A polyimide film dyeing apparatus, characterized in that: the dyeing machine comprises a U-shaped seat (1), wherein a liquid outlet (2) is formed in the bottom of the right side of the U-shaped seat (1) in a penetrating manner, a tension controller (8) is embedded in the center of the front surface of the U-shaped seat (1), first tension adjusting mechanisms (3) are symmetrically connected to the upper parts of the left side and the right side of the U-shaped seat (1), a washing chamber (11), a dyeing chamber (9) and a heating chamber (6) are sequentially arranged in the inner cavity of the U-shaped seat (1) at intervals from left to right, second tension adjusting mechanisms (4) are symmetrically arranged in the middle of the left side and the right side of the heating chamber (6), a heater (5) is fixedly arranged in the center of the top of the inner cavity of the heating chamber (6), a feed inlet (10) is formed in the center of the top of the dyeing chamber (9) in a penetrating manner, second tension adjusting mechanisms (4) are connected to the front side and the rear side of the first opening (7), second opening (12) are formed in the center of the left side and the right side of the washing chamber (11), and third tension adjusting mechanisms (13) are connected to the front and the second opening (12);
fixed blocks (14) are symmetrically arranged at the centers of the lower parts of the front side and the rear side of the inner cavity of the dyeing chamber (9), guide rollers (15) are rotationally connected between the fixed blocks (14) on the front side and the rear side, and liquid outlet pipes penetrate through the bottom of the inner cavity of the dyeing chamber (9) at intervals through electromagnetic valves;
the water washing device is characterized in that a water storage tank (16) is arranged in the center of the top of the water washing chamber (11), injection cavities (18) are symmetrically arranged at the centers of the top and the bottom of the inner cavity of the water washing chamber (11), jet ports (19) are uniformly and alternately arranged on the opposite surfaces of the injection cavities (18) on the upper side and the lower side in a penetrating mode, the inner cavity of the water storage tank (16) is connected with a water outlet pipe (20) through a water pump, the water outlet pipe (20) penetrates through and extends to the inner cavity of the water washing chamber (11), the water outlet pipe (20) is respectively connected with the side walls of the injection cavities (18) on the upper side and the lower side in a penetrating mode, and water outlets (17) are uniformly and alternately arranged on the periphery of the injection cavities (18) in a penetrating mode;
the first tension adjusting mechanism (3) comprises two groups of sliding grooves (31), four groups of first sliding rails (32), two groups of moving cavities (33), four groups of second sliding rails (34), two groups of fixed connecting seats (35), tension rollers (36), two groups of sliding connecting pieces (37) and two groups of cylindrical sliding blocks (38), wherein the two groups of sliding grooves (31) are respectively fixed on the front side and the rear side of the U-shaped seat (1), the first sliding rails (32) are arranged in the inner cavities of the sliding grooves (31) in a front-back symmetrical mode, the sliding connecting pieces (37) are connected with the inner cavities of the first sliding rails (32) on the front side and the rear side in a sliding mode, the moving cavities (33) penetrate through the right side of the front surface of the sliding connecting pieces (37), the second sliding rails (34) are symmetrically arranged in the centers of the inner walls of the upper side and the lower side of the moving cavities (33), the inner cavities of the second sliding rails (34) are connected with the cylindrical sliding blocks (38) in a sliding mode, the cylindrical sliding blocks (38) are fixedly connected with the centers of the side walls of the fixed connecting seats (35), and the tension rollers (36) are connected between the front side and the rear side fixed seats (35);
the sliding connecting piece (37) and the cylindrical sliding block (38) are respectively connected with the output end of the tension controller (8), the input end of the tension controller (8) is connected with a tension detector, the tension detector is respectively arranged on tension rollers of the first tension adjusting mechanism (3), the second tension adjusting mechanism (4) and the third tension adjusting mechanism (13), and the output end of the tension controller (8) is wirelessly connected with a wireless remote controller through a wireless receiver;
the second tension adjusting mechanism (4) and the third tension adjusting mechanism (13) are the same as the first tension adjusting mechanism (3), the size of parts of the first tension adjusting mechanism (3) is proportionally larger than that of parts of the second tension adjusting mechanism (4), and the size of parts of the second tension adjusting mechanism (4) is proportionally larger than that of parts of the third tension adjusting mechanism (13);
the top of the inner cavity of the U-shaped seat (1) is provided with a waste liquid cavity, the top of the waste liquid cavity is respectively and penetratingly connected with the bottoms of the liquid outlet pipe and the water outlet (17), and the right side of the waste liquid cavity is penetratingly connected with the liquid outlet (2).
