一种阻燃弹性无纺布,包括以下重量份数原料:腈纶化纤、植物纤维;粘胶纤维、弹性纤维、纤维素酯纤维、聚酯纤维、海藻纤维、阻燃黏胶纤维、聚酰胺纤维、铜纤维。其制备方法包括以下步骤:将上述原料混合均匀后进入开松机,再从开松机输出后进入梳理机,原料从梳理机传出后进入铺网机、预刺机、倒刺机、主刺机后进行高温热轧,热轧的温度为235℃~245℃,热轧后阻燃弹性无纺布进入卷曲机及压光机即得成品阻燃弹性无纺布。本发明的有益效果为:(1)该无纺布具有良好的阻燃、弹性及耐磨效果,在一定程度上延长了其使用寿命;(2)同时该无纺布具有一定的防霉效果,容易储存,用起来舒适度高,比较受大众喜爱。

技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布生产领域,具体涉及一种阻燃弹性无纺布及其制备方法。
背景技术
无纺布制品色彩丰富、鲜艳明丽、时尚环保、用途广泛、美观大方,图案和款式都多样,且质轻、环保、可循环再用,被国际公认为保护地球生态的环保产品。适用于农用薄膜、制鞋、制革、床垫、子母被、装饰、化工、印刷、汽车、建材,家具等行业,及服装衬布,医疗卫生一次性手术衣,口罩,帽,床单,酒店一次性台布,美容,桑拿乃至当今时尚的礼品袋,精品袋,购物袋,广告袋等等。环保产品,用途广泛,经济实惠。由于它的外观形似珍珠,又称为珍珠画布。
由于人们对无纺布的需求越来越广泛,所以对无纺布的性能要求越来越高。在像餐厅、厨房等地点所用无纺布,在弹性方面有一定的需求外,还需拥有一定的阻燃性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种阻燃弹性无纺布及其制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:
一种阻燃弹性无纺布,包括以下重量份数原料:腈纶化纤18-22份、植物纤维 10-14份;粘胶纤维12-16份、弹性纤维 11-13份、纤维素酯纤维2-4份、聚酯纤维30-38份、海藻纤维12-16份、阻燃黏胶纤维20-30份、聚酰胺纤维10-14份、铜纤维14-16份。
一种制备上述阻燃弹性无纺布的方法,包括以下步骤:将上述重量份数的原料混合均匀后进入开松机,再从开松机输出后进入梳理机,原料从梳理机传出后进入铺网机、预刺机、倒刺机、主刺机后进行高温热轧,热轧的温度为235℃~245℃,热轧后阻燃弹性无纺布进入卷曲机及压光机即得成品阻燃弹性无纺布。
进一步的,所述的纺布中的回潮控制在10-13%,相对湿度在65-75%,温度在22-25℃。
本发明的有益效果为:(1)该无纺布具有良好的阻燃、弹性及耐磨效果,在一定程度上延长了其使用寿命;(2)同时该无纺布具有一定的防霉效果,容易储存,用起来舒适度高,比较受大众喜爱。

一种制备上述阻燃弹性无纺布的方法,包括以下步骤:将上述重量份数的原料混合均匀后进入开松机,再从开松机输出后进入梳理机,原料从梳理机传出后进入铺网机、预刺机、倒刺机、主刺机后进行高温热轧,热轧的温度为235℃,热轧后阻燃弹性无纺布进入卷曲机及压光机即得成品阻燃弹性无纺布。

一种制备上述阻燃弹性无纺布的方法,包括以下步骤:将上述重量份数的原料混合均匀后进入开松机,再从开松机输出后进入梳理机,原料从梳理机传出后进入铺网机、预刺机、倒刺机、主刺机后进行高温热轧,热轧的温度为245℃,热轧后阻燃弹性无纺布进入卷曲机及压光机即得成品阻燃弹性无纺布。
进一步的,所述的纺布中的回潮控制在13%,相对湿度在75%,温度在25℃。
实施例3
一种阻燃弹性无纺布,包括以下重量份数原料:腈纶化纤20份、植物纤维 12份;粘胶纤维14份、弹性纤维 12份、纤维素酯纤维3份、聚酯纤维34份、海藻纤维14份、阻燃黏胶纤维25份、聚酰胺纤维12份、铜纤维15份。
一种制备上述阻燃弹性无纺布的方法,包括以下步骤:将上述重量份数的原料混合均匀后进入开松机,再从开松机输出后进入梳理机,原料从梳理机传出后进入铺网机、预刺机、倒刺机、主刺机后进行高温热轧,热轧的温度为240℃,热轧后阻燃弹性无纺布进入卷曲机及压光机即得成品阻燃弹性无纺布。
进一步的,所述的纺布中的回潮控制在12%,相对湿度在70%,温度在23℃。
本发明的有益效果为:(1)该无纺布具有良好的阻燃、弹性及耐磨效果,在一定程度上延长了其使用寿命;(2)同时该无纺布具有一定的防霉效果,容易储存,用起来舒适度高,比较受大众喜爱。

1.一种阻燃弹性无纺布,其特征在于:包括以下重量份数原料:腈纶化纤18-22份、植物纤维 10-14份;粘胶纤维12-16份、弹性纤维 11-13份、纤维素酯纤维2-4份、聚酯纤维30-38份、海藻纤维12-16份、阻燃黏胶纤维20-30份、聚酰胺纤维10-14份、铜纤维14-16份。
2.一种制备上述阻燃弹性无纺布的方法,其特征在于:
包括以下步骤:将上述重量份数的原料混合均匀后进入开松机,再从开松机输出后进入梳理机,原料从梳理机传出后进入铺网机、预刺机、倒刺机、主刺机后进行高温热轧,热轧的温度为235℃~245℃,热轧后阻燃弹性无纺布进入卷曲机及压光机即得成品阻燃弹性无纺布。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种制备上述阻燃弹性无纺布的方法,其特征在于:所述的纺布中的回潮控制在10-13%,相对湿度在65-75%,温度在22-25℃。
