cm的坑,将菽麻种入坑中,株距为30-40cm,填土踏实,浇透定根水;
(4)喷洒防虫剂:种植后,每隔20-30天向沃柑树和树根周围喷洒防虫剂,直至收获果实;
所述防虫剂主要由以下原料制成:遏蓝菜、二裂委陵菜、水蓼、刺蒺藜、裂叶荆芥、木香、陈皮、香叶、白芷、淀粉、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚及微生物菌剂;
(5)果园管理:根据山茶树的成长情况,进行追肥、修剪、松土、除草杀虫、收获的常规果园管理。
优选地,步骤(2)中所述毒泥浆主要由以下重量份原料制成:樟树叶20-30份、毛茛10-20份、茴茴蒜15-25份、夹竹桃20-25份、毒芹20-25份、香根草15-20份、豌豆芽10-20份、欧洲长毛草盲蝽10-15份、塘泥20-30份、沼泥15-20份、胺鲜酯5-7份、氯吡脲3-5份、复硝酚钙3-7份及三碘苯乙酸2-7份。
优选地,步骤(3)中所述毒泥浆的制备方法为:
S1:将樟树叶、毛茛、茴茴蒜、夹竹桃、毒芹、香根草、豌豆芽及欧洲长毛草盲蝽除杂后捣碎,混合得到混合物,备用;
S2:将塘泥及沼泥搅拌均匀后,堆积沤制发酵2-4天,加入步骤S1的混合物,搅拌混合均匀后继续沤制发酵2-3天,最后加入胺鲜酯、氯吡脲、复硝酚钙及三碘苯乙酸,混合均匀后加水稀释成泥浆状,制得所述毒泥浆。
优选地,步骤(4)中所述微生物菌剂主要由等质量比的苏云金芽孢杆菌、白僵菌、绿僵菌、汤普森多毛菌、青虫菌及杀螟杆菌中的一种或多种混合而成。
优选地,步骤(4)中所述防虫剂主要由以下重量份原料制成:遏蓝菜20-25份、二裂委陵菜20-30份、水蓼15-25份、刺蒺藜10-15份、裂叶荆芥10-25份、木香10-12份、陈皮8-10份、香叶5-10份、白芷5-15份、淀粉3-7份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3-5份及微生物菌剂0.5-1.5份。
优选地,步骤(4)中所述防虫剂的制备方法为:
a.按上述重量份称取遏蓝菜、二裂委陵菜、水蓼、刺蒺藜、裂叶荆芥、木香、陈皮、香叶及白芷绞碎成浆后,加入温水至浸没物料表面,搅拌混合均匀后浸泡20-30h,备用;
b.按上述重量份称取微生物放入25-32℃的蔗糖水及蛋白胨混合液中培养3-5h,得到微生物菌剂,备用;
c.将步骤(b)制得的微生物菌剂均匀喷洒于步骤(a)中,搅拌均匀后,密封静置2-3天,过滤得到一次滤渣及一次滤液,备用;
d.往步骤(c)中一次滤渣加入由等体积比的乙醇、乙醚及正丁醇混合制成的有机溶液中,搅拌均匀后置于微波联合超声波仪器中回流提取1-3h,经离心过滤,得到二次滤渣和二次滤液,备用;
e.将上述制得的一次滤液和二次滤液混合后,加入淀粉及脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,置于30-40℃水浴锅中溶解混合均匀,得到所述防虫剂。
优选地,制得的所述防虫剂加水稀释150-250倍后均匀喷淋,现配现用。