Abstract
本发明公开了预防和治疗肥胖、脂肪肝及后发疾病的食品复合物及其制作,所述食品复合物由桃仁8‑12份、薤白8‑12份、决明子13‑20份、山楂8‑12份、茯苓8‑12份、肉桂5‑8份制作而成。本发明的食品复合物能有效防、治能量过剩的代谢性疾病,以减少或延缓该类疾病的发生和发展,并减少皮肤色素沉着,不降低或者改善该类人群的生活质量。

技术领域
本发明属于保健食品领域,具体涉及预防和治疗肥胖、脂肪肝及后发疾病的食品复合物及其制作。
背景技术
以能量过剩为病因的代谢性疾病,涉及肥胖、脂肪肝、2型糖尿病、高血脂、动脉硬化、高血压,后期进展为心脑血管疾病,是目前威胁人类健康的主要疾病。人们一旦患上这些疾病,目前都没有根治方法,常常伴随终生,严重影响患者的生活质量与寿命,促进人体衰老。最有效的办法在于早期干预,寓治于防。基于药食同源的理论,将治疗药物与日常饮食结合起来,在愉快的饮食中治疗和预防这些疾病,不失为一个有益的方案。
虽然限制食物摄入是防治能量过剩的代谢性疾病的有效手段,但由于食物的日益丰富和人们对生活质量的高要求,以控制摄食为主的防治措施在实践中难于真正实施。目前还没有能够有效防治这类疾病的药物。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种预防和治疗肥胖、脂肪肝及后发疾病的食品复合物及其制作。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
预防和治疗肥胖、脂肪肝及后发疾病的食品复合物,由以下重量份的组分混合而成:
桃仁 8-12份;
薤白 8-12份;
决明子 13-20份;
山楂 8-12份;
茯苓 8-12份;
肉桂 5-8份。
优选的,所述食品复合物,其特征在于:其由以下重量份的组分混合而成:
桃仁 10份;
薤白 10份;
决明子 15份;
山楂 10份;
茯苓 10份;
肉桂 6份。
本发明还提供了所述食品复合物的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
1) 将茯苓、肉桂粉碎成粉末;
2) 将薤白置于打浆机中打浆,然后烘干;
3) 将桃仁、决明子、山楂炒香后打为粉末;
4)将以上步骤处理后的桃仁、薤白、决明子、山楂、茯苓、肉桂混合均匀,得到所述食品复合物。
步骤1)中,粉碎后的粉末粒径为75-120μm。
步骤2)中,所述薤白打浆后在70℃或以下干燥至薤白水分含量不超过10%。
所述食品复合物可直接用水冲调后食用,或者作为营养成分添加于面条、面包等多种食品中。
本发明采用以上技术方案,以桃仁、决明子、茯苓、肉桂、薤白、山楂为原料,制作食品复合物。其中,桃仁归心、肝、大肠经,《本经》谓其"主瘀血”,《滇南本草》指出能"治血痰”,一药即具痰瘀同治之功效,尤其消除血中之痰浊,兼能润肠通便,祛糟粕而留精微。薤白化痰,辛温而能通阳开痹,《本草拾遗》谓其能“调中”,主治“大腹内常恶者”,具有运脾消痰、祛除腹内脂肪作用。桃仁与薤白共为君药,痰瘀同治,温胃调中,故谓方名“仁白散”。《唐本草》记载薤白“白者补而美”,尚具有增白、强身作用。决明子味苦、甘、咸,性微寒,《本草正义》称其“滋益肝肾”,《本经》谓其“久服益精光”,且可润肠通便以消体内浊积,具有减肥美容之功。茯苓健脾化痰,山楂活血消积。此三味既助君药化痰活血,又能补益肝肾、消浊除积,从而达到消除肥胖、肝僻之效。肥胖多痰,常偏阳气不足。肉桂辛温既可助消痰化饮,又可顾护阳气,为佐使之剂。全方以化痰活血为主,消积降浊而不伤正气。
