Claims (7)
1. A foldable obstacle avoidance system of a highway guardrail cleaning vehicle comprises an installation frame, a support follow-up mechanism, a soft and hard support combination device and a cleaning mechanism, and is characterized in that the installation frame is fixed at the front end of the cleaning vehicle;
the supporting follow-up mechanism comprises a front supporting swing arm, a rear supporting swing arm, a fixed gear, a transition gear, a follow-up gear, a driving chain wheel, a transition chain wheel, a driven driving chain wheel, a driving chain, a follow-up chain, an arc trough plate and a buffer, wherein one end of the front supporting swing arm is horizontally hinged right ahead of the mounting frame through a front supporting swing arm shaft, the fixed gear is coaxially mounted at the upper end of the front supporting swing arm shaft and fixed on the mounting frame, the transition gear is mounted at one end of the front supporting swing arm through a transition gear shaft and forms gear transmission with the fixed gear, the follow-up gear is mounted at one end of the front supporting swing arm through a follow-up gear shaft and forms gear transmission with the transition gear, the axes of the fixed gear, the transition gear and the follow-up gear are coplanar in the vertical direction, the driving chain wheel and the follow-up gear are coaxially mounted on the follow-up gear shaft, the driving chain wheel is positioned right above the follow-up gear and is fixed with the follow-up gear;

2. The system of claim 1, wherein the front support swing arm and the rear support swing arm are horizontally hinged via a rotating shaft, and the rear support swing arm is raised upward in a vertical plane.

The system of claim 1, wherein the buffer comprises a cylinder, compression springs, a piston circular plate and a connecting rod, two ends of the cylinder are sealed, two identical compression springs are arranged in the cylinder along the axis of the cylinder, the piston circular plate and the cylinder are coaxially arranged between the two compression springs, the connecting rod A and the piston circular plate are fixed and penetrate out of one end of the cylinder along the axis of the cylinder, and the other end face of the cylinder is fixed with the connecting rod B which extends outwards along the axis of the cylinder.
