Abstract
本发明提供一种生产效率高的分切涂布机及其生产工艺流程,包括机架、放卷系统和涂布系统,还包括干燥系统、圆刀分切系统以及收卷系统,干燥系统安装在安装架上方,由连续放置的若干组烘干装置组成,烘干装置底部安装有梯形风道,梯形风道正下方安装有若干主动导辊,相邻的主动导辊之间安装有涨紧辊,干燥系统左下方安装有涂布系统,右下方安装有圆刀分切系统,圆刀分切系统两侧安装有收卷系统。本发明集涂覆、烘干、分切功能于一体,基材加工一次成型,可用于加工更宽的基材,其宽幅可达市场常用基材的两到三倍,大大提高买家使用率;本发明工艺流畅,生产效率高,同时保证产品的质和量,相对能耗低,经济效益高。

技术领域
本发明属于涂布机领域,具体涉及一种分切涂布机及其生产工艺流程。
背景技术
涂布机是一种将特定功能的涂料涂覆在基材上的机械装置,通常由绕卷吸系统和涂布系统组成,适用于鞋类、电子、海绵、EVA、PE、布料等涂胶,随着需求的增长,涂布机不断更新换代,其产能也在不断提高。
目前大多涂布机所采用的基材是订制或经过分隔裁剪的,一般宽幅较窄,大大限制了涂布机的生产效率,尤其对于涂覆材料较湿的情况,传统的涂布机难以做到一次成型,工序复杂,耗费极大的人力、物力,经济效益低。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供一种生产效率高的分切涂布机及其生产工艺流程。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种分切涂布机,包括机架、放卷系统和涂布系统,还包括干燥系统、圆刀分切系统以及收卷系统,所述干燥系统安装在所述安装架上方,由连续放置的若干组烘干装置组成,所述烘干装置底部安装有梯形风道,所述梯形风道正下方安装有若干主动导辊,相邻的所述主动导辊之间安装有涨紧辊,所述干燥系统左下方安装有所述涂布系统,右下方安装有所述圆刀分切系统,所述圆刀分切系统两侧安装有所述收卷系统。
所述圆刀分切系统与所述涂布系统均固定安装在所述机架上。
所述烘干装置由鼓风机、加热器和过滤器组成,所述鼓风机安装在所述加热器一侧,所述加热器底部通过所述过滤器连通所述梯形风道。
所述收卷系统分为第一收卷装置和第二收卷装置,所述第一收卷装置与第二收卷装置的滚筒轴向平行,径向不在同一平面内。
所述放卷系统与所述涂布系统之间的所述机架上安装有第一纠偏系统和张力控制系统。
所述涂布系统与所述干燥系统之间的所述机架上安装有第二纠偏系统。
所述干燥系统与所述圆刀分切系统之间的所述机架上安装有第三纠偏系统。
所述圆刀分切系统与所述收卷系统之间的所述机架上安装有第四纠偏系统和第五纠偏系统。
所述生产工艺流程如下:
步骤一,待加工原料由所述放卷系统放出,依次通过所述第一纠偏系统和张力控制系统进入所述涂布装置;
步骤二,所述涂布装置对原料表面进行涂覆加工,制成湿料,经所述第二纠偏系统输送至所述干燥系统左端入口;
步骤三,所述湿料在所述主动导辊上传输,所述涨紧辊在上,保持湿料的涨紧度,同时,所述湿料上方通过所述干燥系统及梯形风道不断吹送热风,将其烘干,制成干料;
步骤四,所述干料由所述干燥系统右端输出,经所述第三纠偏系统输送进入所述圆刀分切系统整齐切割;
步骤五,分切后的干料分别经所述第四纠偏系统和第五纠偏系统输送至所述第一收卷装置和第二收卷装置,收卷完成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明集涂覆、烘干、分切功能于一体,基材加工一次成型,加工效率大大提高;
2、本发明可用于加工更宽的基材,其宽幅可达市场常用基材的两到三倍,大大提高买家使用率;
3、本发明工艺流畅,生产效率高,同时保证产品的质和量,且自动化程度高,相对能耗低,经济效益高。

