背景技术
酞菁素应用于棉布应用,生产色彩艳丽、坚牢耐晒的印花布,近来数量逐年增多,酞菁地色防染印花布,色彩浓艳,深受内销市场和外留订货的欢迎,棉布印染厂通常都在辊筒印花机上生产,目前酞菁素染料印花耐光牢度和湿处理牢度较差。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种酞菁素染料印花配方,具有独特的鲜艳纯正的色泽,耐光牢度、湿处理牢度都很高。
为了实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种酞菁素染料印花配方,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:酞菁艳蓝IF3G游离碱1-5%,助溶剂1-5%,氨水2-4%,醚化植物胶糊5-13%,酰胺浆15-20%,甘油8-10%,乳化油5-7%。
有益效果:通过本方法制备的产品,具有独特的鲜艳纯正的色泽,耐光牢度、湿处理牢度都很高。

一种酞菁素染料印花配方,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:5%酞菁艳蓝IF3G游离碱,5%助溶剂,4%氨水,13%醚化植物胶糊,20%酰胺浆,10%甘油,7%乳化油,此时酞菁素染料印花配方提高了耐光牢度,但是色泽不够鲜艳。
实施例3
一种酞菁素染料印花配方,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:3%酞菁艳蓝IF3G游离碱,3%助溶剂,3%氨水,9%醚化植物胶糊,17%酰胺浆,9%甘油,6%乳化油,此时酞菁素染料印花配方具有独特的鲜艳纯正的色泽,耐光牢度、湿处理牢度都很高。
