(2)、将4-6目、6-8目、8-12目、12-24目碎玻璃加入球磨机,添加一定比量的高铝球磨介质调节转动时间及转动速度从而产出26-40目、40-70目、70-120目、120-150目、150-325目、325目-600目、600-1500目的球型玻璃颗粒,最后进行粒准筛分。

(3)将上述所得物加入模具垫板上面,按照一定的纹路设计喷复合色粉;
(4)将上步所得物转移到真空压制机抽真空并且按先后8个频段:25Hz 40秒,30Hz 30秒,36Hz 30秒,40Hz 30秒,44Hz 60秒,50Hz 30秒震动压制成型,然后进入固化炉,在75-90℃温度下加热90-150分钟固化成型;
(5)胚板脱模,平放定型养护24小时后,定厚、抛光、检验、包装,制得成品。
本发明所具有的有益效果是:
1、本发明采用球型玻璃砂为主要原料,加入少量的石英粉、氢氧化铝粉等填充球型玻璃砂之间的间隙,用邻苯、间苯和对苯型不饱和树脂进行交联固化粘结,具备高强度、高硬度、耐磨等优点,并改善抛光光泽度和透光性,同时球型玻璃砂表面光滑不容易吸污。
2、玻璃砂来源丰富,玻璃边角料破碎后就可以二次使用,可以变废为宝,符合我们国家提倡的绿色生态文明建设和废物利用的环保循环的要求。
3、玻璃砂的硬度高,透光性好,而且表面光滑无气孔,因此通过加入少量的石英粉或者氢氧化铝粉填充球型玻璃砂之间的间隙,并且使用不饱和树脂作为粘结,在高真空度和高频震动下压制,经过加热固化,平放定型,定厚、抛光、检验、包装,制得的人造玻璃砂合成板,具有高硬度、高耐磨、高抗折、光泽度好和透光性好,不容易吸污,环保、无毒、无辐射等优点。
4、该发明不限制颜色,可规模化生产,并可根据客户的要求去生产制作,方便装饰搭配,创造高档的多彩多姿的生活空间。
5、采用分频段搅拌均匀各组分原料,15Hz低频正转2分钟,15Hz低频反转2分钟,45Hz高频正转3分钟,45Hz高频反转3分钟,将不同颗粒原料按照合理配比,达到最高填充密度,各原材料的混合更加均匀,树脂和固体原料结合效果更好。
6、采用分频段边抽真空边震动压制,克服传统震动机过快、过急的震动问题而将震动频率分成先后8个频段25Hz 40秒,30Hz 30秒,36Hz 30秒,40Hz 30秒,44Hz 60秒,50Hz30秒;为克服抽真空过程容易产生气泡空穴,因此引入2-5%球型玻璃微珠。因为玻璃微珠在振动过程中容易流动,正好填补气泡空穴,达到更高的密度,减少表面毛孔,达到更加优良的防污自洁性能,通过三年的研发和投放市场验证产品的性能优良。

具体实施方式
下面结合图1-3和实施例可以使本专业的技术人员更全面地理解本发明,但并不因此将本发明限制在所述的实施例范围之中。
实施例1
一种人造玻璃砂合成板,各原料的消耗量(质量份数)为:
球型玻璃砂 60份
玻璃粉 12份
中空玻璃微珠 3份
填料粉 5份
不饱和树脂 12.5份
过氧化-2-乙基己酸叔丁酯 2.2份
γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷 1.3份
复合色浆 3.5份
复合色粉 0.5份。
在本实施例中,球型玻璃砂是按球型玻璃砂26-40目、球型玻璃砂40-70目、球型玻璃砂70-120目按2:3:1比例混合。
在本实施例中,玻璃粉是300目玻璃粉。
在本实施例中,中空玻璃微珠是600目中空玻璃微珠
在本实施例中,填料粉是石英粉和氢氧化铝粉按照(质量分数)1:3的比例混合而成。
在本实施例中,复合色浆是钛白色浆、大红色浆、铁黄色浆的混合物,钛白色浆、大红色浆、铁黄色浆的按照(质量分数)9:1:3的比例混合。
在本实施例中,复合色粉为钛白粉、铁红粉、酞青蓝粉的混合物,钛白粉、铁红粉、酞青蓝粉按照(质量分数)比例是3:1:5。
在本实施例中,一种人造玻璃砂合成板的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)原料采集筛选后按照配方称取各组分;
(2)搅拌:复合色浆、不饱和树脂、固化剂、偶联剂加入树脂搅拌桶内搅拌均匀,然后倒入预先混合好的玻璃砂、玻璃粉、中空玻璃微珠、填料粉的搅拌器内,按15Hz低频正转2分钟,15Hz低频反转2分钟,45Hz高频正转3分钟,45Hz高频反转3分钟,搅拌混合10分钟;
(3)喷粉:将步骤(2)混好的料倒入模具板内,铺平,喷复合色粉,稍加翻动料层;
(4)真空压制:将模具垫板同上述喷好粉的料送入压机,抽真空,按先后8个频段:25Hz40秒,30Hz 30秒,36Hz 30秒,40Hz 30秒,44Hz 60秒,50Hz 30秒高频震动;
(5)固化定型:将压制好的板进入固化炉,在75℃固化150分钟后平放定型24小时;
(6)定厚抛光:将上述胚板送入抛光机定厚后,按26-6000目的磨块进行精抛光得到玻璃砂成品板。
