本发明公开了一种耐久型路面反光涂料标线,包括反光层,所述反光层底部设置有耐磨层,所述反光层涂抹在耐磨层表面,所述耐磨层底部设置有抗压层,所述抗压层下方设置有填充层,所述填充层下方设置有下涂剂层。本发明具有良好的反光性能,耐磨层采用耐磨颗粒胶,耐磨颗粒胶由高性能耐磨、抗蚀材料与高性能增韧耐热树脂组成,其耐高温、耐磨抗蚀、耐老化性能优异,能够保证整个标线的形状不会被来往车辆破坏,提高整个标线的耐磨性,而抗压层采用聚四氟乙烯胶,其具有耐高低温性质,无论是在冬天路面结冰还是炎热的夏天,均能够保证标线在路面上不受温度的影响。

技术领域
本发明涉及道路施工技术领域,具体为一种耐久型路面反光涂料标线。
背景技术
近年来,许多彩色路面出现在国内道路上,该类路面不仅起到装饰路面的作用,而且具有警示驾驶人员的作用,从而保证了行车和行人的安全。国内外目前主要有四类彩色路面材料:一是彩色沥青混合料类;二是乳化彩色沥青稀浆封层类;三是彩色水泥灌浆沥青混合料类;四是彩色路面防滑涂料,较之前三类材料,彩色路面防滑涂料具备更加突出的防滑性能。但是现有的标线发光效果较差,色彩不够鲜明,标线的寿命较短,很容易被磨灭,因此需要一种耐久型路面反光涂料标线。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐久型路面反光涂料标线,解决了背景技术中所提出的问题,满足实际使用需求。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种耐久型路面反光涂料标线,包括反光层,所述反光层底部设置有耐磨层,所述反光层涂抹在耐磨层表面,所述耐磨层底部设置有抗压层,所述抗压层下方设置有填充层,所述填充层下方设置有下涂剂层。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述下涂剂层由沥青下涂剂与水泥下涂剂组成,所述水泥下涂剂设置于沥青下涂剂底部。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述反光层为热熔反光涂料。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述耐磨层为耐磨颗粒胶。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述抗压层为聚四氟乙烯胶。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述填充层为树脂。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1.本发明反光效果好,色彩鲜明,效果持久,并且其流平性好,易于施工,附着力强,标线的寿命更加持久,同时具有较好的抗压、耐磨和耐候性。
2.反光层采用热熔反光涂料,是一种固体粉末型涂料,其主要成分为:钛白粉、碳酸钙及部分助剂,其具有良好的反光性能,让来往车辆中的驾驶员清晰的看到标线的反光,而耐磨层采用耐磨颗粒胶,耐磨颗粒胶由高性能耐磨、抗蚀材料与高性能增韧耐热树脂组成,其耐高温、耐磨抗蚀、耐老化性能优异,能够保证整个标线的形状不会被来往车辆破坏,提高整个标线的耐磨性,而抗压层采用聚四氟乙烯胶,其具有耐高低温性质,无论是在冬天路面结冰还是炎热的夏天,均能够保证标线在路面上不受温度的影响,同时其粘性较强,能够让顶层与底层的填充层充分合并,提高整体的契合度,而最底部的下涂剂层能够起到偶连与粘接的作用,让整个标线能够紧贴于道路表面。

请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:包括反光层1,所述反光层1底部设置有耐磨层2,所述反光层1涂抹在耐磨层2表面,所述耐磨层2底部设置有抗压层3,所述抗压层3下方设置有填充层4,所述填充层4下方设置有下涂剂层5。
进一步改进地,所述下涂剂层5由沥青下涂剂6与水泥下涂剂7组成,所述水泥下涂剂7设置于沥青下涂剂6底部。
进一步改进地,所述反光层1为热熔反光涂料。
进一步改进地,所述耐磨层2为耐磨颗粒胶。
进一步改进地,所述抗压层3为聚四氟乙烯胶。
进一步改进地,所述填充层4为树脂。
原理:反光层1采用热熔反光涂料,是一种固体粉末型涂料,其主要成分为:钛白粉、碳酸钙及部分助剂,其具有良好的反光性能,让来往车辆中的驾驶员清晰的看到标线的反光,而耐磨层2采用耐磨颗粒胶,耐磨颗粒胶由高性能耐磨、抗蚀材料与高性能增韧耐热树脂组成,其耐高温、耐磨抗蚀、耐老化性能优异,能够保证整个标线的形状不会被来往车辆破坏,提高整个标线的耐磨性,而抗压层3采用聚四氟乙烯胶,其具有耐高低温性质,无论是在冬天路面结冰还是炎热的夏天,均能够保证标线在路面上不受温度的影响,同时其粘性较强,能够让顶层与底层的填充层4充分合并,提高整体的契合度,而最底部的下涂剂层5能够起到偶连与粘接的作用,让整个标线能够紧贴于道路表面。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐久型路面反光涂料标线,其特征在于:所述下涂剂层(5)由沥青下涂剂(6)与水泥下涂剂(7)组成,所述水泥下涂剂(7)设置于沥青下涂剂(6)底部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐久型路面反光涂料标线,其特征在于:所述反光层(1)为热熔反光涂料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐久型路面反光涂料标线,其特征在于:所述耐磨层(2)为耐磨颗粒胶。