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明的沃柑综合防虫治理方法,在幼苗种植前先用毒泥浆处理,该毒泥浆主要由樟树叶、毛茛、茴茴蒜、夹竹桃、毒芹、香根草、豌豆芽、欧洲长毛草盲蝽、塘泥、沼泥、胺鲜酯、氯吡脲、复硝酚钙及三碘苯乙酸制成;其中,樟树叶所含的有效成分具有特殊的气味和毒性,能有效趋避及毒害蚂蚁、老鼠等害虫;毛茛及茴茴蒜中所含的有效成分能有效抑制病虫害的种群形成;夹竹桃及毒芹中含有有毒成分,对病虫害具有显著的毒杀作用;香根草、豌豆芽及欧洲长毛草盲蝽中所含的有效成分,能发挥极好的引诱效果,将害虫引诱过来,然后被有毒物质直接杀死;胺鲜酯、氯吡脲、复硝酚钙及三碘苯乙酸不仅不仅能为作物提供磷、钙及氮等矿物质元素,还具有显著的触杀、毒杀及趋避的作用;这些物质制成的毒泥浆不仅大大增加了幼苗的生长速度,还能有效减少病虫害,提高成活率及产量,采用中草药驱虫,引诱,以至于最终毒杀,对防治病虫害有较好效果,减少农药使用,显著提高幼苗成活率。
2、本发明的沃柑综合防虫治理方法利用自制的防虫剂防虫,该防虫剂主要由遏蓝菜、二裂委陵菜、水蓼、刺蒺藜、裂叶荆芥、木香、陈皮、香叶、白芷、淀粉、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚及微生物菌剂等原料制成;其中,遏蓝菜、二裂委陵菜、水蓼、刺蒺藜及裂叶荆芥中均含有杀虫杀菌活性成分,相互组合,使得防虫剂对病虫害具有触杀、胃毒、拒食等多种作用,从多方面防治害虫病菌,有效增加了防虫剂的抗菌杀虫范围,具有较强抗菌杀虫的作用,从而更加广泛及有效地杀灭病虫害,减少病虫害对沃柑的破坏,有效提高产量,同时减少农药使用率,从而提高果实风味,健康环保;木香、陈皮、香叶及白芷具有特殊的香味,能有效增加沃柑果实的香味,提高品质;淀粉具有一定的粘着性,提高防虫剂粘附叶面的作用力;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚能增加防虫剂液体的延展性及渗透性,使防虫剂充分被吸收利用;这些物质经微生物菌剂发酵分解,能将不易于根系吸收的物质转换成易于植物叶片吸收的小分子物质,促进了植物叶片的营养吸收,提高叶面肥利用率,还能有效地抑制有害病虫的正常生理活动,起到很好的杀菌杀虫的作用。利用该防虫剂种植沃柑,生产的沃柑树枝条茂盛,有效降低病虫害,提高幼苗成活率,显著增加沃柑的平均单株产量,还能增加沃柑香味及改善品质,且农药残留量大大降低,健康环保。
3、本发明的沃柑综合防虫治理方法,在树周围种植菽麻,有效引诱害虫,降低沃柑树上的虫口密度,将害虫吸引到菽麻上,避免其为害沃柑树,从而有效降低病虫害,防虫效果显著,安全环保。

实施例1
1、毒泥浆的制备
毒泥浆主要由以下重量份原料制成:樟树叶20份、毛茛10份、茴茴蒜15份、夹竹桃20份、毒芹20份、香根草15份、豌豆芽10份、欧洲长毛草盲蝽10份、塘泥20份、沼泥15份、胺鲜酯5份、氯吡脲3份、复硝酚钙3份及三碘苯乙酸2份。
将上述配比的预料使用下述的方法制备毒泥浆,具体包括以下步骤:
S1:将樟树叶、毛茛、茴茴蒜、夹竹桃、毒芹、香根草、豌豆芽及欧洲长毛草盲蝽除杂后捣碎,混合得到混合物,备用;
S2:将塘泥及沼泥搅拌均匀后,堆积沤制发酵2天,加入步骤S1的混合物,搅拌混合均匀后继续沤制发酵2天,最后加入胺鲜酯、氯吡脲、复硝酚钙及三碘苯乙酸,混合均匀后加水稀释成泥浆状,制得所述毒泥浆。
2、防虫剂的制备
防虫剂主要由以下重量份原料制成:遏蓝菜20份、二裂委陵菜20份、水蓼15份、刺蒺藜10份、裂叶荆芥10份、木香10份、陈皮8份、香叶5份、白芷5份、淀粉3份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3份及微生物菌剂0.5份;
其中,微生物菌剂主要由等质量比的苏云金芽孢杆菌及白僵菌混合而成。
将上述配比的预料使用下述的方法制备防虫剂,具体包括以下步骤:
