技术领域
本发明属于汽车饰品技术领域,具体涉及一种汽车泡沫坐垫。
背景技术
由于汽车座椅在车辆中起着固定驾驶员、支撑坐姿和隔振等重要作用,因此舒适性是设计座椅时需要考虑的重要问题之一;座椅舒适性可分为静态和动态舒适性两类,其中静态舒适性一般是指在没有振动的情况下,座椅给人的舒适感,考虑的影响因素主要是座椅的外形、几何尺寸和泡沫材料等属性;动态舒适性是指在振动的情况下,座椅给人的舒适感,和经由座椅传递给驾驶员的振动有关;汽车坐垫作为汽车上乘车人员坐下的直接接触品,其性能直接影响到乘车舒适性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种汽车泡沫坐垫。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种汽车泡沫坐垫,按重量份计由以下成分制成:天然橡胶115份、柠檬酸三丁酯改性松香树脂12-15份、硬脂酸2.5份、纳米石墨烯0.3-0.6份、棕榈蜡3份、N-异丙基-N`-苯基对苯二胺4.6份、硅灰石5.8份、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯1.7份、泡沫剂6-7份。
进一步的,所述柠檬酸三丁酯改性松香树脂制备方法为:
将松香树脂加热至熔融状态,保温15min,然后向熔融的松香树脂中添加其质量3.5%的聚乙烯树脂,以2500r/min转速高速搅拌2小时,然后再添加松香树脂质量1.8%的柠檬酸三丁酯和0.25%的钙盐,继续搅拌1小时,然后冷却至室温,即得。
进一步的,所述聚乙烯树脂为低密度聚乙烯树脂。
进一步的,所述钙盐为柠檬酸钙。
进一步的,所述纳米石墨烯粒度为85nm。
进一步的,所述发泡剂为偶氮二异丁脯。

实施例1
一种汽车泡沫坐垫,按重量份计由以下成分制成:天然橡胶115份、柠檬酸三丁酯改性松香树脂12份、硬脂酸2.5份、纳米石墨烯0.3份、棕榈蜡3份、N-异丙基-N`-苯基对苯二胺4.6份、硅灰石5.8份、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯1.7份、泡沫剂6份。
进一步的,所述柠檬酸三丁酯改性松香树脂制备方法为:
将松香树脂加热至熔融状态,保温15min,然后向熔融的松香树脂中添加其质量3.5%的聚乙烯树脂,以2500r/min转速高速搅拌2小时,然后再添加松香树脂质量1.8%的柠檬酸三丁酯和0.25%的钙盐,继续搅拌1小时,然后冷却至室温,即得。
进一步的,所述聚乙烯树脂为低密度聚乙烯树脂。

将松香树脂加热至熔融状态,保温15min,然后向熔融的松香树脂中添加其质量3.5%的聚乙烯树脂,以2500r/min转速高速搅拌2小时,然后再添加松香树脂质量1.8%的柠檬酸三丁酯和0.25%的钙盐,继续搅拌1小时,然后冷却至室温,即得。
