Referring to fig. 27, which is a schematic view of a radiation structure of a radiation scanning unit, the radiation modules are vertically arranged, the L-shaped linear arrays are arranged in an L shape, and the combination is in a U shape to receive radiation and form an image. And the U-shaped air channel is expanded outside the L-shaped air channel so as to further radiate the L-shaped air channel and balance the temperatures of the first control room and the second control room. In the figure, 51 is a first control room, 52 is a second control room, 61 is a first air conditioner, 62 is a second air conditioner, 721 is a linear lead casing, 91 is a first circulation fan, 92 is a second circulation fan, 93 is an L-shaped air duct, 94 is a U-shaped air duct, and 95 is a U-shaped air duct casing.
As described above, the present system has the following functions:
1. a first vehicle inspection detection process:
starting an automatic operation program (or manually operating); when the vehicle presses the coil 1 (and no vehicle is in the channel at the moment, only one vehicle passes the inspection at each time) the barrier gate 1 is opened; when the head of the vehicle presses the coil 2, the PLC acquires a signal of the coil 2, triggers the head camera 1 and the head camera 2 to identify the license plate (the camera 1 identifies the small vehicle, the camera 2 identifies the large vehicle, and ensures the license plate identification rate), and controls the ray tube to start high voltage (to prepare for X-ray exposure); when the tail of the vehicle leaves the anti-smashing virtual coil, the barrier gate 1 is closed (only one vehicle in the detection channel is ensured to pass the detection); when the vehicle separator light curtain senses a vehicle, the PLC collects light curtain signals, controls the stepping motor to open the optical gate, starts X-ray exposure, and simultaneously communicates with the PC upper computer machine to scan an X-ray image; when the tail of the vehicle leaves the coil 3, the PLC controls to close the optical gate after the scanning is finished, and the drawing is stopped; when the vehicle runs to a charging window, the security inspector judges whether contraband exists on the vehicle according to the X-ray picture; when all normal conditions exist, the safety personnel release the vehicle by one key, the barrier gate 2 is opened, when the tail of the vehicle leaves the anti-smashing virtual coil, the barrier gate 2 is closed, and the detection is finished; when the next vehicle presses the coil 1, the cycle detection starts again.
2. Temperature control system
(1) The system comprises the following components: one AC3KW industrial air conditioner, one AC5KW industrial air conditioner, two AC220V circulating fans, one thermal resistance temperature sensor.
(2) Description of the drawings: the two industrial air conditioners are respectively positioned in two control rooms, the circulating fan is positioned in the linear array box to form a ventilation loop (as shown in a detection flow chart), the thermal resistance temperature sensor is positioned in the ray tube control room, and the AC5KW industrial air conditioner with the temperature sensor forms double insurance.
(3) The working principle is as follows: the industrial air conditioner is provided with heating and refrigeration, the temperature is controlled to be 10-35 ℃, a thermal resistance temperature sensor and the air conditioner are provided with the temperature sensor to form an alarm system, when the temperature exceeds a set range, a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) collects alarm signals and controls the equipment to stop running (the thermal resistance sensor and the PLC are powered by a UPS, and when power failure is ensured, temperature signals can be collected, low temperature or high temperature can be found in time, necessary measures are taken, and the equipment is ensured to be stable).
3. Preventing non-vehicle detection
As mentioned before, the coil 3 and the light curtain function: opening the shutter and closing the shutter.
The conditions for opening the shutter are: vehicle information is sensed simultaneously to coil 3 and light curtain, and just it is effective that coil 3 must sense ironware, and the benefit of doing so can shield people and the object that the width is less than 1.9 meters, avoids non-vehicle to receive X ray to shine, guarantees personnel's safety.
4. Anti-falling vehicle
The coils 3 and 4 can be controlled by a program to prevent the reverse turning: when the coil 4 induces the vehicle firstly and the coil 3 induces the vehicle later, the PLC automatically judges that the vehicle backs up, at the moment, the ray is closed, the barrier gate 2 is opened, and the system stops detecting, so that the purpose of protection is achieved.
5. Emergency stop
The protective wall and the operating platform are provided with 5 emergency stop switches, when X-ray leakage or personnel safety is found, the X-ray can be closed by pressing the emergency stop, and the detection is stopped.
