Abstract

本发明公开了一种阻燃无纺布,该无纺布中含有重量份数为聚酯纤维40~60份、海藻纤维10~30份、阻燃黏胶纤维10~50份,纺织而成;聚酯纤维、海藻纤维、阻燃黏胶纤维混合均匀后进入开松机,聚酯纤维、海藻纤维和阻燃黏胶纤维从开松机输出后进入梳理机,原料从梳理机传出后进入铺网机、预刺机、倒刺机、主刺机后进行高温热轧,热轧的温度为225℃~230℃,热轧后阻燃无纺布进入卷曲机及压光机即得阻燃无纺布。本发明聚酯纤维、海藻纤维、阻燃黏胶纤维采用合适的比例进行混纺,使其阻燃性能和舒适性能兼具,以达到最佳的使用效果。

一种阻燃无纺布
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织材料技术领域,具体属于一种阻燃无纺布。
背景技术
由于无纺布的原料如聚丙烯等为碳氢类材料,容易燃烧,目前制作阻燃性无纺布的过程通常是将无纺布在阻燃剂溶液中浸渍一段时间后,取出烘干,流程长且容易造成阻燃剂溶液的浪费,还有目前国内市场有采用含有少量的调温元素的切片纤经纺丝加工制成的调温纤维,再织成布或纺成调温纱,虽具有较少的调温功能但不具备阻燃功能。在国际市场有在无纺布上涂层的调温无纺布,涂层为不规则的方形,但也不具备阻燃功能。而在某些场合,例如婴儿床垫,消防服等,是需要具有阻燃加调温双重功能的非织物。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的是提供了一种阻燃无纺布,聚酯纤维、海藻纤维、阻燃黏胶纤维采用合适的比例进行混纺,使其阻燃性能和舒适性能兼具,以达到最佳的使用效果。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种阻燃无纺布,该无纺布中含有重量份数为聚酯纤维40~60份、海藻纤维10~30份、阻燃黏胶纤维10~50份,纺织而成;聚酯纤维、海藻纤维、阻燃黏胶纤维混合均匀后进入开松机,聚酯纤维、海藻纤维和阻燃黏胶纤维从开松机输出后进入梳理机,原料从梳理机传出后进入铺网机、预刺机、倒刺机、主刺机后进行高温热轧,热轧的温度为225℃~230℃,热轧后阻燃无纺布进入卷曲机及压光机即得阻燃无纺布。
所述的纺纱中的回潮控制在13%之间,相对湿度在75%之间,温度在25℃之间。
所述的织造中的织物组织为提花或1/3破斜纹。

本发明聚酯纤维、海藻纤维、阻燃黏胶纤维采用合适的比例进行混纺,使其阻燃性能和舒适性能兼具,以达到最佳的使用效果。

1.一种阻燃无纺布,其特征在于:该无纺布中含有重量份数为聚酯纤维40~60份、海藻纤维10~30份、阻燃黏胶纤维10~50份,纺织而成;聚酯纤维、海藻纤维、阻燃黏胶纤维混合均匀后进入开松机,聚酯纤维、海藻纤维和阻燃黏胶纤维从开松机输出后进入梳理机,原料从梳理机传出后进入铺网机、预刺机、倒刺机、主刺机后进行高温热轧,热轧的温度为225℃~230℃,热轧后阻燃无纺布进入卷曲机及压光机即得阻燃无纺布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃无纺布,其特征在于,所述的纺纱中的回潮控制在13%之间,相对湿度在75%之间,温度在25℃之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃无纺布,其特征在于,所述的织造中的织物组织为提花或1/3破斜纹。
