Abstract
本发明公开了一种铁水浇包防冲刷专用浇口,由以下重量百分比原料制成:莫来石5‑10%、莫来石粉10‑20%、高铝矾土粉20‑30%、生矾土粉20‑25%、高岭土20‑30%、钛酸铝5‑10%、增稠剂3‑5%、黏结剂1‑5%、添加剂1‑3%,外加水15%。还公开了铁水浇包防冲刷专用浇口的制备方法,取上述重量百分比原料依次放入搅拌机混合搅拌得到混合液;混合液倒入真空练泥机中进行标制工作,得到直管和带弧型的弯管;直管与弯管放入金属模具中成型;放入烘炉中烘烤;放入窑炉中煅烧;冷却取出得到成品。本发明设计合理、制备方便,制备的浇口强度高、稳定性好,能有效防止铁水浇包过程中对浇口的冲刷。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于浇口制备技术领域,具体涉及一种铁水浇包防冲刷专用浇口及其制备方法。
背景技术
铸造工艺离不开浇口杯,传统的浇口制作工艺是:在较薄的铁膜内采用潮模砂手工造型制作。然而,采用该种工艺制作的浇口杯易呈现下部厚上部薄的不均匀状况,且面质量差、型砂热强度低,使用在浇注过程中易造成铸件砂眼缺陷,因而制造出的铸件质量稳定性差,废品率高。目前,国内市场的浇口很多,但多为品质较低的产品,通过采用传统的压机压制成型的浇口杯,成本非常高,强度低,而且由于长期使用钢模压制,摩损严重,会大量引入模具上的杂质等设备原因,严重影响产品品质。且在制备完成后,其的耐高温性能不足,极易容易造成损坏。在铁水浇包过程中,铁水会对浇口杯进行冲刷,影响使用寿命。
由此可见,现有技术中的铁水浇包工艺不方便,造成生产的浇口强度低、稳定性差,并且容易发生铁水浇包冲刷的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种设计合理、制备方便,强度高、稳定性好,有效防止铁水浇包冲刷的铁水浇包防冲刷专用浇口及其制备方法。
一种铁水浇包防冲刷专用浇口,由以下重量百分比原料制成:莫来石5-10%、莫来石粉10-20%、高铝矾土粉20-30%、生矾土粉20-25%、高岭土20-30%、钛酸铝5-10%、增稠剂3-5%、黏结剂1-5%、添加剂1-3%,外加水15%。
优选的,所述增稠剂为镁铝尖晶石粉、分散剂、纯丙乳液以及速溶增稠剂的混合物料,且镁铝尖晶石粉、分散剂、纯丙乳液以及速溶增稠剂的重量比为2:0.2:1:0.2。
优选的,所述莫来石粉目数为100-200目,所述高铝矾土粉目数为200-325目,所述生矾土粉目数为100-180目,所述高岭土目数为100-180目。
优选的,所述添加剂为工业级硫磺粉、绢云母粉、金属硅以及分散乳胶粉的混合物料,且工业级硫磺粉、绢云母粉、金属硅以及分散乳胶粉的重量比为2:0.5:0.5:1。
优选的,一种铁水浇包防冲刷专用浇口由以下重量百分比原料制成:莫来石5%、莫来石粉10%、高铝矾土粉20%、生矾土粉20%、高岭土20%、钛酸铝5%、增稠剂3%、黏结剂1%、添加剂1%,外加水15%。

一种铁水浇包防冲刷专用浇口的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下制备步骤:
步骤一:原料制备,取上述重量百分比原料依次放入搅拌机中进行混合搅拌,再加入15%的水进行混合得到混合液,备用;
步骤二:将混合液倒入真空练泥机中进行标制工作,得到直管和带弧型的弯管备用;
步骤三:将直管与弯管放入金属模具中进行成型,将成型后的直管与弯管进行整型,得到半成品;
步骤四:将半成品放入烘炉中进行烘烤,烘烤时间为24小时;
步骤五:将烘烤后的半成品放入窑炉中进行煅烧,煅烧温度为1000-1250℃,煅烧时间为20小时;
步骤六:冷却取出,得到成品。
优选的,所述步骤一中搅拌时间为10-20分钟。
优选的,所述步骤二中真空练泥机包括机头,所述机头包括内芯与外套。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明是一种铁水浇包防冲刷专用浇口及其制备方法,设计合理、制备方便,生产效率高,制备的浇口强度高、稳定性好,能有效防止铁水浇包过程中对浇口的冲刷,浇口的使用寿命长,在原料中添加钛酸铝和耐火纤维,能有效增强浇口的耐高温性能,从而提高了浇口的品质和使用寿命,浇口制备有直管和弧型弯管,能减少铁水对浇口的冲刷,在使用过程中更加便捷,提高了工作效率。

一种铁水浇包防冲刷专用浇口,由以下重量百分比原料制成:莫来石5-10%、莫来石粉10-20%、高铝矾土粉20-30%、生矾土粉20-25%、高岭土20-30%、钛酸铝5-10%、增稠剂3-5%、黏结剂1-5%、添加剂1-3%,外加水15%。

步骤二:将混合液倒入真空练泥机中进行标制工作,得到直管和带弧型的弯管备用;
步骤三:将直管与弯管放入金属模具中进行成型,将成型后的直管与弯管进行整型,得到半成品;
步骤四:将半成品放入烘炉中进行烘烤,烘烤时间为24小时;
步骤五:将烘烤后的半成品放入窑炉中进行煅烧,煅烧温度为1000-1250℃,煅烧时间为20小时;
步骤六:冷却取出,得到成品。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种铁水浇包防冲刷专用浇口,其特征在于,所述莫来石粉颗粒大小为100-200目,所述高铝矾土粉颗粒大小为200-325目,所述生矾土粉颗粒大小为100-180目,所述高岭土颗粒大小为100-180目。
