Abstract
The invention discloses a device reservation method and a device reservation system. The method comprises the following steps: adding preset time length before and after the reserved time period according to the type of the reserved equipment to obtain the equipment pre-occupation time period; judging whether the pre-occupied time period of the equipment is in the idle time of the reserved equipment or not; if yes, the reservation is successful; if not, screening a plurality of time periods closest to the time of the time period occupied by the equipment in the idle time to obtain a plurality of matching reservation time periods; removing preset time lengths before and after the multiple matched appointment time periods to obtain multiple appointment time periods to be selected; and feeding back the multiple reservation time periods to be selected to the user for selection, and taking the reservation time periods to be selected by the user as the pre-use time of the user. The method and the system can manage and distribute the use of each device, reduce the time spent by the reservation of the user and improve the reservation success rate.

Background
In recent years, with the increasing scientific research investment, the number and value of scientific research facilities and instruments are rapidly increased, and the coverage field is continuously expanded. However, with the opening or sharing of important devices such as major scientific research infrastructures and large scientific research instruments, how to manage and allocate the use of each device by users becomes a problem which needs to be solved urgently at present.

if the first judgment result shows that the preset time period is the preset time of the user, feeding the preset time period back to the user, and removing the equipment pre-occupation time period from the idle time;
if the first judgment result shows that the time interval is not the same as the preset time interval, screening a plurality of time intervals closest to the time of the equipment occupying the time interval from the idle time to obtain a plurality of matching reservation time intervals; the duration of the matching reservation time period is the same as the duration of the device pre-occupied time period;
removing the preset time length before and after the plurality of matching appointment time periods to obtain a plurality of appointment time periods to be selected;
and feeding back the plurality of reservation time periods to be selected to the user for selection, taking the reservation time periods to be selected by the user as the pre-use time of the user, and removing the matching reservation time periods corresponding to the reservation time periods to be selected by the user from the idle time.

Step 102: adding preset time lengths before and after the reserved time period according to the type of the reserved equipment to obtain the equipment pre-occupation time period; the purpose of adding the preset time length before the reserved time period is to remain enough time length before the user uses the equipment to authenticate the user and give the user sufficient time for knowing the equipment, and the purpose of adding the preset time length before the preset time period is to remain enough time length after the user finishes using the equipment to reset the equipment and give the maintenance staff time for checking the equipment.
Step 103: and judging whether the pre-occupied time period of the equipment is in the idle time of the reserved equipment or not to obtain a first judgment result.

adding a preset time length before the reserved time period, and reserving enough time length before the user uses the equipment to carry out identity verification on the user and give the user sufficient time for knowing the equipment;
increasing a preset time length after a preset time period, wherein the preset time length is used for reserving enough time for a user to reset the equipment and giving time for a maintenance worker to check the equipment after the user uses the equipment;
removing the time period occupied by the equipment from the reserved time period of the equipment to obtain the idle time of the equipment; the equipment occupation time period comprises a pre-maintenance time period, a pre-standing time period and a reserved time period of the equipment;
judging whether the pre-occupied time period of the equipment is in the idle time of the reserved equipment or not to obtain a first judgment result;
