【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 機枠の内部に固定された固定刃と、駆動
装置により回転される回転刃との間に介在する被破砕物
を破砕する破砕装置において、互いに横並び平行に配さ
れるとともに、軸間において上方より下方に被破砕物を
巻き込むよう互いに反対方向に回転される一対の駆動軸
と、該一対の駆動軸に一定の間隔をもって軸着された刃
厚T1 を有する回転径の大きな大カッターと、該大カッ
ターと大カッターの間に軸着されるとともに外周に少な
くとも1条の溝を形成された刃厚T2 を有する回転径の
小さな小カッターと、該小カッターおよび大カッターに
前記した一対の駆動軸軸間中央側で対向するよう機枠の
内部に設けられた小カッター用固定刃及び大カッター用
固定刃とより構成され、駆動軸に軸着される大カッター
の間隔がT1 +2nT2 (n≧1)であるとともに小カ
ッターと小カッター用固定刃の対峙位置が一対の駆動軸
の略中央であることを特徴とする二軸破砕機。
