技术领域
本发明属于保健饮料制备领域,具体涉及一种清肺降火饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会现代化的发展,人们生活水平的提高,越来越多的环境和空气污染侵害着肺,使肺内充满毒素,导致呼吸系统功能降低,免疫功能下降从而导致许多肺脏疾病的发生严重影响人们的正常工作、学习和生活并为社会造成了及其严重的经济负担,现代中医理论认为保护肺要从清肺开始。肺,五脏中位置最高的脏腑,是一身气体出入的门户,能吸入外界新鲜气体排出体内浊气,对于体内的水液代谢起着疏通和调节的作用。尽管国内外医学界对肺器官疾病的防治研究取得许多进展,但目前仍没有关于清肺毒的特效产品,因此发明一种清除肺内毒素,强化呼吸系统功能的产品成为现阶段亟待解决的一个重要问题。
“上火”为民间俗语,又称“热气”,可以从中医理论解释,属于中医热证范畴。中医认为人体阴阳失衡,内火旺盛,即会上火;因此所谓的“火”是形容身体内某些热性的症状。
中国专利《一种清热降火保健饮料》(专利申请号:CN200610053569.X)涉及的技术方案是:原料包括有白砂糖、莲芯、苦丁茶粉、柠檬酸、苹果酸、乳酸、柠檬酸钠、苹果汁、植物提取物、异维生素C钠、叶绿素铜钠盐、β-胡萝卜素和纯净水。其主要对缓解解口千舌燥、预防上火中暑有效果。目前关于既有清肺效果又有降火功效的饮料品种甚少,急需一种有明显的润肺下火作用的保健饮料。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种清肺降火饮料,其成分包括地骨皮浓缩液、桑白皮挥发油、矮地茶多糖等,与胎菊、鸡骨草等综合作用后对清热润肺、预防上火和清除肺内毒素,强化呼吸系统功能有明显的辅助作用。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下所示:
一种清肺降火饮料,由以下重量份的原材料组成:地骨皮浓缩液50~75份、桑白皮挥发油15~25份、矮地茶多糖10~20份、胎菊20~40份、鸡骨草15~35份、合欢皮8~12份、薄荷20~30份、冬瓜10~15份、黄瓜10~15份、草莓10~25份、乌枣10~20份、冰糖5~8份。
优选地,一种清肺降火饮料,由以下重量份的原材料组成:地骨皮浓缩液56.25~68.75份、桑白皮挥发油17.5~22.5份、矮地茶多糖12.5~17.5份、胎菊25~35份、鸡骨草20~30份、合欢皮9~11份、薄荷22.5~27.5份、冬瓜11.25~13.75份、黄瓜11.25~13.75份、草莓13.75~21.25份、乌枣12.5~17.5份、冰糖5.75~7.25份。
更优选地,一种清肺降火饮料,由以下重量份的原材料组成:地骨皮浓缩液62.5份、桑白皮挥发油20份、矮地茶多糖15份、胎菊30份、鸡骨草25份、合欢皮10份、薄荷25份、冬瓜12.5份、黄瓜12.5份、草莓17.5份、乌枣15份、冰糖6.5份。
本发明一种清肺降火饮料,地骨皮浓缩液的制备方法为:将地骨皮干燥粉碎过20~40目筛,再按料液比为1:4~6加入80~100℃的水,蒸煮1~3h,待蒸煮后的药液自然冷却至室温,过滤得到提取液,再加入体积为提取液的10~15%的植物精油,得混合液,最后将混合液进行浓缩至原体积的1/3~1/2,得到地骨皮浓缩液。
进一步地,所述植物精油由以下重量份的原材料组成:无花果植物精油20~30份、姜花植物精油5~15份、洋甘菊植物精油15~20份。
优选地,所述植物精油由以下重量份的原材料组成:无花果植物精油22.5~27.5份、姜花植物精油7.5~12.5份、洋甘菊植物精油16.25~18.75份。
更优选地,所述植物精油由以下重量份的原材料组成:无花果植物精油25份、姜花植物精油10份、洋甘菊植物精油17.5份。
