一种电动胶枪,包括枪体,所述枪体尾部内腔设置有电机,枪体尾部底端设置有把手,把手内腔设置有蓄电池,蓄电池顶部把手上通过销轴设置有按压把手,且按压把手与把手之间设置有回位弹簧,所述按压把手位于把手内腔一端与电刷一端固定安装,电刷另一端与弧形电位器相连,枪体头部设置有胶筒容置部,胶体容置部内设置有胶筒,胶筒尾部胶体容置部内设置有推板,推板靠近枪体尾部一端设置有丝杆,且丝杆尾部贯穿电机的转子和枪体,所述枪体头部的顶部设置有照明装置,所述枪体外表面中上部设置有太阳能电池板,且太阳能电池板包裹住照明装置,所述把手远离按压把手一端侧壁上设置有总开关,根据施工需求随时改变出胶量,操作简单、易控制。

技术领域
本发明属于胶枪技术领域,具体涉及一种电动胶枪。
背景技术
胶枪是一种常用的打胶工具,随着技术的发展和人力成本的提高,使用电动胶枪代替手动胶枪是一种趋势,手动胶枪通过不断地改变人手的按压力来调节挤压胶力的大小,进而改变打胶速度;通常情况下手动胶枪打胶量的多少很难控制,手动打胶费时费力,因此已经不符合现代工程施工的需求;现有电动胶枪专门设置了一个调速开关,通过调节调速开关预先设定电动胶枪的出胶速度,打胶过程中不能通过调速开关随时调节出胶速度,很难满足工人灵活打胶的需求;工程施工中,现有电动胶枪没有设置照明装置,通常情况下很多打胶位置光线比较暗,在较暗光线下很容易出现打胶歪斜的现象。
发明内容
本发明提供一种电动胶枪,能够根据工人施加的压力大小调整出胶速度以及安装照明装置来提高胶枪打胶精度。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种电动胶枪,包括枪体,所述枪体尾部内腔设置有电机,枪体尾部底端设置有把手,把手内腔设置有蓄电池,蓄电池顶部把手上通过销轴设置有按压把手,且按压把手与把手之间设置有回位弹簧,所述按压把手位于把手内腔一端与电刷一端固定安装,电刷另一端与弧形电位器相连,枪体头部设置有胶筒容置部,胶体容置部内设置有胶筒,胶筒尾部胶体容置部内设置有推板,推板靠近枪体尾部一端设置有丝杆,且丝杆尾部贯穿电机的转子和枪体,所述枪体头部顶部设置有照明装置,所述枪体外表面中上部设置有太阳能电池板,且太阳能电池板包裹住照明装置,所述把手远离按压把手一端侧壁上设置有总开关。
所述照明装置包括底座,底座顶部设置有壳体,壳体前端设置有反光罩,反光罩内侧壳体端面上设置有灯泡。
所述太阳能电池板通过逆变器与蓄电池电连接,所述蓄电池与弧形电位器电连接,弧形电位器与电机电连接。
所述电机的转子与丝杆的滚珠螺母固定安装。
所述枪体采用高强度工程塑料枪体。
所述电机设置为直流电机。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明装置在使用过程中,根据具体施工情况,通过不断地按压按压把手来调节弧形电位器的电阻,进而通过电机控制推板的移动速度,从而改变出胶速度,通过推板的匀速移动,轻松掌控出胶量,操作简单,易控制;通过照明装置的设置,在光线较暗的情况下施工,避免因光线不足出现打胶歪斜的现象;通过太阳能电池板将光能转化成电能储存到蓄电池内,给本发明装置供电,节约能源,绿色环保。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
如图1-图4所示,一种电动胶枪,包括枪体1,所述枪体1尾部内腔设置有电机2,枪体1尾部底端设置有把手3,把手3内腔设置有蓄电池4,蓄电池4顶部把手3上通过销轴设置有按压把手5,且按压把手5与把手3之间设置有回位弹簧,所述按压把手5位于把手3内腔一端与电刷13一端固定安装,电刷13另一端与弧形电位器6相连,枪体1头部设置有胶筒容置部7,胶体容置部7内设置有胶筒8,胶筒8尾部胶体容置部7内设置有推板9,推板9靠近枪体1尾部一端设置有丝杆10,且丝杆10尾部贯穿电机2的转子和枪体1,所述枪体头部1顶部设置有照明装置11,所述枪体1外表面中上部设置有太阳能电池板12,且太阳能电池板12包裹住照明装置11,所述把手3远离按压把手5一端侧壁上设置有总开关。
所述照明装置11包括底座14,底座14的弧度与枪体1的弧度一致,便于照明装置11在枪体1上的稳固安装,底座14顶部设置有壳体15,壳体15前端设置有反光罩16,反光罩16内侧壳体15端面上设置有灯泡17。
所述太阳能电池板12通过逆变器与蓄电池4电连接,所述蓄电池4与弧形电位器6电连接,弧形电位器6与电机2电连接,通过弧形电位器6阻值变化实现电机2输入电压的变化,进而改变出胶速度,通过太阳能电池板12发电给蓄电池4充电,节约能源。
所述电机2的转子与丝杆10的滚珠螺母固定安装,确保电机2工作时带动丝杆10上的丝杠产生水平方向上的移动,并通过丝杠水平方向的移动挤压胶筒8。
所述枪体1采用高强度工程塑料枪体。
所述电机2设置为直流电机。
本发明电动胶枪的工作过程为:打开电动胶枪的总开关后,当未按压按压把手5时,弧形电位器6电阻最小,与弧形电位器6连接的电机2分压较小,进而电动胶枪的出胶速度较慢,根据实际的打胶情况通过按压按压把手5,不断地改变出胶速度;当打胶处较暗时,通过打开照明装置11的开关,对打胶位置进行照明,保证打胶效果。

1.一种电动胶枪,其特征在于,包括枪体,所述枪体尾部内腔设置有电机,枪体尾部底端设置有把手,把手内腔设置有蓄电池,蓄电池顶部把手上通过销轴设置有按压把手,且按压把手与把手之间设置有回位弹簧,所述按压把手位于把手内腔一端与电刷一端固定安装,电刷另一端与弧形电位器相连,枪体头部设置有胶筒容置部,胶体容置部内设置有胶筒,胶筒尾部胶体容置部内设置有推板,推板靠近枪体尾部一端设置有丝杆,且丝杆尾部贯穿电机的转子和枪体,所述枪体头部的顶部设置有照明装置,所述枪体外表面中上部设置有太阳能电池板,且太阳能电池板包裹住照明装置,所述把手远离按压把手一端侧壁上设置有总开关;
所述照明装置包括底座,底座顶部设置有壳体,壳体前端设置有反光罩,反光罩内侧壳体端面上设置有灯泡;所述太阳能电池板通过逆变器与蓄电池电连接,所述蓄电池与弧形电位器电连接,弧形电位器与电机电连接;所述枪体采用高强度工程塑料枪体。