a.按上述重量份称取遏蓝菜、二裂委陵菜、水蓼、刺蒺藜、裂叶荆芥、木香、陈皮、香叶及白芷绞碎成浆后,加入温水至浸没物料表面,搅拌混合均匀后浸泡20h,备用;
b.按上述重量份称取微生物放入25℃的蔗糖水及蛋白胨混合液中培养3h,得到微生物菌剂,备用;
c.将步骤(b)制得的微生物菌剂均匀喷洒于步骤(a)中,搅拌均匀后,密封静置2-3天,过滤得到一次滤渣及一次滤液,备用;
d.往步骤(c)中一次滤渣加入由等体积比的乙醇、乙醚及正丁醇混合制成的有机溶液中,搅拌均匀后置于微波联合超声波仪器中回流提取1h,经离心过滤,得到二次滤渣和二次滤液,备用;
e.将上述制得的一次滤液和二次滤液混合后,加入淀粉及脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,置于30℃水浴锅中溶解混合均匀,得到所述防虫剂;
f.将制得的所述防虫剂加水稀释150倍后均匀喷淋,现配现用。
3、将上述制备得到的毒泥浆、防虫剂用在沃柑综合防虫治理方法上,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)整地:将种植地进行深翻耕后挖沟渠及种植穴,用腐熟农家肥填满种植穴,将选好的沃柑幼苗移栽入种植穴内,培土踏实,浇透定根水;
(2)种植:选取生长健壮、抗病力强、无病害的沃柑幼苗,将幼苗从根部掘起并连带须根浸泡于上述制得的毒泥浆中5min,再移栽入施好基肥的种植穴内,培土成丘,并浇透定根水,覆盖杂草保墒保暖;
(3)菽麻种植:围绕着树根在20cm周围的沟渠上挖出8*13*7cm的坑,将菽麻种入坑中,株距为30cm,填土踏实,浇透定根水;
(4)喷洒防虫剂:种植后,每隔20天向沃柑树和树根周围喷洒上述制得的防虫剂,直至收获果实;
(5)果园管理:根据山茶树的成长情况,进行追肥、修剪、松土、除草杀虫、收获的常规果园管理。
实施例2
1、毒泥浆的制备
毒泥浆主要由以下重量份原料制成:樟树叶25份、毛茛15份、茴茴蒜20份、夹竹桃23份、毒芹23份、香根草17.5份、豌豆芽15份、欧洲长毛草盲蝽13份、塘泥25份、沼泥17份、胺鲜酯6份、氯吡脲4份、复硝酚钙5份及三碘苯乙酸4.5份。
将上述配比的预料使用下述的方法制备毒泥浆,具体包括以下步骤:
S1:将樟树叶、毛茛、茴茴蒜、夹竹桃、毒芹、香根草、豌豆芽及欧洲长毛草盲蝽除杂后捣碎,混合得到混合物,备用;
S2:将塘泥及沼泥搅拌均匀后,堆积沤制发酵3天,加入步骤S1的混合物,搅拌混合均匀后继续沤制发酵2.5天,最后加入胺鲜酯、氯吡脲、复硝酚钙及三碘苯乙酸,混合均匀后加水稀释成泥浆状,制得所述毒泥浆。
2、防虫剂的制备
防虫剂主要由以下重量份原料制成:遏蓝菜23份、二裂委陵菜25份、水蓼20份、刺蒺藜13份、裂叶荆芥17份、木香11份、陈皮9份、香叶7.5份、白芷10份、淀粉5份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚4份及微生物菌剂1份;
其中,微生物菌剂主要由等质量比的汤普森多毛菌、青虫菌及杀螟杆菌混合而成。
将上述配比的预料使用下述的方法制备防虫剂,具体包括以下步骤:
a.按上述重量份称取遏蓝菜、二裂委陵菜、水蓼、刺蒺藜、裂叶荆芥、木香、陈皮、香叶及白芷绞碎成浆后,加入温水至浸没物料表面,搅拌混合均匀后浸泡25h,备用;
b.按上述重量份称取微生物放入28℃的蔗糖水及蛋白胨混合液中培养4h,得到微生物菌剂,备用;
c.将步骤(b)制得的微生物菌剂均匀喷洒于步骤(a)中,搅拌均匀后,密封静置2.5天,过滤得到一次滤渣及一次滤液,备用;