本发明一种清肺降火饮料,所述桑白皮挥发油的制备方法为:将干燥桑白皮粉碎,过50~60目筛,按料液比1:2~3加入乙醚,在超声功率为200~280W、萃取时间为25~35min、萃取温度35~45℃条件下共萃取3次,合并萃取液,过滤,加入无水Na2SO4干燥后,4500~5500r/min离心15~25min,取上清液去除乙醚后得浓稠物,在-18~-15℃下保存,得桑白皮挥发油。
本发明一种清肺降火饮料,所述矮地茶多糖的制备方法为:
a.取干燥的矮地茶粉碎过50~70目筛,按料液比为1:20~30加入95%乙醇,在24~28℃下静置20~28h,再在85~95℃水浴中回流提取1.5~2h,过滤;
b.滤渣晾干,按料液比为1:4~5加入纯净水于90~100℃水浴中提取2~3h,过滤收集滤液,滤渣再重复加水提取1次,合并2次滤液,减压浓缩至原体积的1/10~2/5,离心除去杂质,在清液中加入95%乙醇进行醇沉,-4~-2℃中静置过夜,过滤,真空冷冻干燥得矮地茶粗多糖;
c.将得到的矮地茶粗多糖溶解,加入氯仿:正丁醇=4:1的Sevag试剂脱蛋白,反复脱蛋白至无变性蛋白,收集水相,加入95%乙醇进行醇沉,-4~-2℃中静置过夜,过滤,冷冻干燥得矮地茶多糖。

(3)按料液比为1:20~30将草莓、乌枣加水在80~100℃蒸制10~20min,得混合汤料,将(2)所述的半成品加热至沸腾,加入混合汤料、地骨皮浓缩液、桑白皮挥发油、矮地茶多糖、冰糖,搅拌均匀,加热20~30min,停止加热,冷却至室温,再真空包装,用巴氏消毒,即得清肺降火饮料。

矮地茶为紫金牛科植物紫牛的干燥全草,用于咳嗽、痰中带血、慢性支气管炎、去除湿热。

一种清肺降火饮料,由以下重量份的原材料组成:地骨皮浓缩液62.5份、桑白皮挥发油20份、矮地茶多糖15份、胎菊30份、鸡骨草25份、合欢皮10份、薄荷25份、冬瓜12.5份、黄瓜12.5份、草莓17.5份、乌枣15份、冰糖6.5份。
本实施例一种清肺降火饮料,地骨皮浓缩液的制备方法为:将地骨皮干燥粉碎过30目筛,再按料液比为1:5加入90℃的水,蒸煮2h,待蒸煮后的药液自然冷却至室温,过滤得到提取液,再加入体积为提取液的12.5%的植物精油,得混合液,最后将混合液进行浓缩至原体积的1/3,得到地骨皮浓缩液。
上述植物精油由以下重量份的原材料组成:无花果植物精油25份、姜花植物精油10份、洋甘菊植物精油17.5份。
本实施例一种清肺降火饮料,所述桑白皮挥发油的制备方法为:将干燥桑白皮粉碎,过50目筛,按料液比1:2.5加入乙醚,在超声功率为240W、萃取时间为30min、萃取温度40℃条件下共萃取3次,合并萃取液,过滤,加入无水Na2SO4干燥后,5000r/min离心20min,取上清液去除乙醚后得浓稠物,在-16.5℃下保存,得桑白皮挥发油。

a.取干燥的矮地茶粉碎过60目筛,按料液比为1:25加入95%乙醇,在26℃下静置24h,再在90℃水浴中回流提取1.8h,过滤;
b.滤渣晾干,按料液比为1:4.5加入纯净水于95℃水浴中提取2.5h,过滤收集滤液,滤渣再重复加水提取1次,合并2次滤液,减压浓缩至原体积的3/10,离心除去杂质,在清液中加入95%乙醇进行醇沉,-3℃中静置过夜,过滤,真空冷冻干燥得矮地茶粗多糖;
c.将得到的矮地茶粗多糖溶解,加入氯仿:正丁醇=4:1的Sevag试剂脱蛋白,反复脱蛋白至无变性蛋白,收集水相,加入95%乙醇进行醇沉,-3℃中静置过夜,过滤,冷冻干燥得矮地茶多糖。

一种清肺降火饮料,由以下重量份的原材料组成:地骨皮浓缩液56.25份、桑白皮挥发油17.5份、矮地茶多糖12.5份、胎菊25份、鸡骨草20份、合欢皮9份、薄荷22.5份、冬瓜11.25份、黄瓜11.25份、草莓13.75份、乌枣12.5份、冰糖5.75份。
本实施例一种清肺降火饮料,地骨皮浓缩液的制备方法为:将地骨皮干燥粉碎过20目筛,再按料液比为1:4.5加入85℃的水,蒸煮1.5h,待蒸煮后的药液自然冷却至室温,过滤得到提取液,再加入体积为提取液的12%的植物精油,得混合液,最后将混合液进行浓缩至原体积的1/3,得到地骨皮浓缩液。
上述植物精油由以下重量份的原材料组成:无花果植物精油22.5份、姜花植物精油7.5份、洋甘菊植物精油16.25份。
