Abstract

背景技术
由于更好的燃料经济性的益处,用于客车应用的柴油发动机日益增加。此外,汽油发动机逐渐增加压缩比以便改善燃料效率。结果,由于发动机中的上述变化,柴油发动机和汽油发动机辅助驱动系统必须克服来自曲轴的更大幅度的振动。
由于曲轴振动增加再加上高加速/减速率以及交流发电机的高惯性,因此发动机辅助驱动系统经常由于皮带打滑而产生皮带的吱吱噪声。这也会缩减皮带的使用寿命。
曲轴隔离器/解耦器和交流发电机解耦器/隔离器已广泛用于具有高角振动的发动机,以便过滤发动机运行速度范围内的振动并且还控制皮带吱吱的噪声。
本领域的代表是WO2007121582A1,其公开了一种用于高扭矩装置(比如交流发电机启动器)的单向隔离器,所述单向隔离器由柔性驱动设备驱动并且包括轴毂和槽轮,所述轴毂和所述槽轮中的每个均包括至少一个止动构件。轴毂和槽轮通过隔离弹簧并且经由轴承和/或衬套而连接,并且可以相对于彼此旋转以便在扭矩从柔性驱动设备传递到装置时通过弹簧来提供针对扭矩变化的隔离。当大量扭矩从装置传递到柔性驱动设备时,槽轮相对于轴毂旋转以便使止动构件接触,从而使得隔离器随后像固体带轮那样起作用以便于从装置传递扭矩。
所需要的是一种隔离解耦器,其包括设置在轴和带轮之间的单个轴承,所述轴承包括径向中心线,所述径向中心线与皮带承载部分的中线对准。本发明满足了这种需要。

本发明包括一种隔离解耦器,其包括:轴;带轮,所述带轮具有皮带承载部分;单向离合器;扭转弹簧,所述扭转弹簧接合在所述带轮和所述单向离合器之间;以及单个轴承,所述轴承设置在所述轴和所述带轮之间,所述轴承包括径向中心线,所述径向中心线与皮带承载部分的中线对准。

图1是所述装置的横截面视图。隔离解耦器包括轴10、带轮20、轴承30、扭转弹簧40、单向离合器50、弹簧支架60和防尘罩70。
带轮20包括皮带承载部分21。皮带承载部分21接合皮带(未示出)。皮带可以包括多肋带或单“V”形带。
轴承30压配合到带轮20中。接合部分31将轴承30定位在轴10的端部上。接合部分31包括径向突出部,一旦部分31接触轴10,所述接合部分防止轴承30沿轴10的轴向移动。这进而相对于轴10来定位带轮20。
轴承径向中心线CL与皮带承载部分21的中线对准。该对准允许皮带载荷BL在单个轴承30上居中,从而不需要第二轴承。
端板80压配合到带轮20,但它们也可以被焊接在一起。扭转弹簧40的端部41附接到端板80。可以使用焊接、粘合剂或过盈配合来附接端部41。焊接可以包括激光焊接。扭转弹簧40摩擦地接合支架60的外表面。支架60包括压配合到单向离合器50的外座圈51的圆筒形外形。使用过盈配合将扭转弹簧40的端部42摩擦地接合到支架60。端部42也可以焊接到或通过粘合剂固定到支架60。单向离合器50接合轴10。
防尘罩70防止碎屑进入所述装置。轴承30包括用于防止碎屑进入轴承的密封件32。
间隔件90将装置100定位在从动轴(未示出)上。间隔件90抵靠接合部分31,从而相对于轴10固定轴承30的位置。
图2是所述装置的分解视图。肩部11定位单向离合器50。轴承30将单向离合器50限制在轴承30和肩部11之间,从而防止单向离合器50的轴向运动。
图3是替代实施例的横截面视图。在该实施例中,扭转弹簧40沿轴线A﹣A轴向移位22,使得所述扭转弹簧不会径向位于皮带承载部分21下方,即,扭转弹簧40不会径向位于皮带承载部分21与轴10之间。弹簧40具有相对于轴线A﹣A的半径43。在该实施例中,轴向移位弹簧40允许皮带承载部分21的半径23最小化。实际上,所述装置的直径由直接搁置在轴承30的外座圈上的皮带承载部分21所控制。如使用者需要的那样,半径23可以小于半径43、等于半径43或大于半径43。

Claims (5)
1.一种隔离解耦器,其包括:
轴;
带轮,所述带轮具有皮带承载部分;
单向离合器;
扭转弹簧,所述扭转弹簧接合在所述带轮和所述单向离合器之间;和
单个轴承,所述单个轴承设置在所述轴和所述带轮之间,所述单个轴承包括径向中心线,所述径向中心线与所述皮带承载部分的中线对准。
2.根据权利要求1所述的隔离解耦器,其中,所述扭转弹簧轴向移位,使得所述扭转弹簧不会径向地位于所述皮带承载部分和所述轴之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的隔离解耦器,其还包括在所述带轮上的防尘罩。
4.根据权利要求1所述的隔离解耦器,其中,所述扭转弹簧包括焊接到所述带轮的端部。
5.根据权利要求1所述的隔离解耦器,其中,所述单个轴承包括径向突出部,所述径向突出部将所述单个轴承定位在所述轴上。