具体实施方式
如说明书附图中图1所示的一种分切涂布机,包括机架1、放卷系统2和涂布系统3,还包括干燥系统4、圆刀分切系统5以及收卷系统6,干燥系统4安装在安装架1上方,由连续放置的若干组烘干装置7组成,烘干装置7底部安装有梯形风道8,梯形风道8正下方均匀分布安装有四个主动导辊9,相邻的主动导辊9之间安装有涨紧辊10,干燥系统4左下方安装有涂布系统3,右下方安装有圆刀分切系统5,圆刀分切系统5两侧安装有收卷系统6。
其中,分布的若干用于转向的传送辊,如图1中所示。
进一步地,为保证设备整体的稳定性,圆刀分切系统5与涂布系统3均固定安装在机架1上。
进一步的,干燥系统4需要持续提供洁净的热风,烘干装置7由鼓风机11、加热器12和过滤器13组成,鼓风机11安装在加热器12一侧,加热器12底部通过过滤器13连通梯形风道8。
此外,为将分切的基材分别收卷,收卷系统6分为第一收卷装置14和第二收卷装置15,第一收卷装置14与第二收卷装置15的滚筒轴向平行,径向不在同一平面内。
进一步地,放卷系统2与涂布系统3之间的机架1上安装有第一纠偏系统16和张力控制系统17,涂布系统3与干燥系统4之间的机架1上安装有第二纠偏系统18,干燥系统4与圆刀分切系统5之间的机架1上安装有第三纠偏系统19,圆刀分切系统5与收卷系统6之间的机架1上安装有第四纠偏系统20和第五纠偏系统21。
生产工艺流程如下:
步骤一,待加工原料由放卷系统2放出,依次通过第一纠偏系统16和张力控制系统17调整位置和张紧度,进入所述涂布装置3;
步骤二,涂布装置3对原料表面进行涂覆加工,制成湿料,经第二纠偏系统18输送至干燥系统4左端入口;
步骤三,湿料在主动导辊9上传输,主动导辊9在电机驱动下同步运动,涨紧辊10在上,保持湿料的张紧度,同时,湿料上方通过干燥系统4及梯形风道8不断吹送热风,将其烘干,制成干料;
步骤四,干料由干燥系统4右端输出,经第三纠偏系统19输送进入圆刀分切系统5整齐切割;
步骤五,分切后的干料分别经第四纠偏系统20和第五纠偏系统21输送至第一收卷装置14和第二收卷装置15,收卷完成。

1.一种分切涂布机,包括机架(1)、放卷系统(2)和涂布系统(3),其特征在于:还包括干燥系统(4)、圆刀分切系统(5)以及收卷系统(6),所述干燥系统(4)安装在所述安装架(1)上方,由连续放置的若干组烘干装置(7)组成,所述烘干装置(7)底部安装有梯形风道(8),所述梯形风道(8)正下方安装有若干主动导辊(9),相邻的所述主动导辊(9)之间安装有涨紧辊(10),所述干燥系统(4)左下方安装有所述涂布系统(3),右下方安装有所述圆刀分切系统(5),所述圆刀分切系统(5)两侧安装有所述收卷系统(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种分切涂布机,其特征在于:所述圆刀分切系统(5)与所述涂布系统(3)均固定安装在所述机架(1)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种分切涂布机,其特征在于:所述烘干装置(7)由鼓风机(11)、加热器(12)和过滤器(13)组成,所述鼓风机(11)安装在所述加热器(12)一侧,所述加热器(12)底部通过所述过滤器(13)连通所述梯形风道(8)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种分切涂布机,其特征在于:所述收卷系统(6)分为第一收卷装置(14)和第二收卷装置(15),所述第一收卷装置(14)与第二收卷装置(15)的滚筒轴向平行,径向不在同一平面内。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种分切涂布机,其特征在于:所述放卷系统(2)与所述涂布系统(3)之间的所述机架(1)上安装有第一纠偏系统(16)和张力控制系统(17)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种分切涂布机,其特征在于:所述涂布系统(3)与所述干燥系统(4)之间的所述机架(1)上安装有第二纠偏系统(18)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种分切涂布机,其特征在于:所述干燥系统(4)与所述圆刀分切系统(5)之间的所述机架(1)上安装有第三纠偏系统(19)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种分切涂布机,其特征在于:所述圆刀分切系统(5)与所述收卷系统(6)之间的所述机架(1)上安装有第四纠偏系统(20)和第五纠偏系统(21)。
9.根据权利要求1~8中任一权利要求所述的一种分切涂布机的生产工艺流程,其特征在于:所述生产工艺流程如下:
步骤一,待加工原料由所述放卷系统(2)放出,依次通过所述第一纠偏系统(16)和张力控制系统(17)进入所述涂布装置(3);
步骤二,所述涂布装置(3)对原料表面进行涂覆加工,制成湿料,经所述第二纠偏系统(18)输送至所述干燥系统(4)左端入口;
步骤三,所述湿料在所述主动导辊(9)上传输,所述涨紧辊(10)在上,保持湿料的涨紧度,同时,所述湿料上方通过所述干燥系统(4)及梯形风道(8)不断吹送热风,将其烘干,制成干料;
步骤四,所述干料由所述干燥系统(4)右端输出,经所述第三纠偏系统(19)输送进入所述圆刀分切系统(5)整齐切割;
步骤五,分切后的干料分别经所述第四纠偏系统(20)和第五纠偏系统(21)输送至所述第一收卷装置(14)和第二收卷装置(15),收卷完成。
