Abstract
本发明提供一种UV固化珠光涂料,按重量份计由以下组分组成:45~65份光固化树脂,5~20份光固化活性单体,1~10份光引发剂,1~5份光增感剂,0.1~0.5份润湿剂,0.1~0.5份消泡剂,0.5~2份流变助剂,3~6份云母珠光颜料,0.1~0.5份分散剂。本发明还提供上述UV固化珠光涂料的制备方法。本发明珠光涂料可采用UV固化,固化速度快,能耗低,环保低VOC,施工效率高,施工成本低,且涂膜机械性能优异、耐候性好、耐划伤。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种UV固化珠光涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
珠光涂料具有亮眼的闪光装饰效果,目前汽车、首饰、3C制造行业已大量使用珠光涂料进行装饰。
现有的珠光涂料虽为水性体系,但其采用热固化,固化速度缓慢,对施工的温度和湿度要求高,且有大量VOC的排放,施工会造成严重的大气污染和较高的能源消耗,且固化后涂膜的表面性能较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种UV固化珠光涂料及其制备方法,本发明珠光涂料可采用UV固化,固化速度快,能耗低,环保低VOC,施工效率高,施工成本低,且涂膜机械性能优异、耐候性好、耐划伤。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种UV固化珠光涂料,按重量份计由以下组分组成:
45~65份光固化树脂,
5~20份光固化活性单体,
1~10份光引发剂,
1~5份光增感剂,
0.1~0.5份润湿剂,
0.1~0.5份消泡剂,
0.5~2份流变助剂,
3~6份云母珠光颜料,
0.1~0.5份分散剂。
优选的,所述光固化树脂选自不饱和聚酯树脂、不饱和聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂、不饱和环氧丙烯酸树脂、环氧树脂中的一种或几种。
优选的,所述光引发剂选自阳离子光引发剂、自由基光引发剂中的一种或两种。
本发明还提供上述UV固化珠光涂料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将过200目滤网后的45~65重量份光固化树脂投入搅拌装置,在300~500rpm搅拌条件下再加入5~20重量份光固化活性单体、1~10重量份光引发剂和1~5重量份光增感剂,加料完成后再搅拌30min,制得物料A;
2)在300rpm搅拌条件下混合3~6重量云母珠光颜料、0.1~0.5重量份分散剂、0.1~0.5重量份润湿剂和0.1~0.5重量份流变助剂,加料完成后再搅拌30min,制得物料B;
3)将物料A和物料B混合搅拌均匀,在600rpm搅拌条件下再加入0.1~0.5重量份消泡剂,加料完成后再搅拌10min,再过200目滤网,制得UV固化珠光涂料,并避光保存。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种UV固化珠光涂料及其制备方法,本发明珠光涂料可采用UV固化,固化速度快,能耗低,环保低VOC,施工效率高,施工成本低,且涂膜机械性能优异、耐候性好、耐划伤。
本发明珠光涂料可采用UV固化,在紫外光的照射下促使引发剂分解,产生自由基,引发树酯反应,瞬间固化成膜。
本发明UV固化珠光涂料的固化速度比热固化涂料快,光固化可在60秒内完全固化,而热固化时间通常需要以小时计算,UV固化极大的提高了固化效率。
本发明UV固化珠光涂料可在可见光照射下固化,节约能源,传统热固化温度需要60℃以上。
本发明UV固化珠光涂料可实现大面积光固化,施工方便,传统大型件涂料施工烘烤固化设备要求高。
本发明珠光涂料不仅固化快、能耗低、表面性能优异,而且由于几乎不含挥发组分,也拥有低气味的优点。
相较于水性漆中150g/L右的VOC含量,本发明UV固化珠光涂料的VOC含量几乎为零。
本发明珠光涂料不含有毒挥发性物质,采用的光固化活性单体沸点高,并会参与交联,几乎为100%固化。
本发明涂料还具有如下特点:
1、本发明涂料环保且无挥发性有机物;
2、本发明涂料有优异的表面性能;
3、本发明涂料具有高固化速度;
4、本发明涂料不会产生由挥发导致的涂料病态;
5、本发明涂料可提高施工条件宽容度;
6、本发明涂料可降低能源消耗。

下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
本发明具体实施的技术方案是:
本发明提供一种UV固化珠光涂料,按重量份计由以下组分组成:
45~65份光固化树脂,
5~20份光固化活性单体,
1~10份光引发剂,
1~5份光增感剂,
0.1~0.5份润湿剂,
0.1~0.5份消泡剂,
0.5~2份流变助剂,
3~6份云母珠光颜料,
0.1~0.5份分散剂。
优选的,所述光固化树脂选自不饱和聚酯树脂、不饱和聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂、不饱和环氧丙烯酸树脂、环氧树脂中的一种或几种。
优选的,所述光引发剂选自阳离子光引发剂、自由基光引发剂中的一种或两种。
本发明还提供上述UV固化珠光涂料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将过200目滤网后的45~65重量份光固化树脂投入搅拌装置,在300~500rpm搅拌条件下再加入5~20重量份光固化活性单体、1~10重量份光引发剂和1~5重量份光增感剂,加料完成后再搅拌30min,制得物料A;
2)在300rpm搅拌条件下混合3~6重量云母珠光颜料、0.1~0.5重量份分散剂、0.1~0.5重量份润湿剂和0.1~0.5重量份流变助剂,加料完成后再搅拌30min,制得物料B;
3)将物料A和物料B混合搅拌均匀,在600rpm搅拌条件下再加入0.1~0.5重量份消泡剂,加料完成后再搅拌10min,再过200目滤网,制得UV固化珠光涂料,并避光保存。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (4)
1.UV固化珠光涂料,其特征在于,按重量份计由以下组分组成:
45~65份光固化树脂,
5~20份光固化活性单体,
1~10份光引发剂,
1~5份光增感剂,
0.1~0.5份润湿剂,
0.1~0.5份消泡剂,
0.5~2份流变助剂,
3~6份云母珠光颜料,
0.1~0.5份分散剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的UV固化珠光涂料,其特征在于,所述光固化树脂选自不饱和聚酯树脂、不饱和聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂、不饱和环氧丙烯酸树脂、环氧树脂中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的UV固化珠光涂料,其特征在于,所述光引发剂选自阳离子光引发剂、自由基光引发剂中的一种或两种。
4.权利要求1至3中任一项所述UV固化珠光涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)将过200目滤网后的45~65重量份光固化树脂投入搅拌装置,在300~500rpm搅拌条件下再加入5~20重量份光固化活性单体、1~10重量份光引发剂和1~5重量份光增感剂,加料完成后再搅拌30min,制得物料A;
2)在300rpm搅拌条件下混合3~6重量云母珠光颜料、0.1~0.5重量份分散剂、0.1~0.5重量份润湿剂和0.1~0.5重量份流变助剂,加料完成后再搅拌30min,制得物料B;
3)将物料A和物料B混合搅拌均匀,在600rpm搅拌条件下再加入0.1~0.5重量份消泡剂,加料完成后再搅拌10min,再过200目滤网,制得UV固化珠光涂料,并避光保存。
