背景技术
酞菁素应用于棉布应用，生产色彩艳丽、坚牢耐晒的印花布，近来数量逐年增多，酞菁地色防染印花布，色彩浓艳，深受内销市场和外留订货的欢迎，棉布印染厂通常都在辊筒印花机上生产，目前酞菁素染料印花耐光牢度和湿处理牢度较差。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题，本发明提供一种酞菁素染料印花配方，具有独特的鲜艳纯正的色泽，耐光牢度、湿处理牢度都很高。
为了实现上述目的，本发明通过以下技术方案实现：一种酞菁素染料印花配方，配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是：酞菁艳蓝IF3G游离碱1-5%，助溶剂1-5%，氨水2-4%，醚化植物胶糊5-13%，酰胺浆15-20%，甘油8-10%，乳化油5-7%。
有益效果：通过本方法制备的产品，具有独特的鲜艳纯正的色泽，耐光牢度、湿处理牢度都很高。

实施例2
一种酞菁素染料印花配方，配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是：5%酞菁艳蓝IF3G游离碱，5%助溶剂，4%氨水，13%醚化植物胶糊，20%酰胺浆，10%甘油，7%乳化油，此时酞菁素染料印花配方提高了耐光牢度，但是色泽不够鲜艳。
实施例3
一种酞菁素染料印花配方，配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是：3%酞菁艳蓝IF3G游离碱，3%助溶剂，3%氨水，9%醚化植物胶糊，17%酰胺浆，9%甘油，6%乳化油，此时酞菁素染料印花配方具有独特的鲜艳纯正的色泽，耐光牢度、湿处理牢度都很高。
