本发明公开了一种花生专用肥加工技术,由以下重量份原料制成:玉米秸秆35份‑50份,鸡粪20份‑25份,牛粪10份‑20份,豆粕20份‑35份,中药渣15份‑25份,草木灰30份‑50份,EM菌3份‑8份,尿素6份‑10份,腐植酸5份‑10份,氨基酸5份‑10份,氯化钾3份‑6份,磷酸二铵10份‑15份。本发明专用肥有效平衡土壤肥力,抑制土壤退化严重,刺激植株根系的生长,促使植株长势旺,本专用肥具有肥效快,肥效长,肥效全面,花生吸收利用率高,增产效果明显,改善花生品质。

本发明涉及农作物肥料领域,特别是涉及一种花生专用肥加工技术。
背景技术
花生是我国重要的食用油源和蛋白质来源,是食品工业的理想原料,在国民经济可持续发展中具有重要作用,花生,营养丰富,富含脂肪、蛋白质、维生素及矿质元素,具有较高的营养价值,能够促进生长发育,健脑益智,延缓衰老,花生也是一味中药,具有润肺止咳,止血造血,降低胆固醇,养血通乳,抗癌抑癌。花生种植过程中,肥料对其品质的影响较大,近年来,花生生产上主要是使用氮磷钾复合肥,长期使用会使土壤板结,而且其肥效作用缓慢,肥效低,养分单一,影响花生的生长,严重影响了花生产量和质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种花生专用肥加工技术。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
一种花生专用肥加工技术,由以下重量份原料制成:玉米秸秆35份-50份,鸡粪20份-25份,牛粪10份-20份,豆粕20份-35份,中药渣15份-25份,草木灰30份-50份,EM菌3份-8份,尿素6份-10份,腐植酸5份-10份,氨基酸5份-10份,氯化钾3份-6份,磷酸二铵10份-15份。
优选的,一种花生专用肥加工技术,由以下重量份原料制成:玉米秸秆45份,鸡粪25份,牛粪15份,豆粕30份,中药渣20份,草木灰35份,EM菌5份,尿素8份,腐植酸7份,氨基酸8份,氯化钾5份,磷酸二铵12份。
优选的,其加工包括以下步骤:
a、将玉米秸秆粉碎,加入鸡粪、牛粪、豆粕、中药渣、草木灰搅拌拌匀;
b、向粉碎料中加入EM菌,混合均匀,并在常温下发酵;
c、在发酵料中加入尿素、腐植酸、氨基酸、氯化钾、磷酸二铵,混合均匀,继续在常温下发酵;
d、发酵后,烘干至含水量为5%-10%,得花生专用肥。
优选的,发酵温度为20℃-25℃,发酵时间为5天-8天。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点如下:
1、有效平衡土壤肥力,抑制土壤退化严重,刺激植株根系的生长,促使植株长势旺;
2、本专用肥具有肥效快,肥效长,肥效全面;
3、花生吸收利用率高,增产效果明显,改善花生品质。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但本发明并不局限于这些实施例。
实施例1
一种花生专用肥加工技术,由以下重量份原料制成:玉米秸秆35份-50份,鸡粪20份-25份,牛粪10份-20份,豆粕20份-35份,中药渣15份-25份,草木灰30份-50份,EM菌3份-8份,尿素6份-10份,腐植酸5份-10份,氨基酸5份-10份,氯化钾3份-6份,磷酸二铵10份-15份。
其加工包括以下步骤:
a、将玉米秸秆粉碎,加入鸡粪、牛粪、豆粕、中药渣、草木灰搅拌拌匀;
b、向粉碎料中加入EM菌,混合均匀,并在常温20℃-25℃下发酵5天-8天;
c、在发酵料中加入尿素、腐植酸、氨基酸、氯化钾、磷酸二铵,混合均匀,继续在常温20℃-25℃下发酵5天-8天;
d、发酵后,烘干至含水量为5%-10%,得花生专用肥。
实施例2

其加工包括以下步骤:
a、将玉米秸秆粉碎,加入鸡粪、牛粪、豆粕、中药渣、草木灰搅拌拌匀;
b、向粉碎料中加入EM菌,混合均匀,并在常温20℃-25℃下发酵5天-8天;
c、在发酵料中加入尿素、腐植酸、氨基酸、氯化钾、磷酸二铵,混合均匀,继续在常温20℃-25℃下发酵5天-8天;
d、发酵后,烘干至含水量为5%-10%,得花生专用肥。
实施例4
一种花生专用肥加工技术,由以下重量份原料制成:玉米秸秆40份,鸡粪25份,牛粪15份,豆粕30份,中药渣20份,草木灰50份,EM菌5份,尿素8份,腐植酸10份,氨基酸10份,氯化钾5份,磷酸二铵12份。
其加工包括以下步骤:
a、将玉米秸秆粉碎,加入鸡粪、牛粪、豆粕、中药渣、草木灰搅拌拌匀;
b、向粉碎料中加入EM菌,混合均匀,并在常温20℃-25℃下发酵5天-8天;
c、在发酵料中加入尿素、腐植酸、氨基酸、氯化钾、磷酸二铵,混合均匀,继续在常温20℃-25℃下发酵5天-8天;
d、发酵后,烘干至含水量为5%-10%,得花生专用肥。

1.一种花生专用肥加工技术,其特征在于:由以下重量份原料制成:玉米秸秆35份-50份,鸡粪20份-25份,牛粪10份-20份,豆粕20份-35份,中药渣15份-25份,草木灰30份-50份,EM菌3份-8份,尿素6份-10份,腐植酸5份-10份,氨基酸5份-10份,氯化钾3份-6份,磷酸二铵10份-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种花生专用肥加工技术,其特征在于:由以下重量份原料制成:玉米秸秆45份,鸡粪25份,牛粪15份,豆粕30份,中药渣20份,草木灰35份,EM菌5份,尿素8份,腐植酸7份,氨基酸8份,氯化钾5份,磷酸二铵12份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种花生专用肥加工技术,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
a、将玉米秸秆粉碎,加入鸡粪、牛粪、豆粕、中药渣、草木灰搅拌拌匀;
b、向粉碎料中加入EM菌,混合均匀,并在常温下发酵;
c、在发酵料中加入尿素、腐植酸、氨基酸、氯化钾、磷酸二铵,混合均匀,继续在常温下发酵;
d、发酵后,烘干至含水量为5%-10%,得花生专用肥。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种花生专用肥加工技术,其特征在于:发酵温度为20℃-25℃,发酵时间为5天-8天。