本实施例一种清肺降火饮料,所述桑白皮挥发油的制备方法为:将干燥桑白皮粉碎,过50目筛,按料液比1:2.25加入乙醚,在超声功率为220W、萃取时间为27.5min、萃取温度37.5℃条件下共萃取3次,合并萃取液,过滤,加入无水Na2SO4干燥后,4750r/min离心17.5min,取上清液去除乙醚后得浓稠物,在-17℃下保存,得桑白皮挥发油。
本实施例一种清肺降火饮料,所述矮地茶多糖的制备方法为:
a.取干燥的矮地茶粉碎过50目筛,按料液比为1:22.5加入95%乙醇,在25℃下静置22h,再在87.5℃水浴中回流提取1.6h,过滤;
b.滤渣晾干,按料液比为1:4.25加入纯净水于92.5℃水浴中提取2.2h,过滤收集滤液,滤渣再重复加水提取1次,合并2次滤液,减压浓缩至原体积的1/5,离心除去杂质,在清液中加入95%乙醇进行醇沉,-3.5℃中静置过夜,过滤,真空冷冻干燥得矮地茶粗多糖;
c.将得到的矮地茶粗多糖溶解,加入氯仿:正丁醇=4:1的Sevag试剂脱蛋白,反复脱蛋白至无变性蛋白,收集水相,加入95%乙醇进行醇沉,-3.5℃中静置过夜,过滤,冷冻干燥得矮地茶多糖。
制备一种清肺降火饮料的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将胎菊、鸡骨草、合欢皮、薄荷洗净,浸泡22.5min,在92.5℃下煮制32.5min,过滤得到第一次提取液,将滤渣加水,在92.5℃下煮制22.5min,过滤的第二次提取液,将两次提取液混合,得混合提取液;
(2)将黄瓜、冬瓜加水打浆后,用离心机离心,取上清液,加水加热至沸腾,再与(1)所述的混合提取液混合,得到半成品;
(3)按料液比为1:22.5将草莓、乌枣加水在85℃蒸制12.5min,得混合汤料,将(2)所述的半成品加热至沸腾,加入混合汤料、地骨皮浓缩液、桑白皮挥发油、矮地茶多糖、冰糖,搅拌均匀,加热22.5min,停止加热,冷却至室温,再真空包装,用巴氏消毒,即得清肺降火饮料。
实施例5
一种清肺降火饮料,由以下重量份的原材料组成:地骨皮浓缩液68.75份、桑白皮挥发油22.5份、矮地茶多糖17.5份、胎菊35份、鸡骨草30份、合欢皮11份、薄荷27.5份、冬瓜13.75份、黄瓜13.75份、草莓21.25份、乌枣17.5份、冰糖7.25份。
本实施例一种清肺降火饮料,地骨皮浓缩液的制备方法为:将地骨皮干燥粉碎过40目筛,再按料液比为1:5.5加入95℃的水,蒸煮2.5h,待蒸煮后的药液自然冷却至室温,过滤得到提取液,再加入体积为提取液的14%的植物精油,得混合液,最后将混合液进行浓缩至原体积的1/2,得到地骨皮浓缩液。
上述植物精油由以下重量份的原材料组成:无花果植物精油27.5份、姜花植物精油12.5份、洋甘菊植物精油18.75份。
本实施例一种清肺降火饮料,所述桑白皮挥发油的制备方法为:将干燥桑白皮粉碎,过60目筛,按料液比1:2.75加入乙醚,在超声功率为260W、萃取时间为32.5min、萃取温度42.5℃条件下共萃取3次,合并萃取液,过滤,加入无水Na2SO4干燥后,5250r/min离心22.5min,取上清液去除乙醚后得浓稠物,在-16℃下保存,得桑白皮挥发油。
本实施例一种清肺降火饮料,所述矮地茶多糖的制备方法为:
a.取干燥的矮地茶粉碎过70目筛,按料液比为1:27.5加入95%乙醇,在27℃下静置26h,再在92.5℃水浴中回流提取1.8h,过滤;
b.滤渣晾干,按料液比为1:4.75加入纯净水于97.5℃水浴中提取2.8h,过滤收集滤液,滤渣再重复加水提取1次,合并2次滤液,减压浓缩至原体积的2/5,离心除去杂质,在清液中加入95%乙醇进行醇沉,-2.5℃中静置过夜,过滤,真空冷冻干燥得矮地茶粗多糖;
c.将得到的矮地茶粗多糖溶解,加入氯仿:正丁醇=4:1的Sevag试剂脱蛋白,反复脱蛋白至无变性蛋白,收集水相,加入95%乙醇进行醇沉,-2.5℃中静置过夜,过滤,冷冻干燥得矮地茶多糖。