d.往步骤(c)中一次滤渣加入由等体积比的乙醇、乙醚及正丁醇混合制成的有机溶液中,搅拌均匀后置于微波联合超声波仪器中回流提取2h,经离心过滤,得到二次滤渣和二次滤液,备用;
e.将上述制得的一次滤液和二次滤液混合后,加入淀粉及脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,置于35℃水浴锅中溶解混合均匀,得到所述防虫剂;
f.将制得的所述防虫剂加水稀释200倍后均匀喷淋,现配现用。
3、将上述制备得到的毒泥浆、防虫剂用在沃柑综合防虫治理方法上,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)整地:将种植地进行深翻耕后挖沟渠及种植穴,用腐熟农家肥填满种植穴,将选好的沃柑幼苗移栽入种植穴内,培土踏实,浇透定根水;
(2)种植:选取生长健壮、抗病力强、无病害的沃柑幼苗,将幼苗从根部掘起并连带须根浸泡于上述制得的毒泥浆中6min,再移栽入施好基肥的种植穴内,培土成丘,并浇透定根水,覆盖杂草保墒保暖;
(3)菽麻种植:围绕着树根在30cm周围的沟渠上挖出10*14*8cm的坑,将菽麻种入坑中,株距为35cm,填土踏实,浇透定根水;
(4)喷洒防虫剂:种植后,每隔25天向沃柑树和树根周围喷洒上述制得的防虫剂,直至收获果实;
(5)果园管理:根据山茶树的成长情况,进行追肥、修剪、松土、除草杀虫、收获的常规果园管理。
实施例3
1、毒泥浆的制备
毒泥浆主要由以下重量份原料制成:樟树叶30份、毛茛20份、茴茴蒜25份、夹竹桃25份、毒芹25份、香根草20份、豌豆芽20份、欧洲长毛草盲蝽15份、塘泥30份、沼泥20份、胺鲜酯7份、氯吡脲5份、复硝酚钙7份及三碘苯乙酸7份。
将上述配比的预料使用下述的方法制备毒泥浆,具体包括以下步骤:
S1:将樟树叶、毛茛、茴茴蒜、夹竹桃、毒芹、香根草、豌豆芽及欧洲长毛草盲蝽除杂后捣碎,混合得到混合物,备用;
S2:将塘泥及沼泥搅拌均匀后,堆积沤制发酵4天,加入步骤S1的混合物,搅拌混合均匀后继续沤制发酵3天,最后加入胺鲜酯、氯吡脲、复硝酚钙及三碘苯乙酸,混合均匀后加水稀释成泥浆状,制得所述毒泥浆。
2、防虫剂的制备
防虫剂主要由以下重量份原料制成:遏蓝菜25份、二裂委陵菜30份、水蓼25份、刺蒺藜15份、裂叶荆芥25份、木香12份、陈皮10份、香叶10份、白芷15份、淀粉7份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5份及微生物菌剂1.5份;
其中,微生物菌剂主要由等质量比的苏云金芽孢杆菌、白僵菌、绿僵菌、汤普森多毛菌、青虫菌及杀螟杆菌混合而成。
将上述配比的预料使用下述的方法制备防虫剂,具体包括以下步骤:
a.按上述重量份称取遏蓝菜、二裂委陵菜、水蓼、刺蒺藜、裂叶荆芥、木香、陈皮、香叶及白芷绞碎成浆后,加入温水至浸没物料表面,搅拌混合均匀后浸泡30h,备用;
b.按上述重量份称取微生物放入32℃的蔗糖水及蛋白胨混合液中培养5h,得到微生物菌剂,备用;
c.将步骤(b)制得的微生物菌剂均匀喷洒于步骤(a)中,搅拌均匀后,密封静置3天,过滤得到一次滤渣及一次滤液,备用;
d.往步骤(c)中一次滤渣加入由等体积比的乙醇、乙醚及正丁醇混合制成的有机溶液中,搅拌均匀后置于微波联合超声波仪器中回流提取3h,经离心过滤,得到二次滤渣和二次滤液,备用;
e.将上述制得的一次滤液和二次滤液混合后,加入淀粉及脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,置于40℃水浴锅中溶解混合均匀,得到所述防虫剂;