6. Infrared monitoring system
4 infrared monitoring devices are installed on site, the road surface is monitored in 24 hours, and the vehicle detection area is convenient to observe, so that the safety of personnel is protected
7. Voice playing system
Install 2 voice broadcast stereo sets on protective wall door type frame, remind the field personnel at any time, pay attention to safety, do not need to get into the detection zone
8. Warning light reminding system
The protective wall door-shaped frame is provided with 3 warning lamps which are respectively red, yellow and green. Red for ray on; yellow indicates that the shutter is open and exposure has begun; green represents the system in a detection state. The three-color warning light can remind field workers, equipment running state and danger prompt.
9. Outdoor lightning protection
The equipment is installed outdoors, has the risk of thunderbolt, installs anti-induction thunderbolt controller, protection equipment power consumption safety.

Claims (1)

1. A vehicle detection system, comprising,
a barrier gate: the barrier gate is arranged at the entrance of the channel and the barrier gate II is arranged at the exit of the channel;
a vehicle detection unit: the vehicle information detection device is used for detecting vehicle information and sending out the vehicle information when a vehicle passes by and comprises a first vehicle detection unit, a second vehicle detection unit, a third vehicle detection unit and a fourth vehicle detection unit;
a license plate recognition unit: the license plate recognition system is used for recognizing the license plate information of the vehicle, and capturing and recognizing the license plate number;
a ray scanning unit: the system is used for scanning and acquiring the image information inside the vehicle compartment;
a checking unit: the system is used for acquiring and displaying an image inside a vehicle compartment so as to be checked by a worker;
a control center unit: the system comprises a gateway, a vehicle, a license plate and a carriage, wherein the gateway is used for receiving gateway state information, vehicle information, license plate information and carriage internal image information and performing associated storage on the vehicle information, the license plate information and the carriage internal image information;
the vehicle detection unit I, the vehicle detection unit II, the vehicle detection unit III and the vehicle detection unit IV are sequentially arranged from the channel inlet to the channel outlet, and the control modes are as follows:
a first vehicle detection mode: a1, vehicle access program: the first vehicle detection unit is arranged in front of the first barrier gate, when no vehicle passes through the channel and the second barrier gate is closed, the first barrier gate is opened to release the vehicle and the first barrier gate is closed after the tail of the vehicle leaves; a2, vehicle identification program: the second vehicle detection unit is arranged between the first barrier gate and the license plate recognition unit, when the second vehicle detection unit detects that a vehicle passes through, the license plate recognition unit starts to recognize the license plate of the vehicle, and the ray scanning unit starts to prepare for scanning by voltage; a3, vehicle scanning program: when the vehicle detection unit III detects that a vehicle passes by, and then the vehicle detection unit IV detects the vehicle head, the ray scanning unit opens a ray scanning program, the ray scanning unit continuously scans until the vehicle detection unit III does not detect the vehicle, and the ray scanning unit scans and acquires image information inside a vehicle compartment and transmits the image information to the control center unit; a4, vehicle out-of-lane program: the inspection unit acquires image information inside the vehicle compartment, and after the staff pass the inspection, the second barrier gate opens the vehicle to be released, and closes after the tail of the vehicle leaves; after a5 and the barrier gate II are closed, the detection process is finished, and a1 is returned to start the next detection process;
the anti-reverse detection mode comprises the following steps:
b11, when the vehicle detection unit IV detects the vehicle firstly and the vehicle detection unit III detects the vehicle secondly, the control center unit judges that the vehicle backs up, the ray scanning unit closes the ray, the barrier gate II opens, and the detection process stops;
in the vehicle detection system, a vehicle detection unit I is a coil detection unit I comprising a vehicle detector I and a coil I, a vehicle detection unit II is a coil detection unit II comprising a vehicle detector II and a coil II, a vehicle detection unit III is a coil detection unit III comprising a vehicle detector III and a coil III, a vehicle detection unit IV is a light curtain detection unit comprising a photoelectric emission module and a photoelectric receiving module, a ray scanning unit comprises a ray tube and a linear array which are arranged at two sides of a channel, a control center unit is a PC and a PLC, the vehicle detector I, the vehicle detector II, the vehicle detector III and the photoelectric receiving module are respectively connected with the PLC to transmit vehicle detection information, the barrier also transmits the opening or closing state of the barrier to the PLC, the PLC outputs a control instruction to open or close the barrier, the PC and the PLC communicate to share the state information of each unit and control the ray tube to emit rays and scan the linear array, thus the linear array forms images inside the vehicle compartment and transmits the images to the PC;
