本发明公开了一种白乳胶的配方及制造工艺,包括以下配方:蒸馏水、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛、氧化淀粉、30%盐酸、40%氢氧化钠、邻苯二甲酸二丁脂和尿素,蒸馏水、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛、氧化淀粉、30%盐酸、40%氢氧化钠、邻苯二甲酸二丁脂和尿素的配份比为300:40:30:20:1:1:9:12,经过称量、溶解、反应、中和、增塑、过滤和保证等步骤制作。本发明的白乳胶的配方及制造工艺,通过将1788和1799两种型号的聚乙烯醇混合使用,降低成本,提高黏度和耐水性,使用聚乙烯醇缩甲醛和氧化淀粉代替醋酸乙烯,在不改变白乳胶的性能的情况下又可避免有毒气体释放,减少对人体的危害,环保健康。

技术领域
本发明涉及白乳胶制作工艺领域,具体为一种白乳胶的制造工艺。
背景技术
白乳胶是目前用途最广,用量最大的粘合剂品种之一,广泛用于木材加工,建筑装饰,印品装订,皮革,纺织,涂料等行业。传统白乳胶大多以醋酸乙烯,聚乙烯醇为主要原料,聚合工艺复杂,生产周期长,产品成本高。醋酸乙烯:又名乙烯基醋酸酯、醋酸乙烯酯,简称醋酸乙烯,无色可燃性液体,有强烈香味。不溶于水,溶于大多数有机溶剂。用于制乙烯基树脂和合成纤维。也用于制橡胶、油漆、粘合剂等。由于醋酸乙烯有低毒,有强烈气味,其蒸汽对眼有刺激性,对眼睛、皮肤、粘膜和上呼吸道有刺激性,长时间接触醋酸乙烯,对人有麻醉作用。醋酸乙烯对人体的危害很大,不利于人体健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种白乳胶的制造工艺,具备环保对人体无害的优点,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有的问题。
一种白乳胶的制作工艺,包括以下制作步骤:
S1:称量,根据生产白乳胶的量按照配份比例称量蒸馏水、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛、氧化淀粉、30%盐酸、40%氢氧化钠、邻苯二甲酸二丁脂和尿素;
S2:溶解,将称量后的蒸馏水或清洁水倒入反应釜内,再将聚乙烯醇缓慢加入,以直接火加热反应釜使水温慢慢升至90℃左右,启动搅拌机搅拌使其溶解;
S3:反应,待反应釜内聚乙烯醇完全溶解后,不停搅拌下加入聚乙烯醇缩甲醛和氧化淀粉,继续搅拌35-55分钟进行缩合反应,同时加入30%盐酸调节pH值为2-2.5,保温15分钟,使反应在盐酸作用下进行;
S4:中和,用冷却水冷却反应釜,待温度下降至60℃时,滴入40%氢氧化钠溶液进行中和,调节pH值为6-7左右,并搅拌均匀;
S5:增塑,待反应釜内溶液温度下降至50℃时,将邻苯二甲酸二丁脂滴入,不断搅拌均匀,再加入尿素进行氨基化处理,达到无醛味;
S6:过滤,待物料温度下降至35℃左右,用80目过滤筛过滤;
S7:包装,产品检验合格后采用塑料桶包装入库。
优选的,针对制备工艺S3,聚乙烯醇完全溶解的时间为2-4小时。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的白乳胶的配方及制造工艺,通过将1788和1799两种型号的聚乙烯醇混合使用,降低成本,提高黏度和耐水性,使用聚乙烯醇缩甲醛和氧化淀粉代替醋酸乙烯,在不改变白乳胶的性能的情况下又可避免有毒气体释放,减少对人体的危害,环保健康。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
一种白乳胶的制作工艺,包括以下制作步骤:
S1:称量,根据生产白乳胶的量按照配份比例称量蒸馏水、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛、氧化淀粉、30%盐酸、40%氢氧化钠、邻苯二甲酸二丁脂和尿素,以75kg蒸馏水、10kg聚乙烯醇、7.5kg聚乙烯醇缩甲醛、2.5kg氧化淀粉、0.25kg30%盐酸、0.25kg40%氢氧化钠、2.25kg邻苯二甲酸二丁脂和3kg尿素为例;
S2:溶解,将称量后的75kg蒸馏水或清洁水倒入反应釜内,再将10kg聚乙烯醇缓慢加入,以直接火加热反应釜使水温慢慢升至90℃左右,启动搅拌机搅拌使其溶解;
S3:反应,待反应釜内聚乙烯醇完全溶解后,聚乙烯醇完全溶解的时间为2-4小时,不停搅拌下加入7.5kg聚乙烯醇缩甲醛和2.5kg氧化淀粉,继续搅拌35-55分钟进行缩合反应,使用聚乙烯醇缩甲醛和氧化淀粉代替醋酸乙烯,可避免有毒气体释放,减少对人体的危害,环保健康,同时加入0.25kg30%盐酸调节pH值为2-2.5,保温15分钟,使反应在盐酸作用下更好的进行;
S4:中和,用冷却水冷却反应釜,待温度下降至60℃时,滴入0.25kg40%氢氧化钠溶液进行中和,调节pH值为6-7左右,并搅拌均匀;
S5:增塑,待反应釜内溶液温度下降至50℃时,将邻苯二甲酸二丁脂滴入,不断搅拌均匀,再加入尿素进行氨基化处理,达到无醛味,使乳液增加可塑性能;
S6:过滤,待物料温度下降至35℃左右,用80目过滤筛过滤,除去杂质后得到白乳胶产品;
S7:包装,产品检验合格后采用塑料桶包装入库。
综上所述:本发明的白乳胶的配方及制造工艺,通过将1788和1799两种型号的聚乙烯醇混合使用,降低成本,提高黏度和耐水性,使用聚乙烯醇缩甲醛和氧化淀粉代替醋酸乙烯,在不改变白乳胶的性能的情况下又可避免有毒气体释放,减少对人体的危害,环保健康。

Claims (2)
1.一种白乳胶的制作工艺,其特征在于,包括以下制作步骤:
S1:称量,根据生产白乳胶的量按照配份比例称量蒸馏水、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛、氧化淀粉、30%盐酸、40%氢氧化钠、邻苯二甲酸二丁脂和尿素;
S2:溶解,将称量后的蒸馏水或清洁水倒入反应釜内,再将聚乙烯醇缓慢加入,以直接火加热反应釜使水温慢慢升至90℃左右,启动搅拌机搅拌使其溶解;
S3:反应,待反应釜内聚乙烯醇完全溶解后,不停搅拌下加入聚乙烯醇缩甲醛和氧化淀粉,继续搅拌30-50分钟进行缩合反应,同时加入30%盐酸调节pH值为2-2.5,保温15分钟,使反应在盐酸作用下进行;
S4:中和,用冷却水冷却反应釜,待温度下降至60℃时,滴入40%氢氧化钠溶液进行中和,调节pH值为6-7左右,并搅拌均匀;
S5:增塑,待反应釜内溶液温度下降至50℃时,将邻苯二甲酸二丁脂滴入,不断搅拌均匀,再加入尿素进行氨基化处理,达到无醛味;
S6:过滤,待物料温度下降至35℃左右,用80目过滤筛过滤;

2.根据权利要求4所述的一种白乳胶的制作工艺,其特征在于,针对制备工艺S3,聚乙烯醇完全溶解的时间为2-4小时。
