Abstract
本发明涉及一种功能性食品,具体涉及一种防治习惯性便秘、老年性便秘的食品组方及其制备方法。一种防治习惯性便秘、老年性便秘的食品组方,是由下列重量份的原料组成:火麻仁10‑20份、炒决明10‑15份、肉苁蓉1‑5份、紫苏子2‑8份、菊粉4‑10份。本发明提供的食品组方是“药食同源”、“新资源食品”的科学合理组合,用于防治习惯性便秘、老年性便秘养生调理食品。本发明提供的食品组方通过上述各原料的科学配伍,彼此之间相互协同发挥其功效,能很好的防治便秘。本发明提供的食品组方的制备方法,工艺简单,制备的食品携带方便,成本低。由试验结果可知:服用本发明提供的食品组方的便秘患者的总有效率高达99%,治愈率高达89%。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种功能性食品,具体涉及一种防治习惯性便秘、老年性便秘的食品组方及其制备方法。
背景技术
便秘是临床常见的复杂症状,主要是指排便次数减少、粪便量减少、粪便干结、排便费力等。
其病因如下:
便秘从病因上可分为器质性和功能性两类。
1.器质性
(1)肠管器质性病变肿瘤、炎症或其他原因引起的肠腔狭窄或梗阻。
(2)直肠、肛门病变直肠内脱垂、痔疮、直肠前膨出、耻骨直肠肌肥厚、耻直分离、盆底病等。
(3)内分泌或代谢性疾病糖尿病、甲状腺功能低下、甲状旁腺疾病等。
(4)系统性疾病硬皮病、红斑狼疮等。
(5)神经系统疾病中枢性脑部疾患、脑卒中、多发硬化、脊髓损伤以及周围神经病变等。
(6)肠管平滑肌或神经源性病变。
(7)结肠神经肌肉病变假性肠梗阻、先天性巨结肠、巨直肠等。
(8)神经心理障碍。
(9)药物性因素铁剂、阿片类药、抗抑郁药、抗帕金森病药、钙通道拮抗剂、利尿剂以及抗组胺药等。
2.功能性
功能性便秘病因尚不明确,其发生与多种因素有关,包括:
(1)进食量少或食物缺乏纤维素或水分不足,对结肠运动的刺激减少。
(2)因工作紧张、生活节奏过快、工作性质和时间变化、精神因素等干扰了正常的排便习惯。
(3)结肠运动功能紊乱所致,常见于肠易激综合征,系由结肠及乙状结肠痉挛引起,除便秘外同时具有腹痛或腹胀,部分病人可表现为便秘与腹泻交替。
(4)腹肌及盆腔肌张力不足,排便推动力不足,难于将粪便排出体外。
(5)滥用泻药,形成药物依赖,造成便秘。
(6)老年体弱、活动过少、肠痉挛导致排便困难,或由于结肠冗长
目前,市场上治疗便秘的方法很多,主要是从饮食、起居以及消化系统治疗等方面,但是效果都不是很好,如一些具有泻药成分的药剂,虽然能解决一时的便秘问题,但是一旦停药,便秘复发,无法从根本上解决问题,疗效欠佳。因此研制一种改善便秘效果好的养生保健食品,调理便秘等症状,对便秘症状进行早期干预则可以一定程度上阻止便秘发生、预防并发症,避免或减少便秘的发生率。
发明内容
本发明是“治未病”的思想,创新性将“药食同源”和“新资源食品”科学配合成养生保健食品,提供一种防治习惯性便秘、老年性便秘的食品组方,用于防治便秘,达到“无病先防,已病早治,既病防变,病后防复”的效果。
进而提供一种防治习惯性便秘、老年性便秘的食品组方及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案具体如下:
一种防治习惯性便秘、老年性便秘的食品组方,是由下列重量份的原料组成:
火麻仁10-20份、炒决明10-15份、肉苁蓉1-5份、紫苏子2-8份、菊粉4-10份。
在上述技术方案中,所述防治习惯性便秘、老年性便秘的食品组方是由下列重量份的原料组成:
火麻仁15份、炒决明10份、肉苁蓉2份、紫苏子5份、菊粉6份。

