A multimedia interaction system and a multimedia interaction method are provided. The multimedia interaction system comprises a cloud control platform, a wireless communication chip, a reader, a network interface and a processor. The cloud control platform is provided with an interactive list. After the tag information in the wireless communication chip is read by the reader, the processor or the cloud control platform queries the interactive list based on the tag information to determine first device information or second device information corresponding to the tag information, and determines a multimedia source associated with the first device information or the second device information.

The vendor A can determine to which multimedia source the tags 540A-510E correspond, and further can set different multimedia sources according to different multimedia devices. As illustrated in fig. 5, the field "first device information" corresponds to the display device 520, and the field "second device information" corresponds to the mobile electronic device 530. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and in another embodiment, the first device information and the second device information may correspond to different display devices, for example, the manufacturer a may have two branches, and each branch has a display device, so that the first device information may be a display device of one branch and the second device information may be a display device of the other branch. In addition, the interaction list 511 of the cloud control platform 510 may be additionally provided with device information according to different user requirements, and is not limited to only one or two device information.
In the embodiment, after the interactive list 511 is set, the interactive list 511 is sent to the display device 520, and the interactive list 511 is stored in the display device 520. After receiving the interactive list 511, the display device 520 downloads the multimedia contents corresponding to 5 multimedia sources, such as "Post 1", "Post 2", "Post 3", "Post 4", and "Post 5", in advance. In the dispatch operation, the identifier "customer 1" corresponding to the display device 520 (or shelf 500) is linked to the interactive list 511 according to the device binding setting 513, and the linked relationship is recorded in the list binding setting 515. Accordingly, the display device 520 is pointed to the interactive list 511 in the cloud control platform 510.
Assuming that the user picks up the article D and enters the sensing range of the reader 550, the processor of the display device 520 receives the tag information " URL 1, 4, customer 1", and after the tag information is analyzed by the analysis module, the server address is "URL 1", the serial number is "4", the identification code is "customer 1", and then the multimedia source corresponding to the serial number "4" is searched in the field "device information 1" in the interaction list stored in the processor. Finally, the multimedia content corresponding to the multimedia source "Post 4" is found, and the multimedia content corresponding to the multimedia source "Post 4" is displayed (played) on the display device 520 through the playing module. The analysis module and the playback module of the display device 520 are composed of one or more program code segments, for example, and are stored in the internal storage unit.
Alternatively, the user may use his own mobile electronic device 530 (which has another reader built in) to obtain the tag information. For example, the user may first install an application program for interacting with the products a-E in the mobile electronic device 530. The processor of the mobile electronic device 530 performs the following multimedia interaction method through the application program. First, the user brings the mobile electronic device 530 close to the article D, and the reader of the mobile electronic device 530 reads the tag information " URL 1, 4, customerl" of the tag 540D. After the processor of the mobile electronic device 530 analyzes the application program, it knows that the server address is "URL 1", and then guides the server address "URL 1" to the cloud control platform 510, and transmits the tag information " URL 1, 4, customer 1" to the cloud control platform 510. The cloud control platform 510 fetches the corresponding interaction list 511 according to the identifier "customer 1", and then searches the multimedia source with the corresponding serial number "4" in the field "device information 2" of the interaction list 511. Finally, a multimedia source, i.e. the web page address "Website 4" is found, and a web page corresponding to the web page address "Website 4" is displayed on the mobile electronic device 530.
In summary, the present invention utilizes the tag information to query the interactive list. The corresponding device information (first device information, second device information) is recorded in the interactive list according to different interactive modes, and accordingly, an appropriate multimedia source can be dynamically determined. That is, when the current interactive multimedia device has previously downloaded the interactive list and the corresponding multimedia source, the corresponding multimedia source is directly played on the multimedia device based on the tag information. When the interactive list is not downloaded by the current interactive multimedia device, the webpage based on the label information is displayed in the multimedia device, and the corresponding multimedia content can not be downloaded, so that the information transmission time and the storage space are saved. Therefore, the wireless communication chip can be arranged in the goods, and the label information is used as a medium for starting and transmitting information. The user can decide the multimedia content to watch.
The present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential attributes thereof, and it should be understood that various changes and modifications can be effected therein by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.