现代研究表明,上述6种药物都具有降脂调脂、抗氧化应激作用。桃仁所含苦杏仁苷为卵泡抑素诱导剂,桃仁还含有不饱和脂肪酸,从而起到抗脂肪肝和肝纤维化、保护心脑血管、改善神经功能等作用。薤白具有良好抗抑郁作用,含大蒜辣素具有降脂作用,并含有精氨酸,谷氨酰胺,谷氨酸,天冬酰胺和丝氨酸等八种人体必需氨基酸和五种半必需氨基酸,可改善人体代谢。山楂粉含绿原酸、金丝桃苷等成分,具有抗肥胖作用,改善血清、肝脏和脂肪组织中的脂质代谢,并且减少脂质储存。决明子具有降血脂、抗氧化、保肝、降血压,并通过促进骨骼肌中GlUT4易位来抗糖尿病等作用,并能抑制高级糖化终末产物的形成。决明子、茯苓、山楂都可通过抑制酪氨酸酶活性来抑制黑色素合成,达到增白美容、抗衰老作用。肉桂含原花青素,能降脂、扩血管、调节代谢。本发明综合以上六味食材制成的食品复合物,能够有效控制体重,实践表明大约能降低体重6%;并且可以有效治疗脂肪肝,显著减少肝细胞脂肪的含量,同时能够综合性抗糖尿病、抗高血脂、保护血管、抗衰老。
本发明的优点在于:1、能有效防治能量过剩的代谢性疾病,以减少或延缓该类疾病的发生和发展。2、不降低该类人群的生活质量。3、兼具抗衰老、美白作用;4、易于实施,防、治皆宜。
具体实施方式
预防和治疗肥胖、脂肪肝及后发疾病的食品复合物,由以下重量份的组分混合而成:桃仁8-12份、薤白8-12份、决明子13-20份、山楂8-12份、茯苓8-12份、肉桂5-8份。
优选的,所述食品复合物由以下重量份的组分混合而成:桃仁10份、薤白10份、决明子15份、山楂10份、茯苓10份、肉桂6份。
所述食品复合物的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
1) 将茯苓、肉桂粉碎成粒径为75-120μm的粉末;
2) 将薤白置于打浆机中打浆,然后在不超过70℃的温度下烘干至水分含量不高于10%;
3) 将桃仁、决明子、山楂炒香后打为粉末;
4)将以上步骤处理后的桃仁、薤白、决明子、山楂、茯苓、肉桂混合均匀,得到所述食品复合物。
本发明提供的食品复合物可直接食用或者作为营养成分添加于面条、面包等食品中。
实施例1
一种预防和治疗肥胖、脂肪肝及后发疾病的食品复合物的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按重量计,称取以下原料:桃仁10份、薤白10份、决明子15份、山楂10份、茯苓10份、肉桂6份;
2) 将茯苓、肉桂粉碎成粒径为100μm的粉末;
3) 将薤白置于打浆机中打浆,然后在70℃下烘干至水分含量不高于10%;
4) 将桃仁、决明子、山楂炒香后打为粉末;
5)将以上步骤处理后的桃仁、薤白、决明子、山楂、茯苓、肉桂混合均匀,得到所述食品复合物。
本发明提供的食品复合物可直接食用或者作为营养成分添加于面条、面包等食品中。
实施例2
一种预防和治疗肥胖、脂肪肝及后发疾病的食品复合物的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按重量计,称取以下原料:桃仁8份、薤白12份、决明子13份、山楂12份、茯苓8份、肉桂8份;
2) 将茯苓、肉桂粉碎成粒径为75μm的粉末,
3) 将薤白置于打浆机中打浆,然后在65℃下烘干至水分含量不高于10%;
4) 将桃仁、决明子、山楂炒香后打为粉末;
5)将以上步骤处理后的桃仁、薤白、决明子、山楂、茯苓、肉桂混合均匀,得到所述食品复合物。
本发明提供的食品复合物可直接食用或者作为营养成分添加于面条、面包等食品中。
实施例3
一种预防和治疗肥胖、脂肪肝及后发疾病的食品复合物的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按重量计,称取以下原料:桃12份、薤白8-份、决明子20份、山楂8-份、茯苓2份、肉桂5份;
2) 将茯苓、肉桂粉碎成粒径为7120μm的粉末;
3) 将薤白置于打浆机中打浆,然后在70℃下烘干至水分含量不高于10%;
