the plastic crushing device (2) comprises a crushing driven bearing (21), a first crushing cutter (22), a first gear (23), a second gear (24), a second crushing cutter (25), a crushing first belt pulley (26), a crushing driving bearing (27), a crushing belt (28), a crushing second belt pulley (29), a crushing motor output bearing (210), a crushing motor (211) and a crushing motor fixing frame (212), wherein the first crushing cutter (22) is fixed on the inner side wall of the shell (7) through the crushing driven bearing (21), one end of the crushing driven bearing (21) is fixed on the shell (7), the other end of the crushing driven bearing penetrates through the shell and is provided with the first gear (23), the second crushing cutter (25) is fixed on the inner side wall of the shell (7) through the crushing driving bearing (27), one end of the crushing driving bearing (27) penetrates through the shell (7) and is provided with the second gear, the other end penetrates through the shell (7) and is provided with a first crushing belt pulley (26), the crushing motor (211) is arranged on the base (5) through a crushing motor fixing frame (212), the second crushing belt pulley (29) is arranged on an output bearing (210) of the crushing motor, and the second crushing belt pulley (29) is connected with the first crushing belt pulley (26) through a crushing belt (28);
