After the first firing, the surface of the ceramic tile is detected, the surface dark cracks are detected, the dark cracks are subjected to point glaze treatment, glaze used for the point glaze treatment can be ordinary ceramic glaze so as to cover the dark cracks, and then the ceramic tile is re-fired, wherein the conditions of the re-firing process can be the same as those of the first firing process.
In the step S2, glass white glaze is coated on the surface texture of the ceramic tile after the primary firing according to the target pattern to form a color effect pattern the same as the target pattern, and then the color effect pattern is naturally dried, wherein the drying time can be 1 hour, and then the ceramic tile is fired for the second time, and then naturally cooled to form a surface three-dimensional pattern.
Preferably, the secondary firing temperature is 600-800 ℃, the firing time is 4-6 hours, the glass white glaze can be firmly fired on the surface of the three-dimensional texture, the sintering effect can be influenced by too low or too high temperature, and the surface damage can be caused by too high stability. More preferably, the temperature of the second firing is 700 ℃ and the time is 5 hours.
Preferably, after the step of coating the surface texture of the once-fired ceramic tile with the glass white glaze according to the target pattern, the method further comprises the following steps: and carrying out secondary color matching on the local part of the picture according to the relationship between the depth and the distance of the picture color.
The glass white glaze is blended with the camphor oil according to the volume ratio of 4:1, and the raw glaze is subjected to glaze grinding treatment by using a glaze grinding machine before blending, wherein the treatment time is preferably more than 12 h.
Based on the method, the invention also provides a ceramic tile with a three-dimensional pattern on the surface, wherein the ceramic tile is processed by the method.

The processing method of the ceramic tile with the surface having the three-dimensional pattern comprises the following steps:
the first step is as follows: opening an electronic draft picture of a target pattern original picture by using PS, carrying out color matching and removing redundant ground colors, so that the printing can be more efficient and clearer, dividing a processed drawing into the size of a single drawing to be printed by using an auxiliary line, then cutting and storing, and converting the cut single drawing into a printer software format by using U1traPrint software;
the second step is that: opening PrintExp printing software, selecting the converted program for printing, and directly printing a pattern on a ceramic tile product on a flat-bed printer;
the third step: after the product is printed, manual carving and creation are carried out according to the requirements of pictures;
the fourth step: placing the carved product on a firing iron frame, brushing aluminum oxide on four corners of the bottom of the iron frame, and pulling the carved product to a specified production line for firing by using a tricycle or a customized spring iron frame;
the fifth step: the product is transported to a hot working line kiln and is fired at about 1240 ℃ for about 55 minutes;
and a sixth step: pulling the product back to a workshop for grading to detect problems of dark cracks, glaze surfaces and the like after the product is fired, carrying out glazing treatment on the dark cracks, and then re-firing;
the seventh step: pulling out a cutting area for cutting after the product is detected, putting the product in order, polishing and splicing after grading inspection is needed;
eighth step: after the product is inspected, a colorist coats the product with glass white glaze according to the requirements of an original image, and performs secondary color mixing on the local part of the picture according to the relation between the depth and the distance of the picture color;
the ninth step: after the product is coated with the glass white glaze, naturally airing for 1 hour;
the tenth step: the product is fired for 5 hours at 700 ℃ for the second time, and then is naturally cooled to room temperature;
the eleventh step: pulling the secondarily fired product to a finished product for grading, and detecting the detail problems of the deformation degree, the size, the quantity, the picture and the like of the brick to ensure that no quality problem exists;
the twelfth step: then packaging with a paper box, foam and leatheroid, and packaging and warehousing.
In summary, according to the ceramic tile with the surface having the three-dimensional pattern and the method for processing the surface three-dimensional pattern thereof provided by the invention, the surface texture is firstly engraved on the surface of the ceramic tile according to the target pattern to be fired for the first time, then the surface texture after the first firing is coated with the glass white glaze to form the target pattern, and then the second firing is carried out, so that the waterproof, corrosion-resistant and durable ceramic tile surface three-dimensional pattern can be formed, and the problem of poor durability of the ceramic tile surface three-dimensional pattern in the prior art is solved.
