(2)安装冷凝管,将冷凝管沿驱蚊夹层上方固定,冷凝管的一端穿透驱蚊夹层和纺织面料,另一端延伸至驱蚊夹层的外侧;
(3)安装尼龙拉链,在冷凝管的上方铺设一层相同的纺织面料,整理平整后使用棉线将纺织面料的两侧缝合,在纺织面料的另外两侧安装尼龙拉链;
(4)喷涂隔热涂层,在纺织面料的外侧均匀喷涂隔热涂层剂,干燥后再次喷涂,每次喷涂的厚度为1-4mm;
(5)安装塑料管,在冷凝管穿透到纺织面料外部的一端安装塑料接头,根据需要在塑料接头处安装合适长度的塑料软管。
驱蚊夹层按以下的方法制作
1)榨汁:将夜来香花瓣和逐蝇梅花瓣放入榨汁机中,添加水至完全覆盖夜来香花瓣和逐蝇梅花瓣得到混合汁液;
2)煮浆:将石灰粉和足量水倒入锅炉中,加热至50℃,加热时间为60min;
3)混合:向石灰浆料中倒入薰衣草粉和混合汁液,搅拌均匀后静置20min;
4)浸染,向浆料中投入纱布并且不断翻动,2-3min后取出放置在通风口风干。
冷凝管的长度超过50cm。
纺织面料的侧面均比驱蚊夹层多出10cm。
驱蚊夹层铺在纺织面料上方后使用纱线简单穿插纺织面料。
隔热涂层剂为二氧化硅气凝胶。
夜来香花瓣和逐蝇梅花瓣榨汁后应使用纱布过滤。
本发明实施例与普通纺织品对照表
从上述表格可以看出,在与普通市场上的纺织品相比,本发明具有明显的驱蚊效果好的特点,同时长时间使用后更换成本较低,隔热效果明显,呼吸时散发热量较为微弱,能够有效避免红外探测。

Claims (10)

1.一种防蚊虫生物纺织品,其特征在于:由以下重量份组分制成,纺织面料80-200重量份组分,隔热涂层剂6-30重量份组分、尼龙拉链1-10重量份组分、驱蚊夹层6-30重量份组分、冷凝管6-30重量份组分、塑料接头2-15重量份组分和塑料软管2-8重量份组分。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防蚊虫生物纺织品,其特征在于:由以下重量份组分制成,纺织面料80-120重量份组分,隔热涂层剂10-20重量份组分、尼龙拉链2-6重量份组分、驱蚊夹层10-20重量份组分、冷凝管10-20重量份组分、塑料接头2-6重量份组分和塑料软管2-6重量份组分。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防蚊虫生物纺织品,其特征在于:由以下重量份组分制成,纺织面料100重量份组分,隔热涂层剂15重量份组分、尼龙拉链4重量份组分、驱蚊夹层15重量份组分、冷凝管15重量份组分、塑料接头4重量份组分和塑料软管4重量份组分。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防蚊虫生物纺织品的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
(1)固定夹层,在平面上铺设一层纺织面料,将纺织面料整理平整,将驱蚊夹层铺在纺织面料上方;
(2)安装冷凝管,将冷凝管沿驱蚊夹层上方固定,冷凝管的一端穿透驱蚊夹层和纺织面料,另一端延伸至驱蚊夹层的外侧;
(3)安装尼龙拉链,在冷凝管的上方铺设一层相同的纺织面料,整理平整后使用棉线将纺织面料的两侧缝合,在纺织面料的另外两侧安装尼龙拉链;
(4)喷涂隔热涂层,在纺织面料的外侧均匀喷涂隔热涂层剂,干燥后再次喷涂,每次喷涂的厚度为1-4mm;
(5)安装塑料管,在冷凝管穿透到纺织面料外部的一端安装塑料接头,根据需要在塑料接头处安装合适长度的塑料软管。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种防蚊虫生物纺织品的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述驱蚊夹层按以下的方法制作

9.根据权利要求4所述的一种防蚊虫生物纺织品的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述隔热涂层剂为二氧化硅气凝胶。
10.根据权利要求5所述的一种防蚊虫生物纺织品的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述夜来香花瓣和逐蝇梅花瓣榨汁后应使用纱布过滤。