Claims (20)

1. A multimedia interaction system, comprising:
a wireless communication chip including a tag information;
a cloud control platform having an interactive list, the interactive list recording the tag information and a first device information, a second device information and a plurality of multimedia sources associated with the tag information, wherein the first device information corresponds to a portion of the multimedia sources, and the second device information corresponds to another portion of the multimedia sources;
a reader for reading the tag information of the wireless communication chip;
the network interface is connected with the cloud control platform through a network; and
a processor respectively coupled to the network interface and the reader, wherein the processor is connected to the cloud control platform through the network interface, and after the processor receives the tag information from the reader, the processor or the cloud control platform queries the interaction list based on the received tag information to determine one of the first device information and the second device information corresponding to the tag information, and determines one of the multimedia sources associated with the one of the first device information and the second device information; wherein
One portion of the multimedia sources is different from another portion of the multimedia sources.
2. The system of claim 1, further comprising a first multimedia device and a second multimedia device, wherein the first device information corresponds to the first multimedia device and the second device information corresponds to the second multimedia device, wherein the second multimedia device is configured with the reader, the processor and the network interface;
wherein the processor is connected to the cloud control platform through the network interface based on the tag information, and the processor transmits the tag information to the cloud control platform,
the cloud control platform queries the interactive list to obtain one of the multimedia sources corresponding to the second device information after receiving the tag information from the second multimedia device.
3. The system of claim 2, wherein the tag information comprises a server address, a serial number and an identification code, and the other portion of the multimedia sources corresponding to the second device information comprises web addresses,
the processor is connected to the cloud control platform based on the server address,
the cloud control platform obtains the interactive list corresponding to the identification code, and finds out the webpage addresses corresponding to one of the serial numbers in the interactive list so as to display a webpage corresponding to the webpage addresses on the second multimedia device.
4. The system of claim 1, further comprising a first multimedia device and a second multimedia device, wherein the first device information corresponds to the first multimedia device and the second device information corresponds to the second multimedia device, wherein the first multimedia device comprises the processor and the network interface,
wherein the processor receives the interactive list and a part of the multimedia sources corresponding to the first device information recorded by the interactive list from the cloud control platform,
after the processor receives the tag information from the reader, the processor queries the received interactive list to determine the multimedia sources corresponding to one of the tag information, so as to play the multimedia source from the first multimedia device.
5. The system of claim 4, wherein the tag information comprises a serial number,
the processor queries the interactive list to play the multimedia sources corresponding to one of the sequence numbers on the first multimedia device.
6. The system of claim 4, wherein the cloud control platform sets an identification code corresponding to one or more of the first multimedia devices, and sets the interaction list corresponding to the identification code,
when the cloud control platform receives a query instruction from one of the first multimedia devices, the interaction list and a part of the multimedia sources corresponding to the first device information recorded by the interaction list are transmitted to the one of the first multimedia devices.
7. The system of claim 4, wherein the second multimedia device comprises:
a display;
another reader for reading the label information of the wireless communication chip, wherein the label information further comprises a server address, a serial number and an identification code;
the other network interface is connected with the cloud control platform through the network; and
another processor coupled to the another network interface and the another reader;
wherein another portion of the multimedia sources corresponding to the second device information includes a plurality of web addresses,
the other processor is connected to the cloud control platform through the server address, the cloud control platform obtains the interaction list corresponding to the identification code, and finds one of the webpage addresses corresponding to the sequence number in the interaction list so as to display a webpage corresponding to the webpage address on the display of the second multimedia device.
8. The system of claim 4, wherein an interactive mode function is configured via the cloud control platform and is sent to the first multimedia device via a command, allowing the processor to receive the tag information from the reader when the interactive mode function is enabled.
9. A multimedia interaction method is applied to a multimedia interaction system, wherein the multimedia interaction system comprises a cloud control platform, a wireless communication chip, a reader, a network interface and a processor,
the multimedia interaction method comprises the following steps:
reading the wireless communication chip through the reader to obtain tag information in the wireless communication chip;
the system comprises a cloud control platform, a network interface and a server, wherein the cloud control platform is provided with an interaction list, the interaction list records the tag information and first device information, second device information and a plurality of multimedia sources which are associated with the tag information, the first device information corresponds to one part of the multimedia sources, and the second device information corresponds to the other part of the multimedia sources; and
after receiving the tag information from the reader, querying, by the processor or the cloud control platform, the interaction list based on the received tag information to determine one of the first device information and the second device information corresponding to the tag information, and determining one of the multimedia sources associated with the one of the first device information and the second device information; wherein
One portion of the multimedia sources is different from another portion of the multimedia sources.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the multimedia interaction system comprises a first multimedia device and a second multimedia device, and the reader, the processor and the network interface are disposed on the second multimedia device, and the step of connecting to the cloud control platform via the network comprises:
connecting, by the processor, to the cloud control platform through the network interface based on the tag information and transmitting the tag information to the cloud control platform,
the cloud control platform queries the interactive list to obtain one of the multimedia sources corresponding to the second device information after receiving the tag information from the second multimedia device.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein the tag information comprises a server address, a serial number and an identification number, and the other portion of the multimedia sources corresponding to the second device information comprises web addresses, and the step of connecting to the cloud control platform via the network comprises:
connecting to the cloud control platform by the processor based on the server address;
the cloud control platform obtains the interactive list corresponding to the identification code, and finds out one of the webpage addresses corresponding to the sequence number in the interactive list so as to display a webpage corresponding to the webpage address on the second multimedia device.