在本实施例中,用上述方法所得的人造玻璃砂合成板进行力学性能测试,三次测试结果的弯曲强度分别为82.5、83.0、82.8Mpa,其平均值为82.7Mpa,三次测试结果的落球冲击强度分别为116、120、118cm,其平均值为118cm,硬度测试结果为6.9,比传统的玻璃砂合成板的硬度(以5.4为基准)提高了大约30%。
实施例2
一种人造玻璃砂合成板,各原料的消耗量(质量份数)为:
球型玻璃砂 55份
玻璃粉 10份
中空玻璃微珠 4份
填料粉 12份
不饱和树脂 11份
过氧化-2-乙基己酸叔丁酯 1.8份
γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷 1.2份
复合色浆 3.8份
复合色粉 1.2份。
在本实施例中,球型玻璃砂是按球型玻璃砂26-40目,球型玻璃砂40-70目,球型玻璃砂70-120目按1:3:2比例混合。
在本实施例中,玻璃粉是250目玻璃粉。
在本实施例中,中空玻璃微珠是800目中空玻璃微珠。
在本实施例中,填料粉是石英粉和氢氧化铝粉按照(质量分数)6:5的比例混合而成。
在本实施例中,复合色浆是钛白色浆、铁红色浆、铁黑色浆的混合物,钛白色浆、铁红色浆、铁黑色浆的按照(质量分数)1:1:4的比例混合。
在本实施例中,复合色粉为钛白粉、铁黄粉、金属粉的混合物,钛白粉、铁黄粉、金属粉按照(质量分数)比例是4:3:1。
在本实施例中,一种人造玻璃砂合成板的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)原料采集筛选后按照配方称取各组分;
(2)搅拌:复合色浆、不饱和树脂、固化剂、偶联剂加入树脂搅拌桶内搅拌均匀,然后倒入预先混合好的玻璃砂和填料粉的搅拌器内,按15Hz低频正转2分钟,15Hz低频反转2分钟,45Hz高频正转3分钟,45Hz高频反转3分钟,搅拌混合10分钟;
(3)喷粉:将步骤(2)混好的料倒入模具板内,铺平,开纹路,喷复合色粉,压平;
(4)真空压制:将模具垫板同上述喷好粉的料送入压机,抽真空,按先后8个频段:25Hz40秒,30Hz 30秒,36Hz 30秒,40Hz 30秒,44Hz 60秒,50Hz 30秒高频震动;
(5)固化定型:将压制好的板进入固化炉,在85℃固化130分钟后平放定型24小时;
(6)定厚抛光:将上述胚板送入抛光机定厚后,按26-5000目的磨块进行精抛光得到玻璃砂成品板。
在本实施例中,用上述方法所得的人造玻璃砂合成板进行力学性能测试,三次测试结果的弯曲强度分别为82.6、82.4、82.1Mpa,其平均值为82.4Mpa,三次测试结果的落球冲击强度分别为122、126、123cm,其平均值为124cm,硬度测试结果为6.9,比传统的玻璃砂合成板的硬度提高了大约30%。
实施例三
一种人造玻璃砂合成板,各原料的消耗量(质量份数)为:
球型玻璃砂 50份
玻璃粉 10份
中空玻璃微珠 5份
填料粉 15份
不饱和树脂 13份
过氧化-2-乙基己酸叔丁酯 1.5份
γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷 1份
复合色浆 4份
复合色粉 0.5份。
在本实施例中,球型玻璃砂是按玻璃砂16-30目,球型玻璃砂26-40目,球型玻璃砂40-70目按1:2:5比例混合。
在本实施例中,玻璃粉是400目玻璃粉。
在本实施例中,中空玻璃微珠是1000目中空玻璃微珠。
在本实施例中,填料粉是石英粉和氢氧化铝粉按照(质量分数)1:3的比例混合而成。
在本实施例中,复合色浆是钛白色浆、大红色浆、铁黄色浆的混合物,钛白色浆、大红色浆、铁黄色浆的按照(质量分数)9:1:3的比例混合。
在本实施例中,复合色粉为钛白粉、铁红粉、酞青蓝粉的混合物,钛白粉、铁红粉、酞青蓝粉按照(质量分数)比例是3:1:5。
在本实施例中,一种人造玻璃砂合成板的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)原料采集筛选后按照配方称取各组分;
(2)搅拌:复合色浆、不饱和树脂、固化剂、偶联剂加入树脂搅拌桶内搅拌均匀,然后倒入预先混合好的玻璃砂和填料粉的搅拌器内,按15Hz低频正转2分钟,15Hz低频反转2分钟,45Hz高频正转3分钟,45Hz高频反转3分钟,搅拌混合10分钟;
(3)喷粉:将步骤(2)混好的料倒入模具板内,喷复合色粉,叠料;再喷复合色料,翻转料层;
((4)真空压制:将模具垫板同上述喷好粉的料送入压机,抽真空,按先后8个频段:25Hz40秒,30Hz 30秒,36Hz 30秒,40Hz 30秒,44Hz 60秒,50Hz 30秒高频震动;
(5)固化定型:将压制好的板进入固化炉,在90℃固化120分钟后平放定型24小时;
(6)定厚抛光:将上述胚板送入抛光机定厚后,按26-5000目的磨块进行精抛光得到玻璃砂成品板。
