Abstract
本发明公开了一种UU80磁芯生产方法,1)制粉工序:原材料中铁红硅含量<100ppm;不加二氧化硅和五氧化二钒;砂磨时间为90分钟;加胶比率为0.7wt.%/批;磁化度<3m2/kg;Cl‑<350ppm;2)成型工序:对模具进行涂层处理,在模具上模和下模各涂上一层CrAlTiN,增加模具的光洁度,减少成型后的粘模;3)烧结工序:采用专门的工艺曲线,最高烧结温度为1320℃,排胶时间为450分钟,确保烧结的产品无裂纹,减少结晶;4)研磨工序:采用圆盘磨磨床,直接磨加工到产品标准尺寸,确保磨加工后产品的平整度,减少缺角和掉块。本发明生产中从制粉一直到研磨工序,通过对每道工序生产方法的改进,减少烧结后产品结晶和粘模等不良,满足客户提出的品质要求。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及锰锌软磁铁氧体磁心生产领域,特别涉及一种UU80磁芯生产方法。
背景技术
UU80磁芯,是一种应用于大功率控制电机(变压器)的铁氧体,绿色节能,低碳环保,主要供应国际市场,需求量很大。该产品具体生产流程如图1所示:确定原材料配比→预烧→黑振→过程检测→加入添加剂→砂磨→过程检测→喷雾造粒→过程检测→压制成型→脱脂烧结→磨加工→成品检验→包装。
UU80磁芯,产品在生产过程中,其难度较大,主要是客户对它的外观和结晶要求较高,对成品的结晶和粘模要求非常严格,产品的结晶和粘模是影响产品品质的重要因素。磁芯外观要求光滑、清洁、无粘膜、无水锈、无裂纹、无深度划痕,两个磁芯拼成一付后,每个外暴露面结晶只允许4个。外露面结晶出现1个结晶时,直径不能超过4mm。外露面结晶出现2个结晶时,直径不能超过3mm。外露面结晶出现3个结晶时,直径不能超过2mm。外露面结晶出现4个结晶时,直径不能超过1mm。结晶不能出现在接口处,结晶上不能有针孔。
发明内容
为解决现有技术和实际情况中存在的上述问题,本发明提供了一种UU80磁芯生产方法,生产流程为:确定原材料配比→预烧→黑振→过程检测→加入添加剂→砂磨→过程检测→喷雾造粒→过程检测→压制成型→脱脂烧结→磨加工→成品检验→包装,
1)制粉工序:原材料中铁红硅含量<100ppm;不加二氧化硅和五氧化二钒;砂磨时间为90分钟;加胶比率为0.7wt.%/批;磁化度<3m2/kg;Cl-<350ppm;
2)成型工序:对模具进行涂层处理,在模具上模和下模各涂上一层CrAlTiN,增加模具的光洁度,减少成型后的粘模;
3)烧结工序:采用专门的工艺曲线,最高烧结温度为1320℃,排胶时间为450分钟,确保烧结的产品无裂纹,减少结晶;
4)研磨工序:采用圆盘磨磨床,直接磨加工到产品标准尺寸,确保磨加工后产品的平整度,减少缺角和掉块。
优选地,所述烧结工序中,进窑口加装轴流风机,吹干净坯件表面粉尘。
本发明UU80磁芯生产方法采用专门的粉料,成型模具进行适当涂层处理,烧结时采用专门的烧结工艺曲线,降低烧结温度,延长排胶曲线,减少烧结后产品的结晶和粘模不良。磨加工采用圆盘磨床,确保磨加工后产品的平整度。

具体实施方式
本发明公开了一种UU80磁芯生产方法,生产流程为:确定原材料配比→预烧→黑振→过程检测→加入添加剂→砂磨→过程检测→喷雾造粒→过程检测→压制成型→脱脂烧结→磨加工→成品检验→包装,本发明做了如下改进:
1、制粉工序:原材料中铁红硅含量<100ppm;不加二氧化硅和五氧化二钒;砂磨时间减少30分钟(砂磨90分钟);加胶比率为0.7wt.%/批;磁化度<3m2/kg;Cl-<350ppm;
2、成型工序:对模具进行涂层处理,在模具上模和下模各涂上一层CrAlTiN,增加模具的光洁度,减少成型后的粘模。
3、烧结工序:采用专门的工艺曲线,最高烧结温度降低30℃(烧结温度为1320℃),排胶区时间延长90分钟(排胶时间为450分钟),确保烧结的产品无裂纹,减少结晶。
4、研磨工序:采用圆盘磨磨床,直接磨加工到产品标准尺寸,确保磨加工后产品的平整度,减少缺角和掉块。

申请人结合实际的工作经验,精心设计和试验,总结出该生产方法,该生产方法用于UU80磁芯(或者称为UU型大磁心),生产中从制粉一直到研磨工序,通过对每道工序生产方法的改进,减少烧结后产品结晶和粘模等不良,满足客户提出的品质要求。

1.一种UU80磁芯生产方法,生产流程为:确定原材料配比→预烧→黑振→过程检测→加入添加剂→砂磨→过程检测→喷雾造粒→过程检测→压制成型→脱脂烧结→磨加工→成品检验→包装,其特征在于:
1)制粉工序:原材料中铁红硅含量<100ppm;不加二氧化硅和五氧化二钒;砂磨时间为90分钟;加胶比率为0.7wt.%/批;磁化度<3m2/kg;Cl-<350ppm;
2)成型工序:对模具进行涂层处理,在模具上模和下模各涂上一层CrAlTiN,增加模具的光洁度,减少成型后的粘模;
3)烧结工序:采用专门的工艺曲线,最高烧结温度为1320℃,排胶时间为450分钟,确保烧结的产品无裂纹,减少结晶;
4)研磨工序:采用圆盘磨磨床,直接磨加工到产品标准尺寸,确保磨加工后产品的平整度,减少缺角和掉块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的UU80磁芯生产方法,其特征在于:所述烧结工序中,进窑口加装轴流风机,吹干净坯件表面粉尘。
