Abstract

本发明提供一种彩膜基板及其制造方法,包括玻璃基板、位于所述玻璃基板上的多个凹槽、位于所述凹槽内的黑色矩阵以及位于所述黑色矩阵上方的多个彩色滤光层。本发明通过在玻璃基板上刻蚀形成凹槽,在凹槽内制造黑色矩阵,有效避免了彩色滤光层和黑色矩阵之间形成牛角断差,进而省略了平坦层,节约成本,提高面板光源透过率,节约能源,降低能耗。

一种彩膜基板及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及显示装置制造领域,特别涉及一种彩膜基板及其制造方法。
背景技术
液晶显示面板包括彩膜基板、阵列基板以及位于彩膜基板和阵列基板之间的的液晶层,如图1所示,彩膜基板上设有黑色矩阵1和彩色滤光层2,在制造过程中,经常会在黑色矩阵1和彩色滤光层2重叠部分形成“牛角”,这种“牛角”主要导致了膜层的平坦度异常,进而对产品的液晶转向产生不利的影响,目前去除“牛角”影响的方法是增加平坦层OC(OverCoating)3制程,使膜面平坦化,但是这种方法需要通过增加一道平坦层制程(OC),增加产品成本,且平坦层制程的可见光透过率约为90-95%,降低了光的透过率,降低了色彩鲜艳度,若是需要达到相同的色度,需要额外增加背光源。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种彩膜基板及其制造方法,用以解决现有彩膜基板牛角断差的问题。
本发明提供一种彩膜基板,包括玻璃基板、位于所述玻璃基板上的多个凹槽、位于所述凹槽内的黑色矩阵以及位于所述黑色矩阵上方的多个彩色滤光层。
进一步,还包括位于黑色矩阵上方的多个阻隔物。
进一步,所述彩色滤光层包括间隔设置的红色滤光层、蓝色滤光层和绿色滤光层。
本发明还提供一种彩膜基板的制造方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:在玻璃基板上涂布光刻胶;
S2:使用掩膜板对S1中光刻胶进行曝光;
S3:对S2中光刻胶进行显影;
S4:对玻璃基板进行刻蚀,在玻璃基板上形成多个凹槽;
S5:剥离光刻胶;
S6:在玻璃基板的凹槽内形成黑色矩阵;
S7:在黑色矩阵上形成多个彩色滤光层和阻隔物。
进一步,所述步骤S3的具体步骤为:使用显影液对S2中光刻胶进行显影,显影后在光刻胶上形成凹陷图形。
进一步,所述步骤S4的具体步骤为:使用刻蚀液对玻璃基板进行刻蚀,在凹陷图形下方的玻璃基板形成多个凹槽。
还包括步骤S8:S8:在彩色滤光层上形成阻隔物。
进一步,所述彩色滤光层包括红色滤光层、蓝色滤光层和绿色滤光层。
本发明通过在玻璃基板上刻蚀形成凹槽,在凹槽内制造黑色矩阵,有效避免了彩色滤光层和黑色矩阵之间形成牛角断差,进而省略了平坦层,节约成本,提高面板光源透过率,节约能源,降低能耗。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例,进一步阐明本发明,应理解这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围,在阅读了本发明之后,本领域技术人员对本发明的各种等价形式的修改均落于本申请所附权利要求所限定的范围。
本发明提供一种彩膜基板,如图2所示,包括玻璃基板10、通过显影刻蚀在玻璃基板10上形成多个凹槽、位于所述凹槽内的黑色矩阵20、位于所述黑色矩阵20上方的多个彩色滤光层和阻隔物60,其中彩色滤光层包括间隔设置的红色滤光层30、蓝色滤光层40和绿色滤光层50。
本发明通过将黑色矩阵20设置在玻璃基板10的内部,而不是设置在玻璃基板10的表面,这样可以有效避免了彩色滤光层和黑色矩阵之间形成牛角断差,同时省略制作平坦层的步骤。
本发明还提供一种彩膜基板的制造方法,如图3至图7所示,包括如下步骤:
S1:在玻璃基板10上涂布光刻胶70;
S2:使用掩膜板对步骤S1中光刻胶70进行曝光,步骤S2中使用的掩膜板与形成黑色矩阵所使用的掩膜板相同;
S3:使用显影液对步骤S2中光刻胶70进行显影,显影后在光刻胶70上形成凹陷图形71;
S4:使用刻蚀液对玻璃基板10进行刻蚀,在凹陷图形71下方的玻璃基板10上形成多个凹槽80;
S5:剥离光刻胶70;
S6:在玻璃基板10的凹槽80内形成黑色矩阵20;
S7:在黑色矩阵20上形成多个彩色滤光层。
彩膜基板的制造方法,还包括步骤S8:
S8:在彩色滤光层上形成阻隔物。
进一步,所述彩色滤光层包括红色滤光层、蓝色滤光层和绿色滤光层。
本发明通过在玻璃基板上刻蚀形成凹槽,在凹槽内制造黑色矩阵,有效避免了彩色滤光层和黑色矩阵之间形成牛角断差,进而省略了平坦层,节约成本,提高面板光源透过率,节约能源,降低能耗。

Claims (8)

1.一种彩膜基板,其特征在于:包括玻璃基板、位于所述玻璃基板上的多个凹槽、位于所述凹槽内的黑色矩阵以及位于所述黑色矩阵上方的多个彩色滤光层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的彩膜基板,其特征在于:还包括位于黑色矩阵上方的多个阻隔物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的彩膜基板,其特征在于:所述彩色滤光层包括间隔设置的红色滤光层、蓝色滤光层和绿色滤光层。
4.一种彩膜基板的制造方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:在玻璃基板上涂布光刻胶;
S2:使用掩膜板对步骤S1中光刻胶进行曝光;
S3:对步骤S2中光刻胶进行显影;
S4:对玻璃基板进行刻蚀,在玻璃基板上形成多个凹槽;
S5:剥离光刻胶;
S6:在玻璃基板的凹槽内形成黑色矩阵;
S7:在黑色矩阵上形成多个彩色滤光层。
5.根据权利要求4所述的彩膜基板的制造方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S3的具体步骤为:使用显影液对S2中光刻胶进行显影,显影后在光刻胶上形成凹陷图形。
6.根据权利要求5所述的彩膜基板的制造方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S4的具体步骤为:使用刻蚀液对玻璃基板进行刻蚀,在凹陷图形下方的玻璃基板形成多个凹槽。
7.根据权利要求4所述的彩膜基板的制造方法,其特征在于:还包括步骤S8:
S8:在彩色滤光层上形成阻隔物。
8.根据权利要求4所述的彩膜基板的制造方法,其特征在于:所述彩色滤光层包括红色滤光层、蓝色滤光层和绿色滤光层。