火麻仁12份、炒决明12份、肉苁蓉1份、紫苏子3份、菊粉5份。

一种防治习惯性便秘、老年性便秘的食品组方的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、将火麻仁、炒决明、肉苁蓉和紫苏子按照原料药重量比例称取其各自的合格饮片;
步骤2、将上述称取的合格饮片一起放入煎煮罐中,加入5倍量水浸泡5小时;
步骤3、煎煮
第一次煎煮:将步骤2浸泡后的药材煮沸2h,分离煎出液;
第二次煎煮:将第一次蒸煮所得药渣加3倍水,煮沸1.5h,分离煎出液;
第三次煎煮:将第二次煎煮所得药渣加2倍水,煮沸1h分离煎出液;
步骤4、低温沉降:
将步骤3的三次煎出液合并,滤过,放入储液罐,低温8~10℃条件下静置36h,虹吸上清液;
步骤5、浓缩
将步骤4所得的上清液,进行减压干燥,粉碎、过80目筛、得细粉,减压浓缩的工艺参数为:压力为0.06-0.08mpa,温度:60-80℃;
步骤6、混合
将步骤5所得的上述中药提取物细粉与上述重量比的菊粉一起充分混均、然后盛入清洁干净的容器内;
步骤7、分装、制成成品。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供的食品是“药食同源”、“新资源食品”的科学科学组合,用于防治习惯性便秘、老年性便秘养生保健食品。本发明的配伍中:火麻仁:性平、味甘。归脾经、胃经、大肠经。润肠通便,补虚。降血压,降低胆固醇。内服后在肠道内分解产生脂肪酸,能刺激肠黏膜,使分泌增加,蠕动加快,减少大肠的水分吸收而致泻。炒决明:性微寒、味苦、甘。归肝经、肾经、大肠经。清热明目、润肠通便。具有抗菌、预防动脉粥样硬化、抗血小板凝集的作用,抑制细胞免疫功能,对体液免疫功能无影响,可增强巨噬细胞吞噬功能;保肝;泻下;促进胃液分泌;抑制15-羟基前列腺素脱氢酶的作用。肉苁蓉:味甘、咸、性温。归肾经、大肠经。具有肾阳,益精血,润肠通便之功能。紫苏子:味辛、性温。归肺经。降气消痰、止咳平喘、润肠。菊粉:是一种天然的水溶性膳食纤维,几乎不能被胃酸水解和消化,只有在结肠被有益微生物利用,从而改善肠道环境。菊粉还能增强胃肠道蠕动,提高肠胃功能,增加消化和食欲,提高机体免疫力。本发明提供的食品通过上述各原料的科学配伍,彼此之间相互协同发挥其功效,达到防治便秘的效果。
本发明提供的食品组方的制备方法,工艺简单,制备的食品携带方便,成本低。
由试验结果可知:服用本发明提供的食品组方的便秘患者的总有效率高达99%,治愈率高达89%。
具体实施方式
本发明提供一种防治习惯性便秘、老年性便秘的食品组方,是由下列重量份的原料组成:
火麻仁10-20份、炒决明10-15份、肉苁蓉1-5份、紫苏子2-8份、菊粉4-10份。

试验数据:
1、本发明选用自愿受试者300例,受试者均有不同程度的便秘程度、干燥、大便几天解一次的症状。将受试者随机分成3组,分别为试验1组、试验2组、试验3组3。
2、使用方法:
试验1-3组分别服用本发明实施例1-3制备的食品组方,每袋15g,每天2次,每次1袋,温开水冲服即可,服用时间为1周。
3、疗效标准
治愈:大便通畅,每天一次,软硬适中,饮食较好,伴随症状消失。
有效:大便通畅,每天一次或两天一解,有时干燥。
无效:便秘无明显改善。

由试验结果可知:服用本发明提供的食品组方的便秘患者的总有效率高达99%,治愈率高达89%。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明创造的保护范围之中。

火麻仁10-20份、炒决明10-15份、肉苁蓉1-5份、紫苏子2-8份、菊粉4-10份。
