Under the condition of local storage, the user data is stored in the cloud mobile phone, so that the cloud mobile phone is directly associated with the user account. In the case of network storage, the user data is not stored in the cloud mobile phone, so that the mirror image is directly associated with the user, and the cloud mobile phone is only a container of the mirror image.
And then judging whether the service life of the cloud mobile phone of the user is due or not according to the payment timing, wherein the user data can be kept in the initial mirror image of the used cloud mobile phone before the payment timing reaches the valid period. Specifically, the user data may be data such as system configuration and system account when the user logs in using the operating system, and may further include data such as a game account number and a game progress of the user in a game using the game, or data such as an account number, a video image, a chat record or a browsing record of the user logging in using a hot application such as WeChat and microblog.
The release module judges whether the valid period of the cloud mobile phone purchased by the user is due according to the payment timing of the charging system, if not, the binding relationship between the cloud mobile phone and the user is continuously maintained, if so, the cloud mobile phone enters the protection period of the cloud mobile phone, the cloud mobile phone essentially provides the service duration, and if the purchased service duration is reached, the release module needs to release the service duration.
The user data in the image may be retained rather than cleared during the protection period. Because in the protection period, although the validity period of the purchased cloud mobile phone is over, the user may continue to use or return, for example, if the validity period expires, the user data is cleared, which is not favorable for the user to continue using and experience the cloud mobile phone. A protection period of, for example, 24 hours or 48 hours can be configured. And then, after the protection period is finished, the user is regarded as the idea that the user has no duration or returns, the removing module can start to remove the user data in the mirror image, remove the binding relationship between the cloud mobile phone and the user and set the cloud mobile phone in an idle state.
And when the protection period is over, the cloud mobile phone is restored to the idle state, the information of the cloud mobile phone restored to the idle state can be sent to the mirror mounting module, and the mirror mounting module arranges the mounting of the initial mirror according to the method, so that the cloud mobile phone is recycled.
According to the embodiment, the initial mirror image is automatically mounted on the idle cloud mobile phone in advance, the fact that the user can use the mobile phone when taking the mobile phone, the impression experience of the user is improved, then the allocation and the equipment release are carried out in combination with the validity period and the protection period, manual intervention is not needed in the whole process, and the lightweight and high-efficiency use management of the cloud mobile phone is guaranteed.

It should be understood that portions of embodiments of the present invention may be implemented in hardware, software, firmware, or a combination thereof. In the above embodiments, the various steps or methods may be implemented in software or firmware stored in memory and executed by a suitable instruction execution system. For example, if implemented in hardware, as in another embodiment, any one or combination of the following techniques, which are known in the art, may be used: a discrete logic circuit having a logic gate circuit for implementing a logic function on a data signal, an application specific integrated circuit having an appropriate combinational logic gate circuit, a Programmable Gate Array (PGA), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), or the like.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps carried by the method for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware related to instructions of a program, which may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when the program is executed, the program includes one or a combination of the steps of the method embodiments.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing module, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one module. The integrated module can be realized in a hardware mode, and can also be realized in a software functional module mode. The integrated module, if implemented in the form of a software functional module and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may also be stored in a computer readable storage medium.
The storage medium mentioned above may be a read-only memory, a magnetic or optical disk, etc.

Claims (2)

1. A method for managing the use of a cloud mobile phone is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step 0, performing initial mirror image management or old mirror image recovery in advance, and newly building an initial mirror image comprising a pure version initial mirror image or a customized version initial mirror image; the pure version initial mirror image only comprises an operating system or an operating system preinstalled with cloud mobile phone application; the customized plate initial mirror image comprises an operating system and cloud mobile phone application; the cloud mobile phone application comprises one or more of an application market, a desktop manager, a file manager and a hot application;
step 1, mounting a mirror image on an idle cloud mobile phone; the mirror image comprises a preset initial mirror image or an old mirror image, is packaged mobile terminal data and is stored in a network storage cluster environment consisting of a plurality of servers;
step 2, distributing the idle cloud mobile phone mounted with the mirror image to a user, and establishing a binding relationship between the cloud mobile phone and the user;
the step 2 comprises the following steps:
step 21, receiving a payment use request of a user, and starting payment timing after confirming that the user pays;
step 22, distributing the idle cloud mobile phone mounted with the mirror image to the paid user;
step 22 comprises: distributing an idle cloud mobile phone which is mounted with a mirror image in a machine room closest to the place to the paid user according to the place of the paid user;
step 22 comprises: distributing idle cloud mobile phones on which the mirror images are mounted to the paid users randomly or according to the payment condition; the cloud mobile phone is mounted with a mirror image, and user data in the mirror image is stored in local storage or network storage of the cloud mobile phone;
step 23, establishing a binding relationship between the cloud mobile phone and the user, and keeping the user data in the mirror image before determining that the validity period of the cloud mobile phone of the user is not due according to the payment timing;
step 3, releasing the cloud mobile phone to enter a preset protection period after the expiration of the validity period of the cloud mobile phone purchased by the user is determined;
and 4, after the protection period is finished, removing the binding relationship between the cloud mobile phone and the user, if the user is an old user, packaging the old user data including the application and the application data which are installed by the old user into a mirror image format and continuously storing the mirror image format in network storage, setting the cloud mobile phone into an idle state, and returning to the step 1.
2. A cloud mobile phone usage management system, comprising:
the mirror image management module is used for carrying out initial mirror image management or old mirror image recovery in advance and creating a new initial mirror image comprising a pure version initial mirror image or a customized version initial mirror image; the pure version initial mirror image only comprises an operating system or an operating system preinstalled with cloud mobile phone application; the customized plate initial mirror image comprises an operating system and cloud mobile phone application; the cloud mobile phone application comprises one or more of an application market, a desktop manager, a file manager and a hot application;
the mirror image mounting module is used for mounting the mirror image on the idle cloud mobile phone; the mirror image comprises a preset initial mirror image or an old mirror image, is packaged mobile terminal data and is stored in a network storage cluster environment consisting of a plurality of servers;
the distribution module is used for distributing the idle cloud mobile phone mounted with the mirror image to a user and establishing a binding relationship between the cloud mobile phone and the user;
the allocation unit is specifically used for allocating the idle cloud mobile phone which is mounted with the initial mirror image in the machine room closest to the location to the paid user according to the location of the paid user;
the allocation unit is specifically used for allocating the idle cloud mobile phones which are mounted with the mirror images to the paid users randomly or according to the payment condition; the cloud mobile phone is mounted with a mirror image, and user data in the mirror image is stored in local storage or network storage of the cloud mobile phone;
the payment unit is used for receiving a payment use request of a user, and starting payment timing after confirming the payment of the user;
the allocation unit is used for allocating the idle cloud mobile phone mounted with the initial mirror image to the paid user;
the binding unit is used for establishing a binding relationship between the cloud mobile phone and the user, and reserving user data in the mirror image before determining that the validity period of the cloud mobile phone of the user is not due according to the payment timing;
the release module is used for releasing the cloud mobile phone into a preset protection period after the expiration of the valid period of the cloud mobile phone purchased by the user is determined;
and the removing module is used for removing the binding relationship between the cloud mobile phone and the user after the protection period is finished, if the user is an old user, the old user data including the application and the application data which are installed by the old user can be packaged into a mirror image format and continuously stored in a network storage, and the cloud mobile phone is set to be in an idle state.
