1. A foldable obstacle avoidance system of a highway guardrail cleaning vehicle comprises an installation frame, a support follow-up mechanism, a soft and hard support combination device and a cleaning mechanism, and is characterized in that the installation frame is fixed at the front end of the cleaning vehicle;
