Abstract

本发明公开了一种刹车片的固化装置,包括基座、固接在基座上的传动装置、位于传动装置中间的烘干炉,所述烘干炉被所述传动装置分为上出气部和下加热部,所述上出气部的顶壁上设有抽气罩,所述抽气罩与外部的气泵连通,所述下加热部内壁固接有加热装置,所述烘干炉底部端面固设有进气室,所述进气室通过若干进气管与所述烘干炉连通,所述进气室还与气泵通过循环气管连通。通过气泵使烘干炉内部形成自下而上的循环气流,流动的高温气体可以加速刹车片的固化,而且烘干炉底部的进气管均布在传送带的下方,可以确保传送带上的刹车片受热均匀。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车配件技术领域,特别涉及一种刹车片的固化装置。
背景技术
刹车片主要用于汽车的制动,刹车片可分为鼓式刹车片和盘式刹车片,盘式刹车片的制备过程是在钢背上加上混合摩擦材料一起压制成型,在刹车片压制成型后需要进行固化操作。
固化步骤是将刹车片送入烘烤炉中对工件表面进行烘烤,传统的烘烤炉只是在一个密闭的炉子中安装加温设备对工件进行烘烤,这种固化方式烘烤效率极低,而且内部温度不均匀,在一定程度上会影响固化的质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述问题,提供一种刹车片的固化装置,不仅烘干效率高,而且烘干温度均匀。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的方法是:一种刹车片的固化装置,包括基座、固接在基座上的传动装置、位于传动装置中间的烘干炉,所述烘干炉被所述传动装置分为上出气部和下加热部,所述上出气部的顶壁上设有抽气罩,所述抽气罩与外部的气泵连通,所述下加热部内壁固接有加热装置,所述烘干炉底部端面固设有进气室,所述进气室通过若干进气管与所述烘干炉连通,所述进气室还与气泵通过循环气管连通。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述加热装置包括与所述烘干炉内壁固接的烘干托架及固接在所述烘干托架上的若干个加热管。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述传动装置包括转动连接在所述基座两侧的辊轮、架设在辊轮上的传送带、驱动辊轮转动的电机。
作为本发明的一种改进,若干所述进气管根据实际尺寸需要均布在所述传送带下方。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述基座位于烘干炉出料口一侧设有接料板,所述接料板下方设有存料箱。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述接料板呈45度倾斜设置。
有益效果:
1、本发明所述的一种刹车片的固化装置,通过气泵使烘干炉内部形成自下而上的循环气流,流动的高温气体可以加速刹车片的固化,而且烘干炉底部的进气管均布在传送带的下方,可以确保传送带上的刹车片受热均匀;
2、传动带上的刹车片从烘干炉出来后滑落至接料板处,然后再落入存料箱内,无需再人工捡拾,方便快捷。

结合图1所示,本发明提供一种刹车片的固化装置,包括基座1、固接在基座1上的传动装置2、位于传动装置中间的烘干炉3,所述烘干炉3被所述传动装置2分为上出气部301和下加热部302,所述上出气部301的顶壁上设有抽气罩4,所述抽气罩4与外部的气泵5连通,所述下加热部302内壁固接有加热装置6,所述烘干炉3底部端面固设有进气室7,所述进气室7通过若干进气管8与所述烘干炉3连通,所述进气室7还与气泵5通过循环气管9连通。
作为本发明的另一个实施例,所述加热装置6包括与所述烘干炉3内壁固接的烘干托架601及固接在所述烘干托架601上的若干个加热管602。
作为本发明的另一个实施例,所述传动装置(2)包括转动连接在所述基座1两侧的辊轮201、架设在辊轮201上的传送带202、驱动辊轮201转动的电机203。
作为本发明的另一个实施例,若干所述进气管8根据实际尺寸需要均布在所述传送带202下方。
作为本发明的另一个实施例,所述基座1位于烘干炉3出料口一侧设有接料板10,所述接料板10下方设有存料箱11。
作为本发明的另一个实施例,所述接料板10呈45度倾斜设置。
本发明提供的一种刹车片的固化装置,通过气泵使烘干炉内部形成自下而上的循环气流,流动的高温气体可以加速刹车片的固化,而且烘干炉底部的进气管均布在传送带的下方,可以确保传送带上的刹车片受热均匀。

1.一种刹车片的固化装置,其特征在于:包括基座(1)、固接在基座(1)上的传动装置(2)、位于传动装置中间的烘干炉(3),所述烘干炉(3)被所述传动装置(2)分为上出气部(301)和下加热部(302),所述上出气部(301)的顶壁上设有抽气罩(4),所述抽气罩(4)与外部的气泵(5)连通,所述下加热部(302)内壁固接有加热装置(6),所述烘干炉(3)底部端面固设有进气室(7),所述进气室(7)通过若干进气管(8)与所述烘干炉(3)连通,所述进气室(7)还与气泵(5)通过循环气管(9)连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种刹车片的固化装置,其特征在于:所述加热装置(6)包括与所述烘干炉(3)内壁固接的烘干托架(601)及固接在所述烘干托架(601)上的若干个加热管(602)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种刹车片的固化装置,其特征在于:所述传动装置(2)包括转动连接在所述基座(1)两侧的辊轮(201)、架设在辊轮(201)上的传送带(202)、驱动辊轮(201)转动的电机(203)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种刹车片的固化装置,其特征在于:若干所述进气管(8)根据实际尺寸需要均布在所述传送带(202)下方。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种刹车片的固化装置,其特征在于:所述基座(1)位于烘干炉(3)出料口一侧设有接料板(10),所述接料板(10)下方设有存料箱(11)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种刹车片的固化装置,其特征在于:所述接料板(10)呈45度倾斜设置。
