The cigarette quality, the cigarette smell and style are shown in figure 1, the cigarette smoke style and the style are shown in figure 2 and figure 3 respectively, and the application effects of the wild jujube extract and the wild jujube effective component in the cigarette are compared and analyzed, and the results show that (shown in figures 1, 2 and 3), the wild jujube effective component is superior to the wild jujube extract in cigarette aroma texture improvement, richness, style characteristics and residual taste cleanliness; the characteristic smells such as fruit aroma, sweet aroma, baking aroma and the like of the cigarette are more obvious; so that the sweet aroma, baking aroma and fruit aroma in the smoke are increased more obviously when the cigarette is burnt.
The wild jujube effective component for the cigarette prepared by the invention is sprayed on tobacco shreds according to different addition amounts to prepare cigarettes, and sensory evaluation is carried out on the cigarettes, wherein the sensory evaluation effects of the different addition amounts are shown in table 2:

The sensory evaluation effect of the wild jujube effective component on the cigarettes with different addition amounts is researched, and the result shows that (as shown in table 2) the optimal use amount of the wild jujube effective component in the cigarettes is 80ppm, and the cigarette application effects of improved aroma texture, better richness, obvious style characteristic change, exquisite and soft smoke and good elegant feeling are achieved under the addition amount.
The method adopts the modes of gradual separation, sectional enrichment and proportional compounding, and combines the supercritical extraction, molecular distillation and sectional alcohol precipitation technologies to prepare the wild jujube effective component. Compared with the wild jujube extract prepared by traditional solvent extraction, the wild jujube active ingredient has the advantages that characteristic aroma substances such as lauric acid, palmitic acid and the like forming the characteristic acid aroma of the cigarette are obviously increased, and macromolecular esters such as ethyl myristate and ethyl linoleate which bring irritation to the cigarette are obviously reduced. When the wild jujube active component is applied to cigarettes, the aroma and texture of the cigarettes are improved, and the richness, style characteristics and remaining taste cleanliness of the wild jujube active component are superior to those of a wild jujube extract; the characteristic smells such as fruit aroma, sweet aroma, baking aroma and the like of the cigarette are more obvious; so that the sweet aroma, baking aroma and fruit aroma in the smoke are increased more obviously when the cigarette is burnt. The wild jujube active ingredient is applied to cigarettes, the optimal dosage is 80ppm, and the cigarette application effects of improved aroma texture, good richness, obvious style characteristic change, fine and soft smoke and good elegant feeling are achieved under the addition amount.

Claims (1)

(1) taking wild jujube and carrying out supercritical CO2Extracting to obtain fructus Ziziphi Spinosae supercritical extractThe extraction temperature is 56-60 ℃, the extraction pressure is 30-40Mpa, the pressure of a separation kettle I is 10-12Mpa, the temperature of the separation kettle I is 45-50 ℃, the pressure of a separation kettle II is 4-6Mpa, and the temperature of the separation kettle II is 20-25 ℃;
(2) performing molecular distillation on the wild jujube supercritical extract obtained in the step (1), wherein the distillation temperature is 40-50 ℃, the distillation pressure is controlled at 200-400 Pa, the feeding speed is 1-2 mL/min, the scraper rotation speed is 150-300 r/min, and collecting molecular distillation light components, namely wild jujube light components;
(3) subjecting the wild jujube in the step (1) to supercritical CO2Adding tap water into the extracted residues according to the material ratio of 1: 4-1: 8, heating, refluxing and extracting for 3-5 hours, cooling after extraction, filtering, and concentrating until the relative density is 1.15;
(4) adding 95% ethanol into the concentrated solution obtained in the step (3) according to the mass ratio of 1: 2-1: 4 for precipitation, filtering, adding the filtered solid into tap water for dissolution, adjusting the density to 1.15, adding 50% ethanol according to the mass ratio of 1: 2-1: 4 for secondary precipitation, filtering, and concentrating the filtrate to the relative density of 1.20 to obtain wild jujube polysaccharide;
(5) uniformly mixing the wild jujube light component in the step (2) and the wild jujube polysaccharide in the step (4) according to a mass ratio of 1: 10-1: 20 to obtain a wild jujube effective component;
(6) and (3) diluting the wild jujube active ingredient prepared in the step (5) with 70% ethanol solution, spraying onto tobacco shreds, wherein the addition amount of the wild jujube active ingredient is 80ppm, filling the sprayed tobacco shreds into a sealing bag, sealing, balancing in an oven at 60 ℃ for 30min, taking out, cooling, balancing in a constant temperature and humidity cabinet at 25 ℃ for 24 hours, and taking out to prepare the cigarette.
