Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of broiler ecological breeding, in particular to a compound microecological traditional Chinese medicine preparation for broiler ecological breeding and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The intensive degree of the existing chicken breeding is improved, so that the breeding density is greatly increased, the chicken house is relatively narrow, the air flow capacity is poor, the content of ammonia and carbon dioxide in the chicken house is increased, and researches show that high-concentration carbon dioxide has some adverse effects on the growth performance or the death rate of 14-28 days old chickens. When the concentration of carbon dioxide is increased, more seriously, other harmful gases and substances such as ammonia gas, sulfur dioxide, viruses, dust and the like are also increased continuously, so that the immunity of the organism is easily reduced, respiratory diseases are induced, the epidemic prevention effect is reduced, and when the chicks have no ammonia, the chicks are only infected by 40 percent when contacting with Newcastle disease viruses; when the ammonia concentration in the chicken house reaches 20ppm and lasts for 6 weeks, the chicken become 100% infected in the environment with the ammonia concentration of 15.2mg/m3 for 3 days, which is known by data to cause congestion and edema of the chicken lungs, appetite reduction of chicken flocks and laying rate reduction; when the concentration reaches 50ppm, the chicken can suffer from larynx edema, necrotic bronchitis, pulmonary hemorrhage, respiratory rate reduction and death after several days; up to 80ppm and lasting for 2 months can result in a 90% reduction in egg production and an increase in mortality; up to 100ppm, the mortality rate will increase significantly. The existence of ammonia gas has great threat effect on the growth of the chickens, and low-concentration ammonia in the poultry house can stimulate eyelid mucosa and nasal mucosa to cause mucosal congestion and larynx edema. After ammonia is inhaled into a respiratory system, congestion and bronchitis of upper respiratory mucosa can be caused, and pulmonary edema, pulmonary hemorrhage and the like can be caused seriously; the ammonia sucked into the lung can enter the blood through alveolus and combine with hemoglobin to replace oxygen radical, so that the oxygen transport function of the blood is destroyed; a small amount of ammonia is absorbed in a short time and can be absorbed by body fluid to become urea which is discharged out of the body; high concentration ammonia can directly stimulate body tissue to cause alkaline chemical burn and tissue dissolution and necrosis. It also can cause central paralysis and toxic hepatitis. Myocardial damage, decreased respiratory rate, and the like; livestock are exposed to low concentrations of ammonia for extended periods of time and have reduced resistance to tuberculosis or other infectious diseases. The self-protection barrier of the livestock and poultry is destroyed under the poison of ammonia, so that the infection process of bacillus anthracis, escherichia coli, pneumococcus, mycoplasma and various viruses is remarkably accelerated, and the organism health of the livestock and poultry is not facilitated.
The sources of ammonia gas in poultry and livestock houses are mainly divided into two types: ammonia in gastrointestinal tract is originated from excrement, gastrointestinal digestive product, etc. and urea nitrogen exists mainly in the form of urea and is easy to be hydrolyzed by urease to catalytically produce ammonia gas and carbon dioxide. The other is environmental ammonia in the house, which is generated by putrefactive decomposition of organic matters such as accumulated fecaluria, feed residues, bedding and the like. Under the conditions that padding is moist, the pH value is proper, the temperature is high, excrement is abundant and air exists, ammonia gas is generated more quickly, especially in winter, the air cannot be well circulated due to heat preservation of a henhouse, the ammonia gas concentration and the carbon dioxide concentration in the henhouse can be increased, although a plurality of sterilizing agents exist at present, the sterilizing agents generally have pungent taste, which can stimulate chickens to cause tension and a series of side effects of the chickens, and the henhouse is not thoroughly sterilized.

The influence of the compound micro-ecological traditional Chinese medicine preparation on the content of ammonia gas in the caged chicken is as follows:
the ammonia gas in the henhouse is mainly from nitrogen-containing organic matters in excrement, feed and padding decomposed by anaerobic bacteria. The poultry excrement generally contains 20 to 25 percent of nutrient substances which are not digested by the body, wherein one part of the nutrient substances is protein amino acid microorganisms and the like, the nitrogen-containing substances are quickly decomposed into ammonia under the action of the microorganisms and released into the ambient air, and the ammonia can stimulate the respiratory tract of the chicken to cause related diseases, thereby greatly influencing the breeding production. In production, the ammonia content in the house is reduced by adopting a ventilation mode, but in cold winter in the north, the contradiction between ventilation and heat preservation is generated, and the exploration of other modes for reducing ammonia is important. The research result shows that the ammonia gas content in the chicken coop can be obviously reduced by applying the compound micro-ecological traditional Chinese medicine preparation (P is less than 0.05).
The influence of the compound micro-ecological traditional Chinese medicine preparation on the content of carbon dioxide in the caged chicken is as follows:
carbon dioxide is generated by respiration of chicken and decomposition of carbohydrate, is nontoxic, but too high concentration can cause too low oxygen concentration in a chicken house, so that the chicken is chronically poisoned, presents mental health, anorexia, and disease resistance reduction caused by household egg performance reduction, and is susceptible to chronic infectious diseases. Generally, the content of carbon dioxide in the henhouse is not more than 1500mg/kg (0.15%), but in the experiment, the difference of the carbon dioxide content in the henhouse of the test group and the henhouse of the control group is obvious (P < O.05), which may be related to the composition and the use mode of the microecological preparation, and has a certain relevance to the determination time and the method, and the experiment design should be further improved in the future.
Conclusion
The test result shows that the microecologics of 1% of enzyme-producing probiotics and 1% of morchellin are added into the chicken daily ration, and the microecologics and the traditional Chinese medicine smoke agent are combined, so that the content of ammonia and carbon dioxide can be reduced, the air quality is improved, and the chicken daily ration has popularization and application values.
