本发明公开了一种板材圆形切割器,涉及机械设备领域,该板材圆形切割器在使用时可以将吸盘吸附在薄板的合适位置,将支撑盘固定在薄板表面。然后在转杆上滑动套管,然后将螺纹管转动与薄板垂直,在螺纹管内旋转螺纹杆,让切割刀头插穿薄板,然后手握套管,让转杆围绕轴承旋转一圈,便可在板材上快速开出一个圆孔。该板材圆形切割器可简单方便地将薄板材料切割出圆孔,并且可以自由灵活地调整切割半径和切割厚度,使用非常灵活方便。

本发明涉及机械设备领域,具体来说涉及一种板材圆形切割器。
背景技术
在机械加工过程中,常常需要在板材上切割出大小不同的圆孔。现有的在薄板上加工圆孔的机械装置还是简单的钻头或者镗刀,操作起来需要借助钻机,而且需要安装在专业夹具上,钻孔非常麻烦,拆卸亦十分不便。而现有的圆形切割装置设计比较传统,其无法自由灵活地调整切割半径和切割厚度,使用很不灵活方便。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种板材圆形切割器,可以简单方便地将薄板材料切割出圆孔,并且可以自由灵活地调整切割半径和切割厚度,使用非常灵活方便。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下的技术方案:
该板材圆形切割器包括圆盘形的支撑盘,支撑盘底部设有若干尺寸相同的吸盘,支撑盘顶部中心处垂直设有圆柱形的立柱,立柱上套有轴承,轴承外圈垂直设有圆柱形的转杆,转杆与支撑盘平行,转杆上套有圆管形的套管,套管与转杆相互过渡配合,套管侧面垂直设有圆管形的螺纹管,螺纹管内攻有凹螺纹,螺纹管内配有相互螺纹配合的螺纹杆,螺纹杆端部安装有带尖头的切割刀头。
作为本技术方案的进一步优化,所述支撑盘、转杆、套管、螺纹杆、螺纹管、立柱均由不锈钢制造,支撑盘通过焊接与立柱连接,套管通过焊接与螺纹管连接。
作为本技术方案的进一步优化,所述轴承为圆珠滚子轴承,轴承内圈通过焊接与立柱连接,轴承外圈通过焊接与转杆连接。
作为本技术方案的进一步优化,所述吸盘均由硅胶材料制造,吸盘均通过螺钉与支撑盘连接。
作为本技术方案的进一步优化,所述切割刀头由合金工具钢制造,切割刀头通过螺钉与螺纹杆连接。

下面结合附图详细说明本发明板材圆形切割器的优选实施方式。

结合图1和图2,该板材圆形切割器包括圆盘形的支撑盘1,支撑盘1底部设有若干尺寸相同的吸盘9,支撑盘1顶部中心处垂直设有圆柱形的立柱7,立柱7上套有轴承8,轴承8外圈垂直设有圆柱形的转杆2,转杆2与支撑盘1平行,转杆2上套有圆管形的套管4,套管4与转杆2相互过渡配合,套管4侧面垂直设有圆管形的螺纹管6,螺纹管6内攻有凹螺纹,螺纹管6内配有相互螺纹配合的螺纹杆5,螺纹杆5端部安装有带尖头的切割刀头3。
支撑盘1、转杆2、套管4、螺纹杆5、螺纹管6、立柱7均由不锈钢制造,坚固耐用,且耐腐蚀性能好,支撑盘1通过焊接与立柱7连接,套管4通过焊接与螺纹管6连接。轴承8为圆珠滚子轴承,轴承8内圈通过焊接与立柱7连接,轴承8外圈通过焊接与转杆2连接,如此可保障立柱7和支撑盘1不动的情况下,转杆2可以围绕轴承8自由转动。吸盘9均由硅胶材料制造,材质柔软,吸附能力强,吸盘9均通过螺钉与支撑盘1连接。切割刀头3由合金工具钢制造,硬度大,耐磨损,综合力学性能好,切割刀头3通过螺钉与螺纹杆5连接。
该板材圆形切割器在使用时可以将吸盘9吸附在薄板的合适位置,将支撑盘1固定在薄板表面。然后在转杆2上滑动套管4,然后将螺纹管6转动与薄板垂直,在螺纹管6内旋转螺纹杆5,让切割刀头3插穿薄板,然后手握套管4,让转杆2围绕轴承8旋转一圈,便可在板材上快速开出一个圆孔。该板材圆形切割器可以简单方便地将薄板材料切割出圆孔,并且可以自由灵活地调整切割半径和切割厚度,使用非常灵活方便。

1.一种板材圆形切割器,其特征在于:所述板材圆形切割器包括圆盘形的支撑盘(1),支撑盘(1)底部设有若干尺寸相同的吸盘(9),支撑盘(1)顶部中心处垂直设有圆柱形的立柱(7),立柱(7)上套有轴承(8),轴承(8)外圈垂直设有圆柱形的转杆(2),转杆(2)与支撑盘(1)平行,转杆(2)上套有圆管形的套管(4),套管(4)与转杆(2)相互过渡配合,套管(4)侧面垂直设有圆管形的螺纹管(6),螺纹管(6)内攻有凹螺纹,螺纹管(6)内配有相互螺纹配合的螺纹杆(5),螺纹杆(5)端部安装有带尖头的切割刀头(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的板材圆形切割器,其特征在于:所述支撑盘(1)、转杆(2)、套管(4)、螺纹杆5、螺纹管(6)、立柱(7)均由不锈钢制造,支撑盘(1)通过焊接与立柱(7)连接,套管(4)通过焊接与螺纹管(6)连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的板材圆形切割器,其特征在于:所述轴承(8)为圆珠滚子轴承,轴承(8)内圈通过焊接与立柱(7)连接,轴承(8)外圈通过焊接与转杆(2)连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的板材圆形切割器,其特征在于:所述吸盘(9)均由硅胶材料制造,吸盘(9)均通过螺钉与支撑盘(1)连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的板材圆形切割器,其特征在于:所述切割刀头(3)由合金工具钢制造,切割刀头(3)通过螺钉与螺纹杆(5)连接。