4) 将桃仁、决明子、山楂炒香后打为粉末;
5)将以上步骤处理后的桃仁、薤白、决明子、山楂、茯苓、肉桂混合均匀,得到所述食品复合物。
本发明提供的食品复合物可直接食用或者作为营养成分添加于面条、面包等食品中。
实施例4
一种预防和治疗肥胖、脂肪肝及后发疾病的食品复合物的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按重量计算,称取以下原料:桃仁10份、薤白10份、决明子17份、山楂9份、茯苓11份、肉桂7份;
2) 将茯苓、肉桂粉碎成粒径为85μm的粉末,
3) 将薤白置于打浆机中打浆,然后在70℃下烘干至水分含量不高于10%;
4) 将桃仁、决明子、山楂炒香后打为粉末;
5)将以上步骤处理后的桃仁、薤白、决明子、山楂、茯苓、肉桂混合均匀,得到所述食品复合物。
本发明提供的食品复合物可直接食用或者作为营养成分添加于面条、面包等食品中。
应用例1
肥胖不仅仅是体重超标,更重要的肥胖会引起诸多健康问题和疾病。据调查表明,在肥胖者中脂肪肝的发生率超过50%!肥胖患者不少都将慢慢进入高脂血症、糖尿病、高血压、冠心病等动脉硬化疾病的患者行列。2013年上海宁光院士发表在JAMA上的全国流调表明,我国糖尿病前期人群占18岁以上人群的50.1%,表明近一半人口都存在不同程度的能量代谢问题。阳萎在男肥胖人群中发生率显著增加,女性月经失调增多。肥胖者因心里自卑,社会活动不同程度减少,进一步影响人的社会属性。
通过本发明的食品复合物干预肥胖患者,使其体重逐渐下降,最重要的是体重稳定逐渐下降,不发生任何因减重带来的新问题,同时改善人的社会属性、增强健康。用本发明方案干预肥胖伴脂肪肝人群12例,在体重下降的同时,脂肪肝都有不同程度地减轻,部分脂肪肝完全恢复正常。
典型病例:肥胖伴脂肪肝者林某,男45岁。述30岁开始逐渐变胖,40岁时发现中-重度脂肪肝,42岁发现血糖超过正常值。2017年7月11日体重97kg,身高178cm,BMI 30.6kg/m2。期间多次希望控制饮食和运动来减轻体重均告失败。2017年7月开始食用实施例1的食品复合物,每天一剂,分两次于早晚服。同时配合适度的运动和改变生活习惯。至2018年5月,林某体重降至86kg,5月15日复查肝彩超提示为轻度脂肪肝,空腹血糖5.1mmol/L,生活质量显著改善。
应用例2
以肥胖为病因的一大类疾病,已经成为影响国人健康的主要因素。促进健康中国,战胜肥胖将是关键一步。脂肪肝、糖尿病、高尿酸及痛风、代谢性高血压、冠心病、脑血管疾病,占我国患病总人数60%以上。这些疾病多是因能量过剩或肥胖而引起的。控制肥胖症状,就能有效地预防和治疗这些肥胖后发疾病,为健康中国做出贡献。用本发明的食品复合物干预了肥胖伴脂肪肝、高血糖人群12例,在体重减轻的同时,脂肪肝好转,血糖下降,血管功能改善。
典型病例:患者谢某,男,50岁。肥胖伴脂肪肝10年,诊断糖尿病2年。2016年6月16日面色灰暗,唇舌紫绀,足麻。查空腹血糖7.59mmol/L, 透明质酸酶93.3 ng/ml,Ⅳ型胶原96.3 ng/ml,层粘蛋白135.3 ng/ml,Ⅲ前胶原88.36 ug/L,谷丙转氨酶56U/L。彩超提示重度脂肪肝。2016年6月18日测量身高163cm,体重91kg,BMI 34.2 kg/m2,血压140/85 mmHg。使用实施例2的食品复合物,每日一剂,分早晚两次服。2017年2月23日复查空腹血糖4.59mmol/L,透明质酸酶86.39 ng/ml,Ⅳ型胶原69.3 ng/ml,层粘蛋白104.2 ng/ml,Ⅲ前胶原56.90 ug/l,谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶均在正常范围。测得体重70.5公斤,BMI 26.5kg/m2,Bp 128/80 mmHg。面色红润,足已经不麻。自感精神清爽。彩超提示轻度脂肪肝。该临床效果表明本发明复合物不但可以降低体重,促进脂肪肝恢复,而且对血糖、血压有益,对代谢类疾病能标本兼治。