在本实施例中,用上述方法所得的人造玻璃砂合成板进行力学性能测试,三次测试结果的弯曲强度分别为81.8、81.4、81.5Mpa,其平均值为81.6Mpa,三次测试结果的落球冲击强度分别为125、121、122cm,其平均值为123cm,硬度测试结果为6.8,比传统的玻璃砂合成板的硬度提高了大约30%。
如图2-3所示,上述的三个实施例中生成的球型玻璃合成板剖面图,为较规则圆形,分布均匀,结构密度大,传统的石英石剖面图,颗粒形状各异,分布不均匀,结构松散。
最后所应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明而非限制本发明的技术方案,尽管参照上述实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应该理解:依然可以对本发明进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明的精神和范围的任何修改或局部替换,其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。

Claims (10)

1.一种人造玻璃砂合成板,其特征在于:主要原料包括球型玻璃砂、玻璃粉、中空玻璃微珠、填料粉、不饱和树脂、固化剂、偶联剂、复合色浆、复合色粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种人造玻璃砂合成板,其特征在于:各原料的消耗量(质量份数)为:
玻璃砂 45-75份
玻璃粉 5-30份
中空玻璃微珠 2-5份
填料粉 2-25份
不饱和树脂 9-16份
固化剂 0.5-3份
偶联剂 0.5-2份
复合色浆 0.5-5份
复合色粉 0.5-1.5份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种人造玻璃砂合成板,其特征在于,所述玻璃砂为球型玻璃砂,所述球型玻璃砂是通过将传统废旧玻璃破碎成8-1500的近球型玻璃颗粒和玻璃粉,其制备过程包括:
(1)、将废旧玻璃回收后分类破碎成4-6目、6-8目、8-12目、12-24目的颗粒;
(2)、将4-6目、6-8目、8-12目、12-24目碎玻璃加入球磨机,添加一定比量的高铝球磨介质调节转动时间及转动速度从而产出26-40目、40-70目、70-120目、120-150目、150-325目、325目-600目、600-1500目的球型玻璃颗粒,最后进行粒准筛分。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种人造玻璃砂合成板,其特征在于:所述填料粉为石英粉、氢氧化铝粉的其中一种或者两种的混合物。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种人造玻璃砂合成板,其特征在于:所述不饱和树脂为邻苯、间苯和对苯型不饱和聚酯树脂。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种人造玻璃砂合成板,其特征在于:所述固化剂为过氧化-2-乙基己酸叔丁酯。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种人造玻璃砂合成板,其特征在于:各原料的消耗量(质量份数)为:所述偶联剂为γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷。
8.根据权利要求2所述的一种人造玻璃砂合成板,其特征在于:所述复合色浆为钛白粉色浆、铁黄色浆、炭黑色浆、大红色浆、酞青蓝色浆其中的一种或者几种按一定比例混合均
匀而成的复合色浆。
9.根据权利要求2所述的一种人造玻璃砂合成板,其特征在于:所述复合色粉为钛白粉、铁红粉、铁黄粉、铁黑粉、酞青蓝粉、金属粉、炭黑粉其中的一种或者几种混合均匀而成的复合色粉。
10.一种人造玻璃砂合成板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将固化剂、偶联剂、复合色浆加入到不饱和树脂搅拌桶里面同不饱和树脂一起搅拌混合均匀;
(2)将球型玻璃砂、玻璃粉、中空玻璃微珠、填料粉加入搅拌器中按15Hz低频正转2分钟,15Hz低频反转2分钟,45Hz高频正转3分钟,45Hz高频反转3分钟的步骤搅拌混合10分钟,然后加入上述不饱和树脂的预混合物后再搅拌混合均匀;
(3)将上述所得物加入模具垫板上面,按照一定的纹路设计喷复合色粉;
(4)将上步所得物转移到真空压制机抽真空并且按先后8个频段:25Hz 40秒,30Hz 30秒,36Hz 30秒,40Hz 30秒,44Hz 60秒,50Hz 30秒震动压制成型,然后进入固化炉,在75-90℃温度下加热90-150分钟固化成型;
(5)胚板脱模,平放定型养护24小时后,定厚、抛光、检验、包装,制得成品。
