本发明具体涉及一种明目丸及其制备方法。
背景技术
现在，久坐在电脑前工作的人越来越多。很多人在电脑前坐的时间长的话，会出现眼睛干涩、眼肌痉挛、眨眼频繁、肥胖等麻烦。如果用眼过度、长久看东西（如显示屏、电视、书籍等），就会损伤肝目，而长期辐射等，都能引起晶状体代谢紊乱，导致晶状体蛋白质变性而发生混浊，导致白内障，在初发期往往不能得到有效的治疗，如若得到重视和及时的治疗，症状能有得到有效缓解和治愈。。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种营养丰富，口味醇厚，补肾聪耳的明目丸及其制备方法。
本发明公开了一种明目丸，由以下重量份的原料组成：包括五味子25-35g、木蝴蝶20-28g、熟地黄20-32g、山茱萸15-25g、枸杞子20-32g、楮实子18-28g、肉苁蓉16-24g、石斛12-18g、菟丝子26-32g、鲜桑葚90-120g、青盐26-34g，沉香10-20g。

a、将五味子加黄酒拌匀，置罐内，密闭，隔水蒸之，待酒吸尽，取出，晒干，将晒干后的五味子与熟地黄一起炒；
b、将木蝴蝶在铜铫上煨燥，研制成细末；
c、将枸杞子和楮实子分别酒浸；
d、将山茱萸和肉苁蓉分别酒蒸，将酒蒸后的山茱萸去核，将酒蒸后的肉苁蓉焙；
e、将车前子酒洗、石斛去根；
f、菟丝子分成两等份，其中一份酒浸，另一份研末；
g、鲜桑葚，洗净，榨取汁，煮透后滤渣取汁
h、将五味子、木蝴蝶、熟地黄、山茱萸、枸杞子、楮实子、肉苁蓉、石斛、菟丝子、青盐和沉香，研磨为细粉，加入桑葚汁，蜜炼为丸，如梧桐子大，每服60-80丸，盐水空腹送服。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点：
营养丰富，口味醇厚，长期食用能够治疗肝肾具虚引起的视力减退，目眩昏花，以后瞳仁内有淡白色昏暗，渐成内障的症状，能够补肾明目，聪耳。

以下以通过优选实施例对本发明工艺作进一步的详细说明，但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此。
实施例1：
包括五味子25g、木蝴蝶20g、熟地黄20g、山茱萸15g、枸杞子20g、楮实子18g、肉苁蓉16g、石斛12g、菟丝子26g、鲜桑葚65g、青盐26g，沉香10g。
实施例2：
包括五味子28g、木蝴蝶24g、熟地黄26g、山茱萸20g、枸杞子26g、楮实子25g、肉苁蓉20g、石斛15g、菟丝子30g、鲜桑葚70g、青盐29g，沉香15g，桑葚100g。
实施例3：
包括五味子35g、木蝴蝶28g、熟地黄32g、山茱萸25g、枸杞子32g、楮实子28g、肉苁蓉24g、石斛18g、菟丝子32g、鲜桑葚85g、青盐34g，沉香20g。
一种制备明目丸的方法，包括以下步骤：
a、将五味子加黄酒拌匀，置罐内，密闭，隔水蒸之，待酒吸尽，取出，晒干，将晒干后的五味子与熟地黄一起炒；
b、将木蝴蝶在铜铫上煨燥，研制成细末；
c、将枸杞子和楮实子分别酒浸；
d、将山茱萸和肉苁蓉分别酒蒸，将酒蒸后的山茱萸去核，将酒蒸后的肉苁蓉焙；
e、将车前子酒洗、石斛去根；
f、菟丝子分成两等份，其中一份酒浸，另一份研末；
g、鲜桑葚，洗净，榨取汁，煮透后滤渣取汁
h、将五味子、木蝴蝶、熟地黄、山茱萸、枸杞子、楮实子、肉苁蓉、石斛、菟丝子、青盐和沉香，研磨为细粉，加入桑葚汁，蜜炼为丸，如梧桐子大，每服60-80丸，盐水空腹送服。
本发明营养丰富，口味醇厚，长期食用能够治疗肝肾具虚引起的视力减退，目眩昏花，以后瞳仁内有淡白色昏暗，渐成内障的症状，达到由内而外的调理，从根本上起到能够补肾明目，聪耳的功效。
选取300位有瞳仁内有淡白色昏暗困扰的人士服用该明目丸，年龄范围为58-69岁。上述300人服用该明目丸，连续服用6天、饭前40分钟淡盐水送服，服用12个月之后，97%的视力清晰明显，目眩有很大程度缓解和消失，兼有聪耳的功效，停止服用后半年内视力无明显反弹，而且饮用后均无毒副作用，肠胃消化吸收功能正常。

1.一种明目丸，其特征在于：由以下重量份的原料组成：包括五味子25-35g、木蝴蝶20-28g、熟地黄20-32g、山茱萸15-25g、枸杞子20-32g、楮实子18-28g、肉苁蓉16-24g、石斛12-18g、菟丝子26-32g、鲜桑葚90-120g、青盐26-34g，沉香10-20g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的明目丸，其特征在于：由以下重量份的原料组成：包括五味子28g、木蝴蝶24g、熟地黄26g、山茱萸20g、枸杞子26g、楮实子25g、肉苁蓉20g、石斛15g、菟丝子30g、鲜桑葚70g、青盐29g，沉香15g，桑葚100g。
3.一种制备如权利要求1所述明目丸的方法，其特征在于：包括以下步骤：
将五味子加黄酒拌匀，置罐内，密闭，隔水蒸之，待酒吸尽，取出，晒干，将晒干后的五味子与熟地黄一起炒；
将木蝴蝶在铜铫上煨燥，研制成细末；
将枸杞子和楮实子分别酒浸；
将山茱萸和肉苁蓉分别酒蒸，将酒蒸后的山茱萸去核，将酒蒸后的肉苁蓉焙；
将车前子酒洗、石斛去根；
菟丝子分成两等份，其中一份酒浸，另一份研末；
鲜桑葚，洗净，榨取汁，煮透后滤渣取汁
将五味子、木蝴蝶、熟地黄、山茱萸、枸杞子、楮实子、肉苁蓉、石斛、菟丝子、青盐和沉香，研磨为细粉，加入桑葚汁，蜜炼为丸，如梧桐子大，每服60-80丸，盐水空腹送服。