制备一种清肺降火饮料的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将胎菊、鸡骨草、合欢皮、薄荷洗净,浸泡27.5min,在97.5℃下煮制37.5min,过滤得到第一次提取液,将滤渣加水,在97.5℃下煮制27.5min,过滤的第二次提取液,将两次提取液混合,得混合提取液;
(2)将黄瓜、冬瓜加水打浆后,用离心机离心,取上清液,加水加热至沸腾,再与(1)所述的混合提取液混合,得到半成品;
(3)按料液比为1:27.5将草莓、乌枣加水在95℃蒸制17.5min,得混合汤料,将(2)所述的半成品加热至沸腾,加入混合汤料、地骨皮浓缩液、桑白皮挥发油、矮地茶多糖、冰糖,搅拌均匀,加热27.5min,停止加热,冷却至室温,再真空包装,用巴氏消毒,即得清肺降火饮料。
对比例1
与实施例1的区别在于,清肺降火饮料的原材料中不包括地骨皮提取物。
对比例2
与实施例1的区别在于,清肺降火饮料的原材料中不包括桑白皮挥发油。
对比例3
与实施例1而区别在于,清肺降火饮料的原材料中不包括矮地茶多糖。
功效验证
查阅2017年至2018年临床观察肺热咳嗽128例患者,临床报告如下:
1、一般资料
144例患者中,年龄12~58岁,病程多在2天到3周,平均年龄38.5岁。
2、诊断标准
诊断依据国家中医药管理局颁发的《中医病证诊断疗效标准》:
主症:①轻微咳嗽。②声音嘶哑。③咽喉疼痛。④起病急、病程短。
兼症:①发热重恶寒轻。②口干欲饮水。③鼻塞或流浊涕。④汗出。⑤舌边尖红。⑥舌苔薄黄。⑦脉浮数。
主症3项,合并兼症中2项以上可以确定诊断。
3、试验方法:
寻找144名有上述诊断结果的人,平均分成八个小组,每组18人,分别服用实施例1~5和对比例1~3的清肺降火饮料,每日250mL,每日2次,于早晚饭后半小时服用,7天为1疗程。
4、治疗结果:
参照《中医药新药临床研究指导原则》指定:
治愈:上述症状消失;
有效:上述症状好转;
无效:上述症状没有变化或加重。
经2疗程后,结果如下表1所示:

从上表可知,实施例1~5和对比例1~3之间数据相差不大,且优于对比例,实施例1与对比例1~3相比,缓解症状的有效率分别高于27.8%、22.2%和11.1%,说明缺乏本发明的某种原材料都会对功效产生削减作用,因此本发明需通过各原料之间相互作用,诸药叠加才能更好发挥清肺降火功效。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种清肺降火饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原材料组成:地骨皮浓缩液50~75份、桑白皮挥发油15~25份、矮地茶多糖10~20份、胎菊20~40份、鸡骨草15~35份、合欢皮8~12份、薄荷20~30份、冬瓜10~15份、黄瓜10~15份、草莓10~25份、乌枣10~20份、冰糖5~8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种清肺降火饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原材料组成:地骨皮浓缩液56.25~68.75份、桑白皮挥发油17.5~22.5份、矮地茶多糖12.5~17.5份、胎菊25~35份、鸡骨草20~30份、合欢皮9~11份、薄荷22.5~27.5份、冬瓜11.25~13.75份、黄瓜11.25~13.75份、草莓13.75~21.25份、乌枣12.5~17.5份、冰糖5.75~7.25份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种清肺降火饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原材料组成:地骨皮浓缩液62.5份、桑白皮挥发油20份、矮地茶多糖15份、胎菊30份、鸡骨草25份、合欢皮10份、薄荷25份、冬瓜12.5份、黄瓜12.5份、草莓17.5份、乌枣15份、冰糖6.5份。
