The first material blocking foot (31) and the second material blocking foot (32) are sequentially arranged on the side surface of the drilling area along the conveying direction of the workpiece; the first sensor (33) is used for sensing that the workpiece approaches the first material blocking foot (31); the second sensor (34) is used for sensing that the workpiece approaches the second material blocking foot (32); the first material blocking foot (31) and the second material blocking foot (32) are lifted or lowered to block the transportation of the workpiece;
the first material blocking foot (31) blocks the workpiece from the drilling areas corresponding to the drill bits on the upper side, the lower side, the left side and the right side of the drilling area; the second blocking foot (32) blocks the workpiece from the drilling area corresponding to the rear drill bit.
8. The automatic feeding five-sided drilling device of claim 7, wherein: the fixing device further comprises a left presser foot (35), a right presser foot (38), a left support frame (36), a right support frame (37) and a middle presser foot (39); wherein:
the middle press leg (39) is positioned above the drilling area; the left support frame (36) and the right support frame (37) are respectively arranged at two sides of the drilling area; the left presser foot (35) is arranged above the left supporting frame (36); the right presser foot (38) is arranged above the right supporting frame (37); the left support frame (36) and the right support frame (37) are respectively provided with a first material blocking foot (31) and a second material blocking foot (32).
9. An automatic feeding five-sided drilling method is characterized in that: the automatic feeding five-sided drilling device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8 is used, and the drilling method is as follows:
s10, placing a workpiece to be drilled into a feed bin of a feeding mechanism, starting the feeding mechanism, and driving the workpiece to move by the feeding mechanism;
S20, when a workpiece is transported to a drilling area of a drill bit on the upper side, the lower side, the left side and the right side of the drilling area, fixing the workpiece by a fixing device; the control device starts the drills at the upper side, the lower side, the left side and the right side according to the preset setting to finish drilling holes in the upper direction, the lower direction, the left direction and the right direction of the workpiece;
s30, resetting the drill bits at the upper side, the lower side, the left side and the right side after the first drilling is completed; the fixing device releases the workpiece; the feeding mechanism drives the workpiece to continuously advance;
s40, when the workpiece is transported to a drilling area of the rear drill, the workpiece is fixed again by the fixing device; the control device starts the moving device, and the moving device drives the rear drill bit to enter the drilling position; starting a rear drill bit to drill holes in the rear side of the workpiece;
S50, after the second drilling is completed, the moving device drives the rear drill bit to reset, and the feeding mechanism drives the workpiece to move out of the drilling area.
