Claims (19)

1. A cooking apparatus, characterized by comprising:
a first basin (10);
a pack basket (20), the pack basket (20) being removably insertable into the first sink (10);
a pressurized water supply mechanism (30), wherein the pressurized water supply mechanism (30) is provided with at least one nozzle (31), and when the flour basket (20) is placed in the first sink (10), the nozzle (31) extends towards the lateral surface of the flour basket (20) so as to spray water into the flour basket (20) to move the food materials in the flour basket (20), and the pressurized water supply mechanism (30) is further provided with at least one switch valve so as to control the nozzle (31) to spray water in a certain sequence and time;
a mounting structure (40), wherein the nozzle (31) is fixed in the first sink (10) through the mounting structure (40), the mounting structure (40) comprises an enclosing plate, the enclosing plate extends around the circumference of the pack basket (20) and is arranged at an interval with the pack basket (20) so as to form an overflowing gap between the enclosing plate and the pack basket (20), and the overflowing gap increases along the direction from the top to the bottom of the pack basket (20);
the enclosing plate comprises a first plate section, a connecting plate section and a second plate section which are sequentially bent from top to bottom, the distance between the first plate section and the face basket (20) is smaller than the distance between the second plate section and the face basket (20), and a step structure is formed at the connecting plate section;
the control device is respectively connected with the flour basket (20) and the pressure water supply mechanism (30), and can control the flour basket (20) to extend into the first water pool (10) and control the spray nozzle (31) to spray water according to a preset menu so as to finish cooking action.
2. The cooking apparatus of claim 1, wherein the nozzle (31) sprays water into the basket (20) to rotate the food material within the basket (20) in a circumferential direction of the basket (20).
3. The cooking apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising:
the face basket fixing frame is characterized in that the face basket (20) is detachably connected with the face basket fixing frame, and the nozzle (31) is connected with the face basket fixing frame;
the dough basket driving piece drives the dough basket (20) to move.
4. The cooking apparatus of claim 3, further comprising a second sink, wherein the basket drive drives the basket mount or the basket (20) between the first sink (10) and the second sink to effect batch cooking of the noodles.
5. The cooking apparatus of claim 4, wherein the basket drive comprises:
the lifting device is connected with the face basket (20) so as to drive the face basket (20) to move in the vertical direction, so that the face basket (20) and the face basket fixing frame can be installed or detached; and/or
A rotation apparatus connected to the pack basket (20) to rotate the pack basket (20) over the first sink (10) and the second sink; and/or
A translation device connected to the pack basket (20) to translate the pack basket (20) over the first sink (10) and the second sink.
6. The cooking apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the pressure water supply mechanism (30) comprises:
the inlet of the water pump (32) is connected with an external pipeline or extends into the position below the liquid level in the first water pool (10);
and the filtering piece is arranged at the communication position of the first water tank (10) and the water pump (32), and the water pump (32) is communicated with the nozzle (31).
7. The cooking apparatus according to claim 6, wherein a communication hole is provided at the bottom of the first water tank (10), the water pump (32) is located outside the first water tank (10), and an inlet of the water pump (32) communicates with the communication hole.
8. The cooking apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the pressure water supply mechanism (30) further comprises:
the liquid separating structure (33), the nozzle (31) is connected with the water pump (32) through the liquid separating structure (33);
the switch valve is arranged on the liquid separation structure (33) to control the working state of the corresponding nozzle (31).
9. The cooking apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the at least one on-off valve comprises a first solenoid valve (332) and a second solenoid valve (334), the liquid distribution structure (33) comprising:
a three-way pipeline (331), wherein a first port of the three-way pipeline (331) is communicated with an outlet of the water pump (32);
a first distribution pipe (333) to which a second port of the three-way pipe (331) communicates with the first distribution pipe (333) via the first solenoid valve (332);
a second distribution pipe (335), a third port of the three-way pipe (331) being communicated with the second distribution pipe (335) through the second solenoid valve (334);
a first three-way structure (336), a first port of the first three-way structure (336) being in communication with the first distribution pipe (333), a first one of the nozzles (31) and a second one of the nozzles (31) being connected to a second port and a third port of the first three-way structure (336), respectively;
a second three-way structure (337), a first port of said second three-way structure (337) communicating with said second distribution conduit (335), a third said nozzle (31) and a fourth said nozzle (31) being connected respectively to a second port and to a third port of said second three-way structure (337).
10. The cooking apparatus of claim 9,
the first three-way structure (336) is provided with a first mounting clamping position, and the nozzle (31) connected with the second three-way structure (337) is fixed at the first mounting clamping position; and/or
The second three-way structure (337) is provided with a second mounting clamp position, and the nozzle (31) connected with the first three-way structure (336) is fixed at the second mounting clamp position.
11. The cooking apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the plurality of nozzles (31) are provided, and the plurality of nozzles (31) are spaced apart from each other in a circumferential direction and/or a height direction of the basket (20).
12. The cooking apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the emission direction of at least two of the nozzles (31) has an angle with the tangential direction of the basket (20), and the angle is greater than or equal to-5 degrees and less than or equal to 5 degrees.
13. The cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the plurality of nozzles (31) are provided, and the plurality of nozzles (31) are spaced apart from each other along the circumferential direction of the basket (20) and are located at the bottom of the basket (20), and the nozzles (31) project obliquely upward toward the interior of the basket (20).
14. The cooking apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the projection of the enclosure on the bottom of the first basin (10) is of a C-shaped configuration.
15. The cooking apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the enclosure is a cylindrical structure, the mounting structure (40) comprises feet, the enclosure is connected with the bottom of the first water basin (10) through the feet, and a communication gap is formed between the bottom of the enclosure and the bottom of the first water basin (10).
16. A cooking apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the nozzle (31) extends along and abuts the inner wall of the shroud.
17. The cooking apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 10, further comprising a display device connected to the control device to display cooking action information of the control device.
18. The cooking apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 10, further comprising a communication component connected to the control device to send cooking action instructions to the control device.
19. Cooking apparatus according to claim 4 or 5, characterised in that it further comprises at least one oven for varying the temperature of said first basin (10) and/or of said second basin.