4.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的一种清肺降火饮料,其特征在于,地骨皮浓缩液的制备方法为:将地骨皮干燥粉碎过20~40目筛,再按料液比为1:4~6加入80~100℃的水,蒸煮1~3h,待蒸煮后的药液自然冷却至室温,过滤得到提取液,再加入体积为提取液的10~15%的植物精油,得混合液,最后将混合液进行浓缩至原体积的1/3~1/2,得到地骨皮浓缩液。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种清肺降火饮料,其特征在于,所述植物精油由以下重量份的原材料组成:无花果植物精油20~30份、姜花植物精油5~15份、洋甘菊植物精油15~20份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种清肺降火饮料,其特征在于,所述植物精油由以下重量份的原材料组成:无花果植物精油22.5~27.5份、姜花植物精油7.5~12.5份、洋甘菊植物精油16.25~18.75份。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种清肺降火饮料,其特征在于,所述植物精油由以下重量份的原材料组成:无花果植物精油25份、姜花植物精油10份、洋甘菊植物精油17.5份。
8.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的一种清肺降火饮料,其特征在于,所述桑白皮挥发油的制备方法为:将干燥桑白皮粉碎,过50~60目筛,按料液比1:2~3加入乙醚,在超声功率为200~280W、萃取时间为25~35min、萃取温度35~45℃条件下共萃取3次,合并萃取液,过滤,加入无水Na2SO4干燥后,4500~5500r/min离心15~25min,取上清液去除乙醚后得浓稠物,在-18~-15℃下保存,得桑白皮挥发油。
9.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的一种清肺降火饮料,其特征在于,所述矮地茶多糖的制备方法为:
a.取干燥的矮地茶粉碎过50~70目筛,按料液比为1:20~30加入95%乙醇,在24~28℃下静置20~28h,再在85~95℃水浴中回流提取1.5~2h,过滤;
b.滤渣晾干,按料液比为1:4~5加入纯净水于90~100℃水浴中提取2~3h,过滤收集滤液,滤渣再重复加水提取1次,合并2次滤液,减压浓缩至原体积的1/10~2/5,离心除去杂质,在清液中加入95%乙醇进行醇沉,-4~-2℃中静置过夜,过滤,真空冷冻干燥得矮地茶粗多糖;
c.将得到的矮地茶粗多糖溶解,加入氯仿:正丁醇=4:1的Sevag试剂脱蛋白,反复脱蛋白至无变性蛋白,收集水相,加入95%乙醇进行醇沉,-4~-2℃中静置过夜,过滤,冷冻干燥得矮地茶多糖。
10.一种制备如权利要求1~9任一项所述的一种清肺降火饮料的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将胎菊、鸡骨草、合欢皮、薄荷洗净,浸泡20~30min,在90~100℃下煮制30~40min,过滤得到第一次提取液,将滤渣加水,在90~100℃下煮制20~30min,过滤的第二次提取液,将两次提取液混合,得混合提取液;
(2)将黄瓜、冬瓜加水打浆后,用离心机离心,取上清液,加水加热至沸腾,再与(1)所述的混合提取液混合,得到半成品;
(3)按料液比为1:20~30将草莓、乌枣加水在80~100℃蒸制10~20min,得混合汤料,将(2)所述的半成品加热至沸腾,加入混合汤料、地骨皮浓缩液、桑白皮挥发油、矮地茶多糖、冰糖,搅拌均匀,加热20~30min,停止加热,冷却至室温,再真空包装,用巴氏消毒,即得清肺降火饮料。