f.将制得的所述防虫剂加水稀释250倍后均匀喷淋,现配现用。
3、将上述制备得到的毒泥浆、防虫剂用在沃柑综合防虫治理方法上,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)整地:将种植地进行深翻耕后挖沟渠及种植穴,用腐熟农家肥填满种植穴,将选好的沃柑幼苗移栽入种植穴内,培土踏实,浇透定根水;
(2)种植:选取生长健壮、抗病力强、无病害的沃柑幼苗,将幼苗从根部掘起并连带须根浸泡于上述制得的毒泥浆中7min,再移栽入施好基肥的种植穴内,培土成丘,并浇透定根水,覆盖杂草保墒保暖;
(3)菽麻种植:围绕着树根在40cm周围的沟渠上挖出12*15*9cm的坑,将菽麻种入坑中,株距为40cm,填土踏实,浇透定根水;
(4)喷洒防虫剂:种植后,每隔30天向沃柑树和树根周围喷洒上述制得的防虫剂,直至收获果实;
(5)果园管理:根据山茶树的成长情况,进行追肥、修剪、松土、除草杀虫、收获的常规果园管理。
申请人针对本发明的沃柑综合防虫治理方法,与传统的沃柑综合防虫治理方法进行对比试验,并进行了相关性能的检测及统计,结果如表1所示:
对比例1:传统的沃柑综合防虫治理方法。
对比例2:没有使用自制的防虫剂,而是采用常规的防虫管理,其他方式与本发明的实施例1相同。
对比例3:幼苗没经过毒泥浆处理,其他方式与本发明的实施例1相同。

从表1可知,本发明生产的沃柑树枝条茂盛,有效降低病虫害,提高幼苗成活率,显著增加沃柑的平均单株产量,还能增加沃柑香味及改善品质,且农药残留量大大降低,健康环保。
上述说明是针对本发明较佳可行实施例的详细说明,但实施例并非用以限定本发明的专利申请范围,凡本发明所提示的技术精神下所完成的同等变化或修饰变更,均应属于本发明所涵盖专利范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种沃柑综合防虫治理方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)整地:将种植地进行深翻耕后挖沟渠及种植穴,用腐熟农家肥填满种植穴,将选好的沃柑幼苗移栽入种植穴内,培土踏实,浇透定根水;
(2)种植:选取生长健壮、抗病力强、无病害的沃柑幼苗,将幼苗从根部掘起并连带须根浸泡于毒泥浆中5-7min,再移栽入施好基肥的种植穴内,培土成丘,并浇透定根水,覆盖杂草保墒保暖;
所述毒泥浆主要由以下原料制成:樟树叶、毛茛、茴茴蒜、夹竹桃、毒芹、香根草、豌豆芽、欧洲长毛草盲蝽、塘泥、沼泥、胺鲜酯、氯吡脲、复硝酚钙及三碘苯乙酸;
(3)菽麻种植:围绕着树根在20-40cm周围的沟渠上挖出8-12*13-15*7-9cm的坑,将菽麻种入坑中,株距为30-40cm,填土踏实,浇透定根水;
(4)喷洒防虫剂:种植后,每隔20-30天向沃柑树和树根周围喷洒防虫剂,直至收获果实;
所述防虫剂主要由以下原料制成:遏蓝菜、二裂委陵菜、水蓼、刺蒺藜、裂叶荆芥、木香、陈皮、香叶、白芷、淀粉、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚及微生物菌剂;
