temporary parking space vehicle identification system, includes:
the license plate recognition camera module is used for recognizing license plate information of vehicles parked in the temporary parking spaces and outputting the license plate information to the cell temporary parking space information base so as to update the cell temporary parking space information base;
the image recognition camera module is used for collecting the environmental condition of parking in the temporary parking space and outputting the environmental condition to the user terminal;
the vehicle owner using habit information output by the central database comprises: the method comprises the following steps that the sex of an owner of a vehicle, the position of a resident, the type of the vehicle, the color of the vehicle, vehicle travel information, vehicle use frequency information and a contact telephone are set;
the vehicle comprises a household vehicle and a working vehicle, the vehicle travel information corresponding to the household vehicle comprises a limited sunrise and arrival time period and a non-limited sunrise and arrival time period, and the vehicle travel information corresponding to the working vehicle comprises a working sunrise and arrival time period and a double-holiday travel and arrival time period;
the vehicle use frequency information comprises the frequency of using the vehicle at ordinary times and the frequency of using the vehicle again for going out on the same day after parking the vehicle;
the cell planning parking space information base comprises:
the different-time-period block information module is used for dividing the planned parking spaces according to time periods to obtain the planned parking spaces of the different-time-period blocks, receiving vehicle travel information provided by the central database, and selecting the planned parking spaces of the time-period blocks corresponding to the vehicle travel information;
the planning parking space size selection module is used for receiving the vehicle type provided by the central database and selecting a planning parking space of a time period block corresponding to the vehicle type;
the planning parking space closest position selection module receives the resident positions provided by the central database, selects the planning parking space of the time period block with the shortest distance with the owner resident position as the appointed planning parking space and outputs the planning parking space to the driving route information generation module;
the driving route information generating module generates driving route information according to the specified planning parking space and outputs the driving route information to the signal probe;
the cell temporary parking space information base comprises:
the temporary parking space size selection module is used for receiving the vehicle type provided by the central database and selecting a temporary parking space corresponding to the vehicle type;
the temporary parking space nearest position selection module receives the resident position and the vehicle use frequency information provided by the central database, selects a temporary parking space which is shortest in distance and most effective with the position of the owner of the resident on the temporary parking space corresponding to the vehicle type, generates a specified temporary parking space and outputs the specified temporary parking space to the driving route information generation module, wherein the most effective temporary parking space is the temporary parking space selected according to the vehicle use frequency information;
the driving route information generating module generates corresponding driving route information according to the specified temporary parking space and outputs the driving route information to the signal probe;
and the module for generating the predicted available parking time generates the predicted available parking time information and outputs the predicted available parking time information to the user terminal.
2. The system for cell induced parking management as defined in claim 1, wherein the signal probe comprises:
the image recognition camera module is used for distinguishing the passing of vehicles and non-vehicles and monitoring the traffic condition of the district road;
and the signal lamp control module is used for receiving and applying the driving route information of the appointed planning parking space or the driving route information of the appointed temporary parking space and guiding the vehicle owner to drive to the appointed planning parking space or the appointed temporary parking space.
3. The system for community-induced parking management according to claim 2, wherein the signal lamp control module is used for guiding the car owner to drive by controlling on and off of signal lamps, and the signal lamps are arranged along community roads.
4. The system of claim 3, wherein the central database pushes the owner's gender and contact phone number to the user terminal for information interaction between the owners; the cell temporary parking information base pushes predicted available parking time information and emergency vehicle moving notification to a user terminal for interaction between the cell temporary parking information base and a vehicle owner; the community planning parking information base and the community temporary parking information base push driving route information to a user terminal, and are used for interaction between the community planning parking information base and a vehicle owner; the emergency early warning system pushes an emergency vehicle moving notification to the user terminal for interaction between the emergency early warning system and the user terminal.
