本发明涉及一种节能减排装置。
背景技术
常规液氧低温压力容器,在使用时由于液氧与外界环境温度有接近200℃温差,会导致液氧蒸发成氧气,1m3液氧会蒸发800m3氧气。在储罐有限的密闭空间内,储罐的压力就会升高。如果不能有效的处理,压力就会经过安全阀排放到空气中,这样就会导致气体浪费、安全隐患、噪音污染等,也增加了人员管理成本。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术问题,本发明提供了一种节能减排装置,可以改善以上的不足。
本发明涉及一种节能减排装置,包括由S30408不锈钢制成的外筒和设置在外筒中的内罐、压力表、液面计、组合仪表阀、进液控制阀组、上部低温截止阀、测满阀、残液排放阀、放空阀、自增压系统和节能减排系统;所述外筒和内罐上设置珠光砂层;在外筒顶端设置外筒防爆装置,在外筒下端设置真空阀;所述上部低温截止阀与内罐顶端连接,所述节能减排系统通过三通管与内罐的顶端连接;所述节能减排系统包括第一低温截止阀,降压调节阀和第二低温截止阀,它们通过管道串联,其中第一低温截止阀一端与内罐顶端连接,第二低温截止阀的一端与三通管连接;所述组合仪表阀设置在内罐的顶底端之间,所述压力表和所述液面计与组合仪表阀连接;所述进液控制阀组通过管道设置在内罐的顶底之间,所述自增压系统与进液控制阀组连接;所述残液排放阀与进液控制阀组连接;所述放空阀通过自增压系统与进液控制阀组连接;三通阀的两端连接内罐安全阀,它的一端连接在自增压系统和放空阀之间。

本发明设计巧妙,设置了自增压系统和节能减排系统能够实现增压和降压,不会导致气体的浪费,其原理如下:利用压力循环的原理,当压力低时优先使用储罐内的液氧。当压力高时优先使用储罐内的气体。压力高低可经过调节阀随意调节。这样避免了储罐由于蒸发的气体量过大导致的储罐压力增加。此系统不需要人为的频繁操作阀门,只需一次调试好后,就不需要再进行调试。

如图1所示,一种节能减排装置,包括由S30408不锈钢制成的外筒1和设置在外筒1中的内罐2、压力表4、液面计5、组合仪表阀6、进液控制阀组20、上部低温截止阀15、测满阀14、残液排放阀19、放空阀21、仪表阀L1,L2、自增压系统和节能减排系统,所述外筒1和内罐上设置珠光砂层,珠光砂的导热系数低,化学性质稳定,无毒无味,是良好的超低温保温材料,一般地珠光砂层只是设置在内罐上,采用外筒和内罐均设置,其保温效果能够进一步加强,在外筒1顶端设置外筒防爆装置3,外筒防爆装置起到检测和保护的作用,在外筒1下端设置真空阀22;所述上部低温截止阀15与内罐2顶端连接,所述节能减排系统通过三通管7与内罐2的顶端连接;所述节能减排系统包括第一低温截止阀8,降压调节阀9和第二低温截止阀10,它们通过管道串联,其中第一低温截止阀8一端与内罐2顶端连接,第二低温截止阀10的一端与三通管7连接;所述组合仪表阀6设置在内罐2的顶底端之间,所述压力表4和所述液面计5与组合仪表阀6连接;其中仪表阀L1,L2设置在组合仪表阀与内罐顶底之间,通过压力表和液面计可以观察槽压力和液面高度之用,所述进液控制阀组20通过管道设置在内罐2的顶底之间,所述自增压系统与进液控制阀组连接;所述残液排放阀19与进液控制阀组20连接;所述放空阀21通过自增压系统与进液控制阀组20连接;三通阀17的两端连接内罐安全阀18,它的一端连接在自增压系统和放空阀21之间。
所述自增压系统包括增压阀11,增压器12,增压调节阀13和气体通过阀16,它们依次串联,其中增压阀11的一端与进液控制阀组20连接,气体通过阀16的一端与内罐2的顶端连接,通过自增压系统在不需要外加任何能源的情况下可以向外供应液体或气体,而且能够保证排出的液体或者其他的纯度。
所述进液控制阀组20包括上部进液阀组和下部进液阀组。具体的,上部进液阀组与内罐2顶端连接,上部进液阀为V2,V2’,下部进液阀组与内罐2底端连接,下部进液阀为V3,V3’。
如图2和3所示,前述的外筒含有基层26,其中基层内侧设置密封层23,基层外侧设置防爆层28,所述防爆层内穿插支撑件和金属网层25;所述支撑件等间距设置在防爆层的圆周上;所述支撑件包括长杆29和圆柱条30,其中长杆穿插进入圆柱条内,长杆的端头尺寸从外向内逐渐变小,为了增加咬合力,在长杆的表面设置螺纹;其中端头外凸于防爆层;所述金属网层25具有六边形的网孔,其表面设置防锈漆;所述金属网层隐藏设置在防爆层内部;位于外筒外侧设置抗腐蚀保护层24。外筒采用复合结构,增加了外筒的防爆性,抗压形。
在正常情况下是通过上部低温截止阀15排放液态氧,当储蓄罐顶部的压力增加后,在通过第一低温截止阀15到降压调节阀9降压,再通过第二低温截止阀10控制在第二低温截止阀到三通管7位置之间形成气封,此时内罐不再进行排放液态氧,而且通过上部低温截止阀15排气直到内罐顶部的压力降低正常工作状态,当降压调节阀9关闭,内罐可以继续通过上部低温截止阀8排放液态氧。