(5)果园管理:根据山茶树的成长情况,进行追肥、修剪、松土、除草杀虫、收获的常规果园管理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的沃柑综合防虫治理方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述毒泥浆主要由以下重量份原料制成:樟树叶20-30份、毛茛10-20份、茴茴蒜15-25份、夹竹桃20-25份、毒芹20-25份、香根草15-20份、豌豆芽10-20份、欧洲长毛草盲蝽10-15份、塘泥20-30份、沼泥15-20份、胺鲜酯5-7份、氯吡脲3-5份、复硝酚钙3-7份及三碘苯乙酸2-7份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的沃柑综合防虫治理方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中所述毒泥浆的制备方法为:
S1:将樟树叶、毛茛、茴茴蒜、夹竹桃、毒芹、香根草、豌豆芽及欧洲长毛草盲蝽除杂后捣碎,混合得到混合物,备用;
S2:将塘泥及沼泥搅拌均匀后,堆积沤制发酵2-4天,加入步骤S1的混合物,搅拌混合均匀后继续沤制发酵2-3天,最后加入胺鲜酯、氯吡脲、复硝酚钙及三碘苯乙酸,混合均匀后加水稀释成泥浆状,制得所述毒泥浆。
4.根据权利要求1所述的沃柑综合防虫治理方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中所述微生物菌剂主要由等质量比的苏云金芽孢杆菌、白僵菌、绿僵菌、汤普森多毛菌、青虫菌及杀螟杆菌中的一种或多种混合而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的沃柑综合防虫治理方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中所述防虫剂主要由以下重量份原料制成:遏蓝菜20-25份、二裂委陵菜20-30份、水蓼15-25份、刺蒺藜10-15份、裂叶荆芥10-25份、木香10-12份、陈皮8-10份、香叶5-10份、白芷5-15份、淀粉3-7份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3-5份及微生物菌剂0.5-1.5份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的沃柑综合防虫治理方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中所述防虫剂的制备方法为:
a.按上述重量份称取遏蓝菜、二裂委陵菜、水蓼、刺蒺藜、裂叶荆芥、木香、陈皮、香叶及白芷绞碎成浆后,加入温水至浸没物料表面,搅拌混合均匀后浸泡20-30h,备用;
b.按上述重量份称取微生物放入25-32℃的蔗糖水及蛋白胨混合液中培养3-5h,得到微生物菌剂,备用;
c.将步骤(b)制得的微生物菌剂均匀喷洒于步骤(a)中,搅拌均匀后,密封静置2-3天,过滤得到一次滤渣及一次滤液,备用;
d.往步骤(c)中一次滤渣加入由等体积比的乙醇、乙醚及正丁醇混合制成的有机溶液中,搅拌均匀后置于微波联合超声波仪器中回流提取1-3h,经离心过滤,得到二次滤渣和二次滤液,备用;
e.将上述制得的一次滤液和二次滤液混合后,加入淀粉及脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,置于30-40℃水浴锅中溶解混合均匀,得到所述防虫剂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的沃柑综合防虫治理方法,其特征在于:制得的所述防虫剂加水稀释150-250倍后均匀喷淋,现配现用。
