Abstract
本发明公开了一种ORVR塑料加油管总成,包括加油管以及与所述加油管连接的循环管,所述加油管包括加注口以及与所述加注口连接的油管主体,其中:所述油管主体为多层挤压管路,由内到外依次包括管体内层、内粘结层、阻隔层、外粘结层以及管体外层,所述管体内层为含碳颗粒的PA66材质,所述管体外层为PA12材质,所述隔离层为EVOH材质;所述加注口为导电材质。与现有技术相比,本发明在加油过程中,油液会在加油管的弯折处形成液封,由于过程中油液与加油管充分摩擦会产生静电,静电会沿着主管内层经过加注口,在加注口与车体配合的钣金位置导出至车身上消除电荷,规避了加油过程静电带来的危险。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及加油管技术领域,特别是一种ORVR塑料加油管总成。
背景技术
加油污染物排放控制是国Ⅵ标准的Ⅶ型型式检验要求。应对此项要求的技术叫做ORVR技术,最早见于北美标准的要求。同时,法规还要求在国6a阶段160,000万公里,国6b阶段200,000km的耐久性要求。
ORVR技术是通过加油过程产生向着油箱方向的负压,使得汽油蒸发产生的蒸气不会通过插枪的加油口反向溢出的一项控制加油蒸发污染的技术。
由于ORVR技术的液封结构的特点,油液在与加油管材质接触的过程中会产生大量的静电,所以去除静电是保证ORVR技术实现的安全性前提。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种ORVR塑料加油管总成,以解决现有技术中的技术问题,它能够较好的消除静电。
本发明提供了一种ORVR塑料加油管总成,包括加油管以及与所述加油管连接的循环管,所述加油管包括加注口以及与所述加注口连接的油管主体,其中:
所述油管主体为多层挤压管路,由内到外依次包括管体内层、内粘结层、阻隔层、外粘结层以及管体外层,所述管体内层为含碳颗粒的PA66材质,所述管体外层为PA12材质,所述隔离层为EVOH材质;
所述加注口为导电材质。
如上所述的ORVR塑料加油管总成,其中,优选的是,所述加注口包括加注口本体、第一密封圈和第二密封圈,所述加注口本体为锥体结构,所述第一密封圈圈套于所述加注口本体的小口径端,所述第二密封圈圈套于所述加注口本体的大口径端。
如上所述的ORVR塑料加油管总成,其中,优选的是,所述第一密封圈为三元氟橡胶,所述第二密封圈为氟硅橡胶。
如上所述的ORVR塑料加油管总成,其中,优选的是,所述油管主体的最大口径端处凸设有挡环。
如上所述的ORVR塑料加油管总成,其中,优选的是,所述油管主体的转弯处设置有波纹段,所述波纹段的两端通过过渡段与所述油管主体的管壁连接。
如上所述的ORVR塑料加油管总成,其中,优选的是,所述波纹段的内径大于所述油管主体的内径。
如上所述的ORVR塑料加油管总成,其中,优选的是,所述波纹段的波距为4.4mm,所述波纹段的波高为4mm。
如上所述的ORVR塑料加油管总成,其中,优选的是,所述加油管和所述循环管的尾端分别通过快插接头连接油箱加油口的单向阀和碳罐吸附管。
与现有技术相比,本发明在加油过程中,油液会在加油管的弯折处形成液封,由于过程中油液与加油管充分摩擦会产生静电,静电会沿着主管内层经过加注口,在加注口与车体配合的钣金位置导出至车身上消除电荷,规避了加油过程静电带来的危险。

具体实施方式
下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本发明,而不能解释为对本发明的限制。
如图1所示,本发明的实施例提供了一种ORVR塑料加油管总成,包括加油管1以及与所述加油管1连接的循环管2,所述加油管1包括加注口3以及与所述加注口3连接的油管主体4,其中:
如图2所示,所述油管主体4为多层挤压管路,由内到外依次包括管体内层5、内粘结层6、阻隔层7、外粘结层8以及管体外层9,所述管体内层5为含碳颗粒的PA66材质,所述管体外层9为PA12材质,所述隔离层为EVOH材质,将油管主体4外层采用塑料材质,可使得加油管1实现轻量化目标,杜绝了防腐问题,且采用多层管的结构设计,提升了加油管1本身的渗透性能。
所述加注口3为导电材质,静电会沿着主管内层经过加注口3,在加注口3与车体配合的钣金位置导出至车身上消除电荷,规避了加油过程静电带来的危险。
进一步地,参照图4,所述加注口3包括加注口本体10、第一密封圈11和第二密封圈12,所述加注口本体10为锥体结构,保证加注口3与油管主体4过盈配合,过盈配合结构确保油管主体4的管体内层5与加注口3位置紧密贴合形成导通回路.
所述第一密封圈11圈套于所述加注口本体10的小口径端,所述第二密封圈12圈套于所述加注口本体10的大口径端。采用密封圈密封保证接口位置的渗透性能,所述第一密封圈11与油气直接接触,设计为三元氟橡胶,提升低温密封性,所述第二密封圈12与空气直接接触,设计为氟硅橡胶,提升阻隔性。
进一步,为方便施力以及起阻隔作用,所述油管主体4的最大口径端处凸设有挡环13。
进一步地,为方便装配,所述油管主体4的转弯处设置有波纹段14,参照图3所示,所述波纹段14的两端通过过渡段15与所述油管主体4的管壁连接。波纹段14与油管主体4的管壁相比,过程阻力较大,有利于液封不利于加油顺畅性,为保证加油过程的液封形成且加油顺畅,波纹段14内径较油管主体4设计大。
进一步地,为保证波纹管的弯曲灵活性,波纹段14波距大于波高,具体地,所述波纹段14的波距为4.4mm,所述波纹段14的波高为4mm。
进一步地,为保证装配方便,所述加油管1和所述循环管2的尾端分别通过快插接头16连接油箱加油口的单向阀和碳罐吸附管。

1.一种ORVR塑料加油管总成,包括加油管以及与所述加油管连接的循环管,所述加油管包括加注口以及与所述加注口连接的油管主体,其特征在于,其中:
所述油管主体为多层挤压管路,由内到外依次包括管体内层、内粘结层、阻隔层、外粘结层以及管体外层,所述管体内层为含碳颗粒的PA66材质,所述管体外层为PA12材质,所述隔离层为EVOH材质;
所述加注口为导电材质。
2.根据权利要求1所述的ORVR塑料加油管总成,其特征在于:所述加注口包括加注口本体、第一密封圈和第二密封圈,所述加注口本体为锥体结构,所述第一密封圈圈套于所述加注口本体的小口径端,所述第二密封圈圈套于所述加注口本体的大口径端。
3.根据权利要求2所述的ORVR塑料加油管总成,其特征在于:所述第一密封圈为三元氟橡胶,所述第二密封圈为氟硅橡胶。
4.根据权利要求2所述的ORVR塑料加油管总成,其特征在于:所述油管主体的最大口径端处凸设有挡环。
5.根据权利要求1所述的ORVR塑料加油管总成,其特征在于:所述油管主体的转弯处设置有波纹段,所述波纹段的两端通过过渡段与所述油管主体的管壁连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的ORVR塑料加油管总成,其特征在于:所述波纹段的内径大于所述油管主体的内径。
7.根据权利要求5所述的ORVR塑料加油管总成,其特征在于:所述波纹段的波距为4.4mm,所述波纹段的波高为4mm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的ORVR塑料加油管总成,其特征在于:所述加油管和所述循环管的尾端分别通过快插接头连接油箱加油口的单向阀和碳罐吸附管。