the vehicle detection system also comprises a temperature control unit, wherein the temperature control unit is used for regulating and controlling the temperature of the environment of the ray tube and the linear array, the temperature control unit comprises an industrial air conditioner, a circulating fan and a temperature sensor, the industrial air conditioner is provided with the temperature sensor which can regulate and control the temperature of the environment according to the set temperature and feed the temperature state back to the PLC, and the circulating fan is arranged in the linear array box for mounting the linear array to form a ventilation loop; the two industrial air conditioners are respectively positioned in two control rooms, namely an industrial air conditioner I and an industrial air conditioner II, the circulating fan is positioned in the linear array box to form a ventilation loop, the temperature sensor is positioned in the ray tube control room, and the temperature sensor and the industrial air conditioner are provided with temperature sensors to form double insurance;
in the vehicle detection system, a ray tube is arranged in a first control room, a linear array is arranged in a second control room, the first control room is provided with a first industrial air conditioner, the second control room is provided with a second industrial air conditioner, the first control room and the second control room are arranged at two sides of a channel and are communicated through an air duct, and a circulating fan is arranged on the air duct to enable the first control room and the second control room to form annular flow;
the system further comprises a mains power supply: three-phase power is accessed through three-phase five wires, and the input end position of the three-phase power is connected to an alternating current power supply lightning protector through a power transmitter after passing through a breaker QF 0; the three-phase power is connected with a first three-phase power branch and a second three-phase power branch, the first three-phase power branch is connected to a first air conditioner of a first ray tube control room through a breaker QF1 to serve as a power supply of the first three-phase power branch, the second three-phase power branch serves as a high-voltage power supply of a related unit, and the related unit comprises a high-voltage generator, a high-voltage controller and a cooler; the three-phase power distribution comprises a single-phase power I and a single-phase power II, the single-phase power I is connected to a control room II, an air conditioner II and a linear array circulating fan through a circuit breaker QF2 to serve as power supplies of the single-phase power I, and the single-phase power II is connected to an operation room to serve as a power supply of the linear array circulating fan; a three-phase power branch III and a single-phase power branch III are also connected, and circuit breakers QF3 and QF4 are respectively arranged to be used as temporary power access ports for field construction;
the ray scanning power supply is connected to the main power supply, and specifically comprises: the three-phase electric branch II is distributed with a single-phase electric branch I, a single-phase electric branch II and a single-phase electric branch III through a breaker QF101, the single-phase electric branch is connected to an X1 interface of a high-voltage Generator through a breaker QF102 and a contactor KM101, namely an iVario-Generator X1 interface is used as an auxiliary power supply of the single-phase electric branch, the single-phase electric branch II is connected to an X2 interface of the high-voltage Generator through a breaker QF103 and a contactor KM102 and is used as a main power supply of the single-phase electric branch II, and the single-phase electric branch III is connected to a power supply;
the specific contents of the vehicle scanning program are as follows: the third vehicle detection unit detects that a vehicle passes through, and then the fourth vehicle detection unit starts a ray scanning program when detecting the vehicle head; when the vehicle is detected by the vehicle detection unit III and the vehicle detection unit IV at the same time, and the vehicle is continuously detected by the vehicle detection unit III and the vehicle detection unit IV, the ray scanning unit continuously scans; the ray scanning unit continues scanning until the vehicle detection unit III does not detect the vehicle, the ray is closed, and the scanning procedure is finished; the ray scanning unit scans and obtains image information inside the vehicle compartment and transmits the image information to the control center unit;

the ray tubes are vertically arranged, the linear arrays are arranged in an L shape and combined in a U shape to receive and scan to form images; an L-shaped ventilation duct is arranged on the back of the linear array, and circulating fans are arranged at two ends of the L-shaped ventilation duct to dissipate heat of the linear array; and U-shaped air channels are arranged on the peripheries of the ray tube and the L-shaped air channel so as to further dissipate heat of the L-shaped air channel and balance the temperature of the first control chamber and the second control chamber.
