技术领域
本发明涉及汽车内饰件技术领域,具体涉及一种汽车车厢隔音垫的制备方法。
背景技术
汽车隔音垫可应用于汽车发动机舱、乘客舱、行李箱等各部位,具有减震、吸音、隔热等特点,在越来越追求高性能、环境友好、轻量化、舒适度的时代,汽车内饰与汽车外形一样成为人们选车的一个重要因素,因此对汽车内饰件的要求越来越高。目前汽车隔音垫主要以再生纤维毡和PU发泡料为主,但由于汽车隔音垫放置位置特别适合老鼠、蟑螂、蚂蚁等寄居,从而导致汽车隔音垫使用寿命不长,且滋生细菌产生难闻的气味。为目前现有汽车隔音垫功能较为单一,只是单纯的用于隔音,却忽略上述存在的问题。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的在于:针对上述存在的问题,提供一种汽车车厢隔音垫的制备方法,该隔音垫重量轻,吸音效果好,还能有效趋避及杀灭老鼠、蟑螂、蚂蚁等,具有一定的杀菌杀虫作用,显著延长隔音垫的使用寿命,环保可回收,且其制备方法简单,易生产。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种汽车车厢隔音垫的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)各层原材料混合:所述隔音垫包括从下至上依次设置的第一饰面层、第一隔音层、混合中药层、第二隔音层及第二饰面层,将各层原材料按重量份直接混合;其中所述混合中药层主要由以下重量份原料制成:紫苏10-20份、接骨木15-25份、稠李15-20份、皂荚10-15份、桃叶10-20份、黄瓜5-10份、夹竹桃叶10-20份、毛花洋地黄10-15份、丁香10-20份、麝香10-15份、艾蒿10-30份及香蒲10-30份;
(2)注入模具:将步骤(1)中的各层混合原材料按顺序依次通过垂直落棉装置注入下模内,上模固定在成型位置处;
(3)合模成型:将步骤(2)中注入混合原料的下模移动至成型位置处,并与上模合为一体,然后加热定型,冷却后得到所述汽车车厢隔音垫。
优选地,步骤(1)中所述第一饰面层采用塑料材料制成,所述第二饰面层采用棉质材料制成。
优选地,步骤(1)中所述第一隔音层的原材料主要包括铝箔复合材料及铅的复合材料;所述第二隔音层的原材料主要包括废棉纤维、玻璃纤维、毛毡纤维棉及椰糠中的一种或多种混合而成。
优选地,步骤(1)中所述混合中药层主要由以下重量份原料制成:紫苏15份、接骨木20份、稠李17份、皂荚13份、桃叶15份、黄瓜7份、夹竹桃叶15份、毛花洋地黄13份、丁香15份、麝香13份、艾蒿20份及香蒲20份。
优选地,步骤(1)中所述混合中药层的制备方法为:按重量份准确称取紫苏、接骨木、稠李、皂荚、桃叶、黄瓜、夹竹桃叶、毛花洋地黄、丁香、麝香、艾蒿及香蒲除杂并清洗干净,置于50-70℃烘箱内烘至水分小于5%,粉碎后过筛,混合均匀后制得所述混合中药层。
优选地,步骤(3)中所述加热定型分为两个阶段进行加热:第一阶段的加热温度为180-230℃,第二阶段的加热温度为130-180℃。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明的隔音垫中设有混合中药层,其主要由紫苏、接骨木、稠李、皂荚、桃叶、黄瓜、夹竹桃叶、毛花洋地黄、丁香、麝香、艾蒿及香蒲等原料制成;其中,紫苏、接骨木及稠李具有特殊的有毒气体,具有显著的趋避及杀灭作用,还具有一定的杀菌杀虫作用;皂荚、夹竹桃叶及毛花洋地黄均含有有毒物质,具有显著的杀菌杀虫、趋避及杀灭作用;桃叶、黄瓜、丁香、麝香、艾蒿及香蒲具有特殊的气味,杀菌及趋避效果显著;用这些物质制成的混合中药层可抑制及杀灭多种细菌,有效趋避及杀灭老鼠、蟑螂、蚂蚁等虫类,显著延长隔音垫的使用寿命。
2、本发明的隔音垫重量轻,吸音效果好,环保可回收,且其制备方法简单,易生产。