应用例3
据2017年中国健康调查数据:中国人男性超重肥胖率为39.8%,女性为38.7%,并且在以非常快的速度增长,特别是在青少年人群中,增长的速度更快。在超重肥胖者中,有51.7%的男性、51.8%的女性感到自卑。男女都有一半以上的人企图通过控制饮食、运动来减肥,但近80%的人群最终减肥失败!极少数减肥略有成效者,也因方法欠科学而出现新的健康问题!在肥胖者中,脂肪肝的发生率高者超过50%!这些人群不少都将慢慢进入高脂血症、糖尿病、高血压、冠心病等动脉硬化疾病的患者行列。2013年上海宁光院士发表在JAMA上的全国流调表明,我国糖尿病前期人群占18岁以上人群的50.1%。我国超过总人数的一半人群都存在不同程度的能量代谢问题!肥胖患者往往伴随着生活质量、运动能力、性功能等的下降,对健康的威胁不容小视。报告惊呼:肥胖已经成为社会问题!用实施例3的食品复合物干预的14名肥胖者,干预期3-6个月,体重平均下降约6%,体重下降最多的个体达到15公斤,显著地改善了生活质量。
典型病例:肥胖者林某,女,34岁。述10岁时开始变胖,2017年4月8日体重86kg,身高161cm,体重指数达33.2 kg/m2。已婚8年未孕。企图主动控制饮食、运动,但均因不能持续而告失败。2017年4月开始服用实施例3的食品复合物,每天两剂,分三餐服,同时摄取足量蔬菜、水果,维持原日常活动。经过近6个月干预,期间体重逐渐稳定下降至71kg,并于2017年底成功妊娠。其它肥胖者,如林某芳,苏某,林某妹,林某旺等,均有类似的减重效果。

1.预防和治疗肥胖、脂肪肝及后发疾病的食品复合物,其特征在于:其由以下重量份的组分混合而成:
桃仁 8-12份;
薤白 8-12份;
决明子 13-20份;
山楂 8-12份;
茯苓 8-12份;
肉桂 5-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的预防和治疗肥胖、脂肪肝及后发疾病的食品复合物,其特征在于:其由以下重量份的组分混合而成:
桃仁 10份;
薤白 10份;
决明子 15份;
山楂 10份;
茯苓 10份;
肉桂 6份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的预防和治疗肥胖、脂肪肝及后发疾病的食品复合物的制作方法,其特征在于:其包括以下步骤:
1) 将茯苓、肉桂粉碎成粉末;
2) 将薤白置于打浆机中打浆,然后烘干;
3) 将桃仁、决明子、山楂炒香后打为粉末;
4)将以上步骤处理后的桃仁、薤白、决明子、山楂、茯苓、肉桂混合均匀,得到所述食品复合物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的预防和治疗肥胖、脂肪肝及后发疾病的食品复合物的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1)中,粉碎后的粉末粒径为75-120μm。
5.根据权利要求3所述的预防和治疗肥胖、脂肪肝及后发疾病的食品复合物的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤2)中,所述薤白打浆后在70℃或以下干燥至薤白水分含量不超过10%。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的预防和治疗肥胖、脂肪肝及后发疾病的食品复合物的食用方法,其特征在于:所述食品复合物直接用水冲调后食用,或者作为营养成分添加于食品中。
