In summary, according to the communication method, the communication terminal, the cloud server and the communication system provided by the invention, the cloud server is used for uniformly managing the information of the car owner, including the license plate number, the communication account number and the like, the user who needs to contact the car owner sends the license plate number to the cloud server through the mobile terminal, and the cloud server can obtain the unique identifier of the car owner with the license plate number on the cloud server from the database and send the unique identifier to the mobile terminal. The user transmits the unique identifier received on the mobile terminal to a nearby communication terminal, the communication terminal and the cloud server perform data interaction to obtain a real communication account number of the vehicle owner with the unique identifier, the communication terminal establishes communication connection with the terminal of the vehicle owner according to the communication account number obtained from the cloud server, and the user needing to contact the vehicle owner can directly communicate with the vehicle owner through the communication terminal. In the whole communication process, the private mobile terminal of the user needing to contact the vehicle owner never obtains the real contact way of the vehicle owner, and the communication terminal cannot display the real communication account number of the vehicle owner. The method and the device realize the establishment of communication connection with the contacted person on the premise of not exposing the real communication account of the contacted person.

acquiring account balance corresponding to the unique identifier;
when the account balance is larger than a preset balance threshold value, sending a telephone number corresponding to the unique identifier to a communication terminal;
the communication terminal is fixedly arranged in a parking area;
and when a reminding instruction from the mobile terminal is received, sending a reminding message to the communication terminal corresponding to the unique identifier.
18. The communication method according to claim 17, wherein obtaining the license plate number from the mobile terminal includes:
acquiring a license plate picture from a mobile terminal; the license plate picture comprises license plate number information;
and analyzing the license plate picture to obtain the license plate number.
19. The communication method according to claim 17, wherein sending the unique identifier corresponding to the license plate number to the mobile terminal specifically comprises:
acquiring a unique identifier corresponding to the license plate number;
generating a two-dimensional code according to the unique identifier;
and sending the two-dimensional code to a mobile terminal.
20. The communication method according to claim 17, further comprising:
acquiring position information of the mobile terminal to obtain third position information;
acquiring current system time to obtain third time;
and generating a reminding message according to the third position information and the third time.
21. A cloud server comprising one or more second processors and a second memory, the second memory storing a program and configured to perform the following steps by the one or more second processors:
acquiring a license plate number from a mobile terminal;
sending the unique identifier corresponding to the license plate number to a mobile terminal;
acquiring the unique identification obtained by the communication terminal from the mobile terminal;
sending a communication account corresponding to the unique identifier to a communication terminal so that the communication terminal establishes communication connection with a terminal corresponding to the communication account;
sending a communication account corresponding to the unique identifier to a communication terminal, specifically:
acquiring account balance corresponding to the unique identifier;
when the account balance is larger than a preset balance threshold value, sending a telephone number corresponding to the unique identifier to a communication terminal;
the communication terminal is fixedly arranged in a parking area;
and when a reminding instruction from the mobile terminal is received, sending a reminding message to the communication terminal corresponding to the unique identifier.
22. The cloud server of claim 21, wherein obtaining the license plate number from the mobile terminal specifically comprises:

23. The cloud server of claim 21, wherein sending the unique identifier corresponding to the license plate number to the mobile terminal specifically comprises:
acquiring a unique identifier corresponding to the license plate number;
generating a two-dimensional code according to the unique identifier;
and sending the two-dimensional code to a mobile terminal.

acquiring position information of the mobile terminal to obtain third position information;