其中,第一饰面层采用塑料材料制成,第二饰面层采用棉质材料制成;
第一隔音层的原材料主要包括铝箔复合材料及铅的复合材料;
第二隔音层的原材料主要包括废棉纤维、玻璃纤维、毛毡纤维棉及椰糠中的一种或多种混合而成;
混合中药层主要由以下重量份原料制成:紫苏10份、接骨木15份、稠李15份、皂荚10份、桃叶10份、黄瓜5份、夹竹桃叶10份、毛花洋地黄10份、丁香10份、麝香10份、艾蒿10份及香蒲10份;其制备方法为:

(3)合模成型:将步骤(2)中注入混合原料的下模移动至成型位置处,并与上模合为一体,然后加热定型,其中,加热定型分为两个阶段进行加热:第一阶段的加热温度为200℃,第二阶段的加热温度为150℃,冷却后得到所述汽车车厢隔音垫。
实施例3
一种汽车车厢隔音垫的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)各层原材料混合:所述隔音垫包括从下至上依次设置的第一饰面层、第一隔音层、混合中药层、第二隔音层及第二饰面层,将各层原材料按重量份直接混合;
其中,第一饰面层采用塑料材料制成,第二饰面层采用棉质材料制成;
第一隔音层的原材料主要包括铝箔复合材料及铅的复合材料;
第二隔音层的原材料主要包括废棉纤维、玻璃纤维、毛毡纤维棉及椰糠中的一种或多种混合而成;
混合中药层主要由以下重量份原料制成:紫苏20份、接骨木25份、稠李20份、皂荚15份、桃叶20份、黄瓜10份、夹竹桃叶20份、毛花洋地黄15份、丁香20份、麝香15份、艾蒿30份及香蒲30份;
其制备方法为:按重量份准确称取紫苏、接骨木、稠李、皂荚、桃叶、黄瓜、夹竹桃叶、毛花洋地黄、丁香、麝香、艾蒿及香蒲除杂并清洗干净,置于70℃烘箱内烘至水分小于5%,粉碎后过筛,混合均匀后制得所述混合中药层;
(2)注入模具:将步骤(1)中的各层混合原材料按顺序依次通过垂直落棉装置注入下模内,上模固定在成型位置处;
(3)合模成型:将步骤(2)中注入混合原料的下模移动至成型位置处,并与上模合为一体,然后加热定型,其中,加热定型分为两个阶段进行加热:第一阶段的加热温度为230℃,第二阶段的加热温度为180℃,冷却后得到所述汽车车厢隔音垫。
申请人为了检验本发明制得的隔音垫的效果,将本发明实施例1-3及对比例1-4制得的隔音垫置于相同环境的汽车车厢内,并进行相关性能的检测,结果如表1所示:
对比例1:市售的某品牌汽车车厢隔音垫。
对比例2:汽车车厢隔音垫中混合中药层的原料为紫苏、接骨木、稠李,其他方式与本发明实施例1相同。
对比例3:汽车车厢隔音垫中混合中药层的原料为皂荚、夹竹桃叶及毛花洋地黄,其他方式与本发明实施例1相同。
对比例4:汽车车厢隔音垫中混合中药层的原料为桃叶、黄瓜、丁香、麝香、艾蒿及香蒲,其他方式与本发明实施例1相同。

(2)注入模具:将步骤(1)中的各层混合原材料按顺序依次通过垂直落棉装置注入下模内,上模固定在成型位置处;
(3)合模成型:将步骤(2)中注入混合原料的下模移动至成型位置处,并与上模合为一体,然后加热定型,冷却后得到所述汽车车厢隔音垫。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车车厢隔音垫的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中所述第一饰面层采用塑料材料制成,所述第二饰面层采用棉质材料制成。

4.根据权利要求1所述的汽车车厢隔音垫的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述混合中药层主要由以下重量份原料制成:紫苏15份、接骨木20份、稠李17份、皂荚13份、桃叶15份、黄瓜7份、夹竹桃叶15份、毛花洋地黄13份、丁香15份、麝香13份、艾蒿20份及香蒲20份。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的汽车车厢隔音垫的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述混合中药层的制备方法为:按重量份准确称取紫苏、接骨木、稠李、皂荚、桃叶、黄瓜、夹竹桃叶、毛花洋地黄、丁香、麝香、艾蒿及香蒲除杂并清洗干净,置于50-70℃烘箱内烘至水分小于5%,粉碎后过筛,混合均匀后制得所述混合中药层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的汽车车厢隔音垫的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中所述加热定型分为两个阶段进行加热:第一阶段的加热温度为180-230℃,第二阶段的加热温度为130-180℃。