12. The method of claim 9, wherein the multimedia interaction system comprises a first multimedia device and a second multimedia device, and the processor and the network interface are disposed on the first multimedia device, and the method further comprises:
receiving, by the processor, the interactive list and a plurality of files corresponding to a portion of the multimedia sources recorded by the interactive list and corresponding to the first device information from the cloud control platform;
after the multimedia device receives the tag information from the reader, the processor queries the received interactive list to determine one of the multimedia sources corresponding to the tag information, so as to play the multimedia source from the first multimedia device.
13. The method of claim 12, wherein the tag information comprises a serial number, and the step of playing the multimedia source from the first multimedia device comprises:
the interactive list is queried through the processor to play one of the multimedia sources corresponding to the serial number on the first multimedia device.
14. The method of claim 12, further comprising:
setting an identification code through the cloud control platform, and setting the interaction list corresponding to the identification code, wherein the identification code corresponds to one or more first multimedia devices; and
when the cloud control platform receives a query instruction from one of the first multimedia devices, the interaction list and a part of the multimedia sources corresponding to the first device information recorded by the interaction list are transmitted to the one of the first multimedia devices.
15. The method of claim 12, wherein the other portion of the multimedia sources corresponding to the second device information comprises web addresses, the tag information further comprises a server address, a serial number, and an identification code, the method further comprising:
reading the tag information of the wireless communication chip through the second multimedia device;
connecting to the cloud control platform by the second multimedia device based on the server address;
obtaining the interactive list corresponding to the identification code through the cloud control platform, and finding out one of the webpage addresses corresponding to the sequence number in the interactive list; and
and displaying a webpage corresponding to the webpage address on the second multimedia device through the cloud control platform.
16. The method of claim 12, further comprising:
an interactive mode function is set through the cloud control platform, the interactive mode function is transmitted to the first multimedia device through an instruction, and when the interactive mode function is enabled, the processor is allowed to receive the tag information from the reader.
17. A multimedia interaction system, comprising:
a wireless communication chip, which comprises a label information, wherein the label information comprises a server address, a serial number and an identification code;
a first multimedia device comprising a processor;
a second multimedia device;
a cloud control platform having an interactive list, a device binding setting and a list binding setting, wherein the device binding setting is used for recording the identification code and the corresponding first multimedia device, the list binding setting is used for recording the interactive list and the corresponding identification code, and the interactive list records the tag information and the tag information corresponding to a first multimedia source of the first multimedia device and a second multimedia source of the second multimedia device;
after the processor receives the tag information, the processor or the cloud control platform queries the interactive list based on the received tag information to determine the first multimedia source or the second multimedia source corresponding to the tag information; wherein
The first multimedia source is different from the second multimedia source.
18. A method for multimedia interaction, comprising:
providing a wireless communication chip, wherein the wireless communication chip comprises label information, and the label information comprises a server address, a serial number and an identification code;
setting a device binding setting to associate the identification code with a first multimedia device and recording the device binding setting to a cloud control platform;
establishing an interactive list, wherein the interactive list records the label information, a first multimedia source corresponding to the first multimedia device and a second multimedia source corresponding to a second multimedia device; and
transmitting the interactive list and the first multimedia source to the first multimedia device, and associating the interactive list with the identification code to form a list binding setting and recording the list binding setting on the cloud control platform;
receiving the tag information and querying the interactive list to determine the first multimedia source or the second multimedia source corresponding to the tag information; wherein
The first multimedia source is different from the second multimedia source.
19. The method of claim 18, further comprising:
the tag information is received by the first multimedia device, and the first multimedia source is played by a processor of the first multimedia device according to the serial number and the interactive list.
20. The method of claim 18, further comprising:
receiving the tag information from the second multimedia device through the cloud control platform, and querying the interactive list from the list binding setting according to the identification code;
querying the second multimedia source according to the interactive list and the serial number;
the second multimedia source is transmitted to the second multimedia device.
