s3, when a user vehicle runs to an entrance of a parking lot, an RFID reader-writer acquires a license plate number and a vehicle type in an electronic tag from the electronic tag of the user vehicle, the RFID reader-writer sends read information to a parking lot server, the parking lot server searches whether the license plate number exists in a database or not through the license plate number acquired in real time, and if yes, the parking lot server controls a parking lot gate to be opened;
