the two ends of the first driven shaft (6) are mounted on the box body of the segmenting box (13), the first driven shaft (6) is provided with first transmission teeth (64) at the two ends of the inner side of the inner wall of the segmenting box (13), the two first transmission teeth (64) are in matched transmission with the two main transmission teeth (54), a first twist cutter (61) is arranged between the two first transmission teeth (64), the first twist cutter (61) is composed of a plurality of annular first short toothed cutters (62) and first long toothed cutters (63) in an alternating mode, the first short toothed cutters (62) are matched with the main long toothed cutters (53) on the same plane, and the first long toothed cutters (63) are matched with the main short toothed cutters (52) on the same plane;
the two ends of the second driven shaft (7) are mounted on the box body of the segmenting box (13), the second driven shaft (7) is provided with second transmission teeth (74) at the two ends of the inner side of the inner wall of the segmenting box (13), the two second transmission teeth (74) are in matched transmission with the two main transmission teeth (54), a second twist cutter (71) is arranged between the two second transmission teeth (74), the second twist cutter (71) is formed by alternately forming a plurality of annular second short toothed cutters (72) and second long toothed cutters (73), the second short toothed cutters (72) are matched with the main long toothed cutters (53) on the same plane, and the second long toothed cutters (73) are matched with the main short toothed cutters (52) on the same plane;