1.一种节能减排装置,其特征在于:包括由S30408不锈钢制成的外筒和设置在外筒中的内罐、压力表、液面计、组合仪表阀、进液控制阀组、上部低温截止阀、测满阀、残液排放阀、放空阀、自增压系统和节能减排系统;所述外筒和内罐上设置珠光砂层;在外筒顶端设置外筒防爆装置,在外筒下端设置真空阀;所述上部低温截止阀与内罐顶端连接,所述节能减排系统通过三通管与内罐的顶端连接;所述节能减排系统包括第一低温截止阀,降压调节阀和第二低温截止阀,它们通过管道串联,其中第一低温截止阀一端与内罐顶端连接,第二低温截止阀的一端与三通管连接;所述组合仪表阀设置在内罐的顶底端之间,所述压力表和所述液面计与组合仪表阀连接;所述进液控制阀组通过管道设置在内罐的顶底之间,所述自增压系统与进液控制阀组连接;所述残液排放阀与进液控制阀组连接;所述放空阀通过自增压系统与进液控制阀组连接;三通阀的两端连接内罐安全阀,它的一端连接在自增压系统和放空阀之间;所述外筒含有基层,其中基层内侧设置密封层,基层外侧设置防爆层,所述防爆层内穿插支撑件和金属网层;所述支撑件等间距设置在防爆层的圆周上;所述支撑件包括长杆和圆柱条,其中长杆穿插进入圆柱条内,长杆的端头尺寸从外向内逐渐变小,其中端头外凸于防爆层;所述金属网层具有六边形的网孔,其表面设置防锈漆;所述金属网层隐藏设置在防爆层内部;位于外筒外侧设置抗腐蚀保护层;在外筒上的珠光砂层位于密封层内侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能减排装置,其特征在于:所述自增压系统包括增压阀,增压器,增压调节阀和气体通过阀,它们依次串联;其中增压阀的一端与进液控制阀组连接,气体通过阀的一端与内罐的顶端连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能减排装置,其特征在于:所述进液控制阀组包括上部进液阀组和下部进液阀组。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种节能减排装置,其特征在于:所述上部进液阀组与内罐顶端连接。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种节能减排装置,其特征在于:所述下部进液阀组与内罐底端连接。
