if the detection information is characteristic information of one type, selecting a candidate reservation instrument with the highest reservation priority as a reservation-available instrument to be matched with the login account and putting the reservation-available instrument into a use library;
after the reserved instruments in the use library are returned, testing whether the returned reserved instruments have faults or not and generating test information, wherein the test information is first-class detection information or second-class detection information;
adjusting the reservation priority of the returned reserved instrument according to the test information and putting the reserved instrument into an idle library as a candidate reserved instrument;
wherein, the adjusting the reservation priority of the returned reservable instrument according to the test information and putting the reservable instrument into an idle library as a candidate reservation instrument specifically comprises:
if the test information is detection information of one type, adjusting the reservation priority of the returned reservation-enabled instrument to the minimum MI, taking the reservation-enabled instrument as a candidate reservation instrument, putting the candidate reservation instrument into an idle library, and increasing the reservation priority of other candidate reservation instruments in the idle library by X;
and if the test information is the second-class detection information, the returned orderable instrument is used as the instrument to be maintained and is placed into a maintenance library.

after the instrument to be maintained in the maintenance library is maintained, the reservation priority of the maintained instrument to be maintained is adjusted to the minimum MI and is used as a candidate reservation instrument to be placed in an idle library, and meanwhile, the reservation priorities of other candidate reservation instruments in the idle library are increased by X.
